Very well kept park.

Management and employees are top. Park upkeep is especially clean and consistent. Quiet, nice respectful community with quality home selections and lot spacing. Very reasonable lot rent, trash removal service and road snow removal provided. Pets allowed with restriction on free roaming. Lived there for 10 years, and is easily the nicest mobile home park in the Cadillac area; would recommend!
