Mehh, sometimes Michaels is all about the fads and not about supplies for projects. I miss Pat Catans. It was less frills and more variety.

The staff is helpful if you need something. There are always coupons available if something is not on sale. The sales they run are very good. Prices are decent in that regard. I wish this store offered a good fabric selection with a real cutting counter. Line is usually long at the registers.

They do not price match as advertised. I never shop here to begin with but now I have an unfinished project because of the absolute incompetency of the employees. I will never step foot in a Michaels store again.

Well priced with coupons and sales, lots of craft supplies and a decent selection of fabric. Not a big fan of their home decor selection and they gave decent holiday stuff. But for individual craft supplies its great

I always find what I need and more when I visit. This is one of the biggest Michaels stores around so tons of selection. Prices Are very comparable too.

Staff can be rarely found at times, and they can lack knowledge in plenty of areas, but the layout is good and they have plenty of products, so if you know what you need, then youll find it with ease. Thats great for an artist such as myself. I also enjoy the new layout for their alchohol based markers.

Very rude and ignorant staff... When asking for assistance the employee stood there and ignored me until another customer walked behind me and whispered i dont think she heard you... Then the woman turned around answered my question and walked off without further assistance...

Clean & well organized. Easy to find the sale items. This is my favorite local Michaels store.

The store is nice and well laid out. Some employees are completely clueless while others are helpful. They have a teacher discount program that nobody seems to know how it works and when we contacted customer service they just sent a pre-written set of instruction, even after we provided them with rewards and a number of questions to how we could get it to work. Good place to shop but just hope you dont have issues because otherwise dont count on answers.

Excellent array of goods. Not all great quality but some fantastic finds. Great supply of paper and medium.

Almost always a long line. So expect to wait a good while before youre checked out.Store is always clean (Except for glitter...that never goes away!) and staff is friendly. Just make sure you have a coupon ready and always check the fine print first!

Good for pictures/art/photos you need framed. You can do it yourself or they can do it for you. Also good for arts/crafts projects, or for decorations for around the house an outdoors such as fake plants, solar lights, etc.. Plenty of art supplies and paints. Every level of creativity from semi-lazy to involved; or from beginners to more advanced artists.Signing up for the email list will give you regular discounts on items, usually single item discounts but regularly see them for half off an item.

Michaels is a great craft store. This location has pretty much anything youll need for your crafting and will order for you what they dont have. They do custom framing here and they have craft activities for kids which are very fun.

Next to Hobby Lobby this is my absolute favorite place to be! I rated it 4 Stars for two reasons: First, it is very disappointing when you have to walk the whole store to fond assistance; Second, I am appalled at how messy and disorganized it is!
