I love the place, very Nice people living there and they do have parking on both sides of the pool area.

As soon as you drive in there is a calm. It is so pretty and they keep it so clean. You can walk the streets and you feel safe. Great place to live!

At the risk of letting out the best kept secret in Calabasas, I must say this place is AWESOME! Some of the best views in this high end neighborhood nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between the West San Fernando Valley highlands and the iconic beach cities of Los Angeles County, are here at the rear property line of Calabasas Village. This private park of manufactured homes is unlike any youve ever been to. With upscale clubhouse amenities that include a world class gym with showers, an olympic sized pool and an extra large party sized jacuzzi that will comfortably seat 10 or more soakers, all of which are impeccably maintained, you can safely assume there are no wheels under these beautiful manufactured homes with full size fireplaces and beautifully groomed yards and grounds where you will often spot the wildlife that thrive in this mainly naturally landscaped and preserved setting that Calabasas is famous for. And if youre familiar with the area you already know the constellation of stars that call Calabasas home. And theres no better place to spot them than here on iconic Mulholland Drive. A true jem, a little piece of paradise less than 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Ventura Blvd makes this a quick commute to the local upscale business district of Warner Center on one side and the beaches on the other. Im thinking I just might retire here... If Im lucky!

It is a well kept park, very clean. Their numbering system was a little confusing, but still a place I would like to live!
