Person that I recently started dating lives there and it was a very nice trailer court neighbors seem to keep to their business and not wanna be to friendly

If you got rid of all the crackheads and got people in the park who cared about what their homes look like,this would be a great place to live,rates are great and some of the people are nice and friendly. It would be a nice place

Close to all Butte businesses, this trailer park has the feel of being out of the city. A great place for quiet living yet convenience.

Been here for 3+ years... its like living outta town... seems like stores are miles down the road... although theyre not... for the most part a very quiet neighborhood... good peepz... owners are very pleasant alzo... I have no complaintz...

I got a friend down here, thats all.
