Open restrooms, very clean. Nobody was here and place was empty. Mountainous speed bumps upon a way over done entrance that spans one block of a misguided budget. Maybe put in a skatepark instead or something else, really. But thanks for the quick and very easy clean bath room break.

Great place to stop and allow your child to release some energy! Many slides, swings for both older children and toddlers. Very close to bathrooms. Not to mention one of the coolest older trees around.

Nice and wide open area. There is the Dike you can Run, ride a bike or walk on; Then there is a nice big picnic area; then there is a small playground area for small kids; and a couple of soccer fields plus baseball fields all with plenty of parking. The community seems to do well with keeping the place clean as well which is real nice.

Theres free WiFi at the park and the trail along the river runs for miles! Wide open fields to walk through as well. Great place for a picnic or to take the dogs for a walk.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! They asked us where we wanted to sit, and seated people with additional table separations between patrons where ever possible. Our seating area was damp with cleaning solution when we arrived and they wiped it off while we watched. Great to see they take CLEAN seriously. Well be back real soon to provide support during these hard times.

Needed to stop on our drive home and let the kids run and play at a playground. Easy freeway on/off, great play structure, clean restrooms and a big grassy field to play chase.

Huge fields and the city typically provides great entertainment here. Ive only been to the berry and dairy days and now Pumpkin Festival, both are worth going back to, great family fun for everyone.

I love walking the trail and going on the 4x4 trail back to the beaches. Theres always eagles and sea lions And plenty of other wildlife to see.

These are some of the nicest grass fields for soccer I have seen in Washington state. Plenty of parking and a few shady trees to provide an escape from the hot summer days. If you have a sporting event and are gonna play this park, you will find this location to be above most others turf wise.

Why is there only 1 goal post? Parking is a mess. Its nice people sell food, but it looks like a terrible operation. It is almost 2020 right?

Pretty nice local park. Draws people from all over for soccer tournaments. Great spot to relax or take the dog for a walk. Even has a small community garden area.

Took the Grands, lots to do

Great open area for sports and enough area so its not crowded. Walking distance to the trail is a plus. Jungle gym for kids and bathrooms are clean

Old buildings and history there and a great frissbee course

At 6:30 on a Saturday night I took my son to the park after we had dinner and before we went to get some ice cream. This place was full of shady looking people who were not watching their kids. I had several small children follow me and my grandson around the park with no one appearing to care 1 bit that they were doing it. We left rather quickly and will not go back

Lots of open space to let the kiddies run around and tire themselves out. The space is well maintained.

Went to the pumpkin pitch here. Had a really nice time although there was little signage or directing to the event. The parking area is huge sonwe couldnt see anything from where we were.

Beautiful natural grass ball fields (soccer and baseball) just over levee from the river. Lots of space for games, camping, frisbee, kites, room to run.

Its a well known doggie rest stop and not everyone is a responsible pet owner.still awesome views of the Skagit River !.

Lots of fields. Bathrooms in the middle. Large covered area to feed a large group. Picnic tables with BBQs scattered about the grounds. A little trail through the woods. Two different playgrounds, one for bigger kids and one for little kids.

If you like open space and ball fields, the parks department here keep this park In top shape.

Love this park! Did a 6k walk there today, enjoyed seeing others using the park;football, kite flying, rc racing. Lots of fun.

Great. We were here for the Skagit Firecracker soccer tournament. Be aware, parking is a mess if all the fields are full. Be sure to go early to handle the parking situation with time to spare.

Please bring dogs here. Let them run and have a good time. There is signs to keep your dog on a leash but that makes no sense cause how do they expect you to throw a bone for your dog if hes tied down? So im pretty sure they have signs for that purley because of poop so just pick it up and dont leave it. That could ruin the place for everyone.

Wonderful time at Skagit River Park. Multi soccer fields, walking space around river, good place for family gatherings plenty of parking.

Playground equipment are older but works. Mulch is replaced and looks clean. Hardly any doggie poop anywhere. Big open spaces, lushes green grass to run like a nut and enjoy the fresh air. The road into the playground is full of pot holes, drive with caution.

Nice park but need more Food Truck varieties when hosting a International soccer tournament. A few benches between fields would be nice too.

Nice place for picnics, but i was here for a frisbee tournament, quite tough but good grounds.

Whether you are watching older kids play sports or have younger ones who just need to get the wiggles out, this is a great spot!

Lots of room to play with the kids. Fields, playground, the river, trees for the sunny days, shelters for the cold or rainy. Restrooms and trash cans if you need them. Plenty of parking. Only downside is occasional shifty folk wandering through.

Excellent park... it has activities for small children, nicely up keep of the soccer fields, baseball diamonds and provides a lot of parking for all types of events.

We have been walking this trail for years. Its a nice, easy, convenient trail that we can use anytime on a whim but it also has a lovely view of the river.

We love coming to this park. It is a large area with soccer fields, a large kids play area, and a very nice building with bathrooms and a couple covered picnic tables. The river borders the park and is a great walk. Only bummer is the large amount of unleashed dogs near the river. Huge field area that is perfect to fly kites, picnic, fly quadcopters... ect.

Nice place to hang with the kids for a few hours. bathrooms right by play area. wish i had brought a kite.

By biggest gripe is ingress/egress - they really should pave the gravel road(s) to the south end and make that a proper entrance/exit to relieve the load this park places on the neighborhood. Otherwise, I love having this so close to home, and its great for all of the kids organized sporting events.

Large open spaces, kids play area with swings and climbing. Great covered BBQ area. Long walk on the dike overlooking river. Dogs play, children play, people walk, ride bikes, jog, boat and playfields for baseball and soccer. Love it!

Big and beautiful park bordering the Skagit River! Has a playground, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, horseshoes, hiking trails, and even an rc car course! A great place to relax and hang out.

Absolutely amazing place to have your dogs or kids run around. Lots of wide open field. The weekends are sometimes rough in the early afternoon as there is tons if soccer practice there till about 5ish

I find Always clean. Inside bathrooms and out in the fields dame with the big toy.

Great place to spend time in the summer, lots of activities and things to do. Right across the street theres an enclosed dog park, and right down the road there are some bike jumps and trails which connect to the park itself. Ive also paid to park my motorhome in the RV park, which was alot of fun, and wasnt too pricey
