My experience with Cindy has been EXCELLENT!! Shes the BEST! If something needs to be fixed, it gets done! Im very happy living here! And maintenance, Darrell and Darin got the work done and are funny, knowledgeable and super nice! THANK YOU Cindy and maintenance, you really are the BEST!

Ive done HACCP audit prep at a previous job. I did an inspection of my own on the brand new home. I took over a hundred and fifty pictures of damagesI wrote a formal letter to the office stating all the damages and repairs that needed to be done. They said we can leave if we dont like it. Centennial farms did not do an inspection of home upon delivery and installation. The lady in the office wrote that it was new and had no damages. Clayton homes work ethic and dedication are non-existent. Manufacturing, shipping, and installation damages throughout. The office sends 2 workers to fix the Brand NEW, NEW, NEW, fridge (thats not sealing properly), and they cant even fix that. Furnace (also brand new) breaks. Fresh water spigot is on the opposite side of the home.......... Who inspected this home? Apparently centennial farms didnt cause the home is NEW., NEW, NEW. THEY WROTE, NEW, NEW, NEW. Its very upsetting knowing, I cant afford to fix that much damage,even though I would enjoy it.

The maintenance team was quick to help us sort out my frozen pipes this morning on the coldest day weve had in the last year. That issue turned into multiple issues once they started as they found leaking fittings and pin holes in the water line due to other screw ups by previous maintenance members or tenants. All in all, they replaced a broken water meter, 2 leaking fittings, a pin hole and replaced the insulation and a strand of faulty heat tape in 3 degree weather all the while being soaking wet. Much appreciated guys! Got our water back on quickly. Thanks!!

Great quite place to live over the last 5 years. Friendly staff and residents. Everyone stays to thier self which I like. Clean park. Just no that you are responsible for the maintenance of your trailer inside and out. ..

I’ve been living here since April of 2019. The park is nice and peacefully quiet, the price is decent. Neighbors are super nice and friendly!You have to memorize their slim hours that they are in centennial farms open at the office since they manage two different places, so maintenance issues/questions/concerns take a bit to get to which is a bit irritating only because we get charged a monthly fee for maintenance. but luckily everything I’ve dealt with as far as needing help fixing something minor, I could handle on my own & when the one time I did get help from their maintenance with a door trim, they made the issue even worse instead of actually fixing it.. so I wouldn’t recommend calling maintenance unless it’s a major issue. the pool girl and the pool is super clean and pretty, the office is really nice as well. Overall a good staff and good place to live, putting poor maintenance assistance aside.

This is a great park. Ive lived in a couple of mobile home parks in my life and this one is beyond superior to most. The management and staff are really nice people. Every interaction Ive had has been a positive one. Its well maintained, clean, and QUIET. Something I would expect from a much more expensive place. Cindy is great and quick to help anytime Ive needed anything. The pool is AWESOME! The pool aide is super friendly and the pool was CLEAN. They redid all of the playgrounds this passed summer and they look so nice. I would recommend this park to any of my family and friends and I have. Take my advice and move here, you will not regret it. Budget friendly comfortable living. Ill be here a long time.

This is the absolutely worse place to live. Nothing is homey about this placeManagment runs this place like a prison. Almost every house has sever damage mold, plumping, water damage and they dont fix it. They do basic cover ups to make it look good on the outside. Its a job to them they d ok nt care they arent raising their families here. I honestly wish I did better research moving in here. Im thankful for a roof over my head but tired of this placement rent goes up $15 to $20 a year and they want to tow your car if u have a flat tire.managment she is a joke and extremely rude and mean person. Her personality is so harah

I have lived here 10 years, Havent signed a lease in 9 years. Advised that I was moving, I prorated a check for the time that I would still be in house, They cashed the check!We Are moving in 4 days.. I just received call from park manager Cindy.. Stating either pay the rest of the month by today at 5 or receive $200 in legal fees. LolUmm.. no.She then said, we will see you in courtMind you Ive lived here for ever in never once paid late, And never broke a rule.I rent and have called twice to have something fixed.

If you want to live in a dictatorship of a community where you cannot do anything with out needing approval and being constantly harrassed for something as simple as having a bike on my porch because they would not allow a temporary shed to be put upso I had to sell a bunch of my stuff and have no more room in my house for my bikes and lawn mower so I put them on my porch now Im being charged $25 a day to use my pourch as storage like I pay close to 800 a month for a trailer and I cant even use my front porch I do not t recommended this places or any other Park ran by the management company and staff

Decent park, location and pricing makes it worth it, would like to see more development amd better paving.

Lived there for a bit. They control way too much of what you can and cant do in your yard. Be very careful to inspect the house you are buying, ours had water damage in the back bedroom that was covered up when we walked the place, and only found out after the fact that it was there. We got out of our lease early and PAID DEARLY FOR IT! $800.00 a month with no say on how you want your place to look, and club house services that are only available when they want them to be, is not worth it.

Good place to live close to shops and gas stations. Also a great place to take the kids for Halloween

Very strict and expensive. I feel like all they care about is money.Our furnace went out and we called management/maintanace and they basically told us thats not our problem even though when we were in the process of moving in they told us those kinds of problems theyd fix.

I have been living here 4 years, the park is kept clean and the homes are nice. As long as you follow the rules and keep up on the outside apperance of your home you will not hear from management. It is a nice affordable place to live.

So far seems to be pretty good since I’ve moved in. Will update throughout the year

Nice community. Seems quiet and pets are allowed. The landscaping needs improvement but generally a nice safe family friendly community.

Seriously? We moved in in November 2015. Our rent was $660, not including water. January 2016, they raised it to $730 for Maintenance costs, which they dont do any maintenance around here, besides mowing the lawn at the clubhouse. We were told our water heater was new, but it goes out every time we fix it. Then whenever we call maintenance to come fix it, they tell us its not their problem. Then, in January 2017, our rent was raised again to $780. The damn clubhouse is only open 1 day a week for 3 hours.

We have been living here for over 2 years now. We absolutely love it, havent run into any problems. Best trailer community around the area.

I live here and the management is absolutely rude i am making formal complaints to her boss jim about how she treated me over an incident i had at the pool. I deserve to be treated respectfully as well as she does, but its a 1 way street with her.managment is all about themselves. They are going to learn the hard way when they drive all her tendants away because of her blatant disrespect. The do inspections on your house (i lived here 3 months what do u need to come inspect my home for) which i find to be an invassion of privacy. They refuse to fix anything thats wrong with the homes. I moved in in april 2018 just tried the AC in June for the 1st time it doesnt work. Take it from all the reviews amd find somewhere else to live. This is your life you pay people to live here your family and kids play here, you walk to the bus stop, your family visits.You and your family deserve a nice community with respecrful management not staff that continually disrespect the people here. Its a job to them but this is your home. you will constantly be disrespected by everyone who works here esp management. She doesnt care about looking into any complaints, she sides with her staff even when they are wrong. The staff is whats wrong with this community. New management people who are kind and respectful would go along way. They also charge random fees for absolutely nothing. Pls avoid this place. the vice president of this company will be hearing from me. They also wont give out their boas info who knows why, but i have it and these reviews and the disrespect people gwt hwre whwn they pay to livw here should not go unnoticed. People are fed up i hear it daily by my neighbors, reviews online and my personal experience. Its only bewn 4 months, but 4 months of misery. It has potential to be a Beauitful community if tge staff were actually kind, understanding and willing to listen to their home owners. When they go home each night im sure their bank, landlord whoever it is treats them with respect and they should do the same here. There are so many negative encounters with management and legit bad reviews for this to continue to go unnoticed. There is 1 common thing in each complant and that is management. Communities need to come together and demand change or it will continue to happen. People are afraid to go ti management for anything because they twist your words and she never lets tou speak and says your trying to argue with her. I am not your employee, this is my home and my community if i have a legit complain or a suggestion i should be able to feel comfortable coming to management. They come off as so intimidating and cold. How long is cooperate going to let their home owners who make up the company be unhappt here and their voices be unheard? Parkland ventures is a wonderful company, but management here in this community doesnt stand by their values and thats to bad. It is not just this park either it is all the parks she manages that there is constant complaints and bad reviews about how unprofessional and rude she is as management. Rules need to be for all or for none. They are extreamly strict as you cant even have a play house in your yard, or a kids pool. Its just a bad bad place and worse living arrangement ive ever gotten into.

I have lived here going on two years... my experience with the management is horrendous! I was hit by their snow plow guy because he didnt even see me oh well thats probably because there has been a red truck parked on that same corner for 2 years and has never moved! I bought a van from a lady in the park.. sat in her driveway for almost 3 years per her words.. I got a flat tire and they put tow stickers on it... I hate this park with a passion! I want to file a complaint againstmanagement but they wont release owners numbers. I have had it with these people... and when I went to talk to Cyndi the manager today wasnt even going to bring up the fact that I now have to come out of pocket almost 2000 because her plow driver didnt see me but just to make a complaint about the plow driver for speeding through the park with his plow down multiple people have seen this but you know its her words against ours! PLEASE DONT MOVE IN THIS PARK! THEY RAISE RENT EVERY YEAR THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE IN THIS PARK AND ALSO MANY OF THESE USED HIMES HAVE BED BUGS WISH I COULD SAY IM LYING BUT UNFORTUNATELY IVE SPENT OVER 2500 ON THIS ALSO!

Mangers there are rude and dont care about the people that live there or your concerns and the people above them dont care about your concerns either

Decent looking park but none of the residents I spoke to recommended living there.

Moved in around Feb of 2017, had some issues with the sewer but they paid to fix it. Then when it started to get warm our A/C wasnt working, turned our that it wasnt even plugged in, they also paid to have that done. But all of the vents in our room were not working and they said they would come look at it when they got to it, and it never happened. We moved out in Oct of 2017, I wrote them a letter and gave them my keys, AND made sure the house was SPOTLESS when we moved out. A few months AFTER we moved out we recived something in the mail stating that there was over $800 in damages, I disputed it and have yet to hear back. And never got my security deposit back either... oh and shortly before we moved out a parent was banned from the bus stop because he questioned management about the bus stop rules that mind you are different for everyone it just depends on who you are.

The management is really stern and contradicting. One park manager would tell us one thing is okay for us to do, then a day later another park manager would knock on our door telling us to get the stuff (like a kids play set) off of our lawn. The rent is REALLY high. But with the new paving in just some of the streets im glad its going somewhere. I feel like they could afford to,( by charging 800 dollars a month) make the kids park better. More things to play with and not give me the fear of having my nephew get tetnis when playing on it.

Fair to good community. Left alone by mgt, as long as you follow the rules. Mgt is available for concerns and questions, respond quickly. The park us kept mostly clean. Should be more stern with some of the residents, regarding their yards and upkeep. Playground is overgrown most of the summer. More attention needs to be placed on the playgrounds.
