Visited this park for the first time 3/18/19 at 10am and saw 4 cars parked outside the gate to the park. Parking in the park is gated off in the winter it seems. Saw 2 people and a dog on the trail and 2 people at the lake. Bathrooms are open but not clean right now. There is a fish cleaning station, but I didnt check to see if the water was running, plenty of picnic areas and a volley ball net. There is a trail that wraps around the mountain side of the lake. Neat trail I would call it easy to moderate. We saw a salamander on the trail.

Recently went here for the first time. Wonderful trails so far. I am lookinh forward to exploring it more!! Its a once a week stop for me at the moment until the dogs and I can find all the trails!

Usually not as crowded as nearby Lacamas lake and its much cleaner.

Love it. Very quiet at this time. But in normal times its a great place to go.

This park is way beautiful. for a couple of reasons its hard to give 4 stars instead of 3... during the cold seasons the lower parking lot is closed off with a gate & this is bad for a few reasons... it leaves this tiny little upper area for parking which only accommodates a few cars, it almost cancels out accessibility to the bathrooms & a covered picnic area for anybody in a wheelchair or pushing a side-by-side double stroller. not having access to bathrooms (in my opinion) basically ruins any chance of me bringing my family here unless its summer time.the park being on the small side is made up for by its beauty & the serenity if offers...

Small quiet park, not a lot of people so you get to see wildlife here.

Absolutely one of the top parks in the area! Rent for events has a great under cover/sink food party area. Right on water. Awesome!

Met with put dog trainer here. Fairly quite and worked well for our reactive pups training.

The park is very nice and clean. The lake is clean and good for kayaking and fishing. Caught this fish pictured below last summer.

Lovely little lake a short walk from my sons home. Very family friendly!

Great little hidden gem in Camas. Restrooms, picnic tables. Large Covered area which you can reserve. I like bringing my granddaughter here to catch and release sunfish.

Nice place but unfortunately they stopped allowing fishing. Got a couple grandsons close by who like to fish, so well miss that, and will have to go elsewhere.

Beautiful, got married here. There is a covered area and picnic tables. Not nearly as busy as other parks in Camas... Provided it isnt booked.

We stopped by on a beautiful, snowy afternoon. The park is delightfully secluded and yet conveniently close to town. Looking forward to returning in the spring and summer!

Awesome. But I didnt know if the reserved sign means no one else can go on the property or if its just the covered area thats reserved. I saw a lady quickly launch her paddle board on the lake and it looked awesome. Screw the signs.Also there is a cave to venture thru on the trail past the event structure. Start going up the trail and to the left next to the lake. Careful not to slip or bother the creature that lives in it. You can see all the way thru it.

Beautiful park, so many trails and nice picknick area! Used to play there when I was a kid.

Such a cute little secret spot! I have driven thru most of Camas and never knew this was here! Our church rented it for an event and it was perfect. Lots of covered seating. An outdoor kitchen area with a sink. Uncovered tables as well. Access to swim in the lake. Also a huge field! I think its pretty booked up during the summer so I dont know if this is a place you can just go to on a whim. But Im not totally sure. I do know it can be reserved, because we reserved it.

Its clean right on the water, nice pavilion with lots of seating, clean restrooms, great for events, pretty non swishy lower grassy area to play with a volleyball court. The only thing I noticed that may be a draw back for some is that there is no playground and the little hidden park is rather small.

I do love it here but really dont like that they close the hole park when there is a private event on which is so often when good weather is about. Would be happy for people to have the picnic area but no need for everything to be closed.

Great location to have a nice family reunion or church or other group. Tables and benches newly cleaned and painted. BBQ pit needs some work. Reservations required to use facility. Can walk around the trials anytime.

Beautiful hike up. Watch out for wasps this time of year though! We got stung bad by the dam.

The problem with sharing nice places is that people leave trash, please pick up after your self and your Dog.

This place is amazing...a lake with great views, great picnicing area, and is a great wedding spot!!...Lots and lots of hiking trails....but is sometimes resevred for weddings....but still leaves all the trails for hiking!...Come anytime of year.....park is open from dawn till dusk....enjoy!u
