My son loved going here. It was his absolute place to go and never had a problem. It was excellent. That was util we went there and there was another family who had issues with more than one of their kids biting people. My son happened to be one that got bit unfortunately. We confronted the parents because and then got kicked out even though my son is the one that got bit. The family that had the issue of keeping their kids from biting was left to stay and then in turn they wound up biting another kid. The employee there was very sweet and kind and understanding. Unfortunately management isnt the same. You would think if you were running a place of business for children you would handle these situations appropriately and have a little compassion for a defenseless 2 year old. Shameful. Obviously from reading other reviews this isnt the first time this place has had issues with this type of problem.

Good place for kids. A little small, lots of activies

My kids play for hours while I grade papers. This place is nice because I can get work done while keeping an eye on them. There is only one way out, so they cant wander off. It has equipment for toddlers on up. My 7 and 4 year old love it. Bring your own food and drinks though, the mall cafe is closed now.

Great little place to bring the children, especially when the weather outside prohibits them from playing.Locally owned and operated as well as family ran, I can promise you that your child will have a ball here, and be in a safe environment!

This place is awesome if you have small children. They can bounce on the bounceys all day for 7$.. Nice clean safe place for the smaller children to play

Its good. My kids have a blast. Its super dirty, though. Its a nice alternative to when we cant make it to Jump N Fun in Greensboro.

Fun place to take kids, especially when the weather isnt great! My three year olds loved it! Lots of different things for them to do! I loved it because it was easy for me to watch both of them and they were somewhat contained! There are bathrooms right next to the play area, which is nice! There is also a snack shack right across the hall, which is nice since you dont have to go far for lunch!

Had my sons 3rd Birthday Party here. The staff was great. The pizza was good. Everything was awesome. Had a great time. I would recommend them for a birthday party anytime!

I want to give this place more stars. My son loves playing on all the inflatables and it is reasonably priced. But this place is FILTHY. The carpets are very stained. The tables are sticky and covered with crumbs. The bathrooms smell. They just need to give this place a good scrub.

Great place for kids but gets super hot in the bounce area. Really should invest in a water fountain for the kiddos and could use more staff monitoring the kids in the bounce area. Also they should invest in a little more activities for the little ones (under 2) that cant bounce. Two bouncy horses just doesnt cut it

It really is as filthy as the other reviews say. I’m a naturally skeptical person so decided to check it out with my 3 year old today. We will never return. The floor was so gross I was afraid to put my 8 month old down. Lots of dirt and debris. The equipment is also in really poor condition and falling apart. Just a waste.

Very entertaining for my 6 & 8 yr old grandsons. They had fun playing with a wide variety of children. Bathrooms were clean but needed updated.

This place is laughable. 10 min wait in line to use a computer to do waiver release. The place is beyond filthy, the bounce houses are clearly not maintained or sanitized properly. Worked for the kids today cause movies were sold out, but Id never come back, Ever! I dont care how cheap it is. Dont come here and any good review is a lie flat out.

This place needs a good cleaning and sanitizing. Replace your carpet with vinyl or tile. Makes me wonder if they wipe down/sanitize the bounce houses....

Over priced if your kid is over 6 years old. They will get bored with bouncing quickly because the inflatables are more for smaller kids. The older kids could play the arcade games without paying to bounce though.

If youre even in the slightest bit a germaphobe, stay away from here. This place is a gigantic petree dish. It looks as though the none of the floors and none of the structures have ever seen a good cleaning/disinfecting, vacuuming, sweeping, etc. Everything looked pretty dirty and there was an overwhelming amount of kids in there. It was borderline hot in the place to boot, the perfect breeding ground for all sorts of nastiness. I regrettably went against my better judgement and let my 3 year old play here for not more than 15 minutes (my bad) and 12 hours later was up all night with her as she threw up uncontrollably all through the night. I totally get that kids are germ factories and it happens, BUT the conditions in that place escelate unsanitary nastiness to a whole new level. My child plays with countless kids at the park every weekend and has never gotten so sick. That place needs some serious Lysol disinfectant on a daily basis and a good floor cleaner. I will never bring my kid back there again.

It was so hot in there my grandkids had a birthday party there. We was cold in the room and burning up in the game room and bounce room got charged 175.00 got two hours and the kids could even jump until they closed it 7 dollars day alllll day only had eight kids. It was a waste of my daughter Shanti Cliborne money. Never again and will not recommend to anyone

Its fun for the little kids . My daughter is almost 3 and she loved jumping, running and playing . Its only $7 for them to jump all day . Im glad I had some sanitizer with me for after she was all done to clean up with . For only $7 you cant beat it and they run all of their energy out lol .

Throwing a birthday party here is great you get pizza and drinks and a room only thing is you pay more than $250 for only 2 hours! after those 2 hours the kids of the birthday party are not allowed back in into the bounce area unless you pay extra.

I am so happy I got to go there and take my daughter there she was very happy she celebrated her birthday there even though she did not pay for the party they still make sure they gave her something but make sure you bring your own water they do not have water there they have water bottles you have to pay for it and they do not give out cut water with ice so make sure you have your own liquid.

Rude Staff. Very poor customer service. The 16 and 14 year olds who were in charge turned my questions and efforts to solve a problem into hostility and then when the owner (their father) came in, he interrupted me and “fussed at me” publicly as my party guests were coming in. Disgusting tables, floors, bathrooms and bounce equipment. I would suggest going to the Tramooline Park in Greensboro where the staff are super friendly or to the bounce houses and glow in the dark putt putt at the Bowling alley.. The problem? I took a bday cake into the bounce house. I have been there when there has been cake and other food items in there When the 16 year old told me I couldn’t have cake or presents in there I was surprised and told her I had seen others do it and that I didn’t know that. I asked if the party room was available. She said yes it was available. I said “ok. I’ll rent the party room”. She told me no, that it had to be booked the Friday before. So I am standing there getting ready to have 6 kids come in for a bday party and they tell me I can’t have cake in there AND that I can’t rent the available party room and when I questioned it, they told me I had a “nasty attitude”. The owner said he believed his three employees (two of whom are his children) over me and then proceeded to tell me I didn’t have to have my party there at all (although 6 kids were going to arrive in 5 minutes). He continued to talk down to me as my guests arrived. I suggested that he put some notice up that they don’t allow cake and presents in the bounce house area and he scoffed at me and said that he can’t put up signs for every little thing and then in the next breath he told me I wasn’t the first to bring in cake and I wouldn’t be the last. Seems to me if It’s happened numerous times in the past and you expect it to happen in the future, that it wasn’t unreasonable for me to think it was ok or to suggest putting up a notice.

My kids always have a blast. May not the be the most top tier place in the world, but it is definitely a fun place for children.

Worst experience of my life was going to ask for a cup of ice and the woman was rude. Her name was Barbara and she told me it cost me 1.50 for a cup of ice. And I said so how much are the drinks and she replied by saying the same price. I even had my own cup for the ice. I didn’t need her cup. So I went to granny’s goodies right around the corner and they gave me a huge cup of ice for 25 cent and also refilled that cup for free. So needless to say, don’t go to the bouncing around snack shack. Especially when Barbara is there

I had a great time there for my Grandsons birthday party

This place is terrible! The staff is a bunch of kids with zero work ethic or respect for adults. The room I had booked a month ahead of time for my sons birthday was not ready. There was another party still in it for 10 minutes into our time and then I had to request that the staff clean it for us. They seemed very angry about it and did a poor job. The pizza I ordered for the party was 25 minutes late and all the while they were telling me I would still have to leave at my scheduled time. I told the kid right to his face that we will leave when were done. The games eat your tokens and at least 3 of them were broken. Do not go here at all. Whoever owns this sad excuse for a business needs to feel ashamed.

My granddaughter had her bday party here and it was chaos. The food was 1hour and 30 mins.late then we were rushed out for the next party. The staff was rude!

I hate that they close at 8 p.m. on Fridays. We come from Durham and a lot of times its 7 before we can get there so its really no point.

Should have food in there for parties and not forbid outside food if they cant sell any.

Its $7 to bounce...its likely going to cost you more because your kid will probably want to play some of the games they have to walk past on the way to the bounce room and youll have to buy tokens then get tickets then theyll want to get little junky prizes to clutter up your house. They wont be able to afford the things they really want because those cost hundreds or thousands of tickets. The people that work here are nice...my kid loves this place and asks to go all the time.Price to reserve a party room for a birthday party is reasonable but be aware that you will have a specific time allotted for bouncing and then once the kids go to the party room theyre not allowed back in the bounce room. Birthday party situations here seems to happen very quickly which could be seen as a disadvantage or advantage based on your prospective. Its all sort of a whirlwind but for a 4-6 year old it seems to be sufficient. My child (attending this facility from 3-5 yrs of age) has never left dissatisfied from this place. Another benefit in a non-party situation is that this was another place I was able to let my child play on her own and make friends and I could sit at a table, plug in my laptop and get my work done.

All day bounce is only $7, good prices. I bring my daughter often. I even had a birthday party for her there.

Worst experience of my life!! I paid for the Ultimate party package 2 months in advance and called to see how early I could arrive to begin setting up and I was nowhere to be found. I was the first to book as I had every time slot available to me that day but they still did not make any accommodations for me except a foldout table at the entrance. Talk about embarrassing and horrifying to have to leave the hundreds I spent in custom supplies, food, etc. in my car and no tables to eat. My guests must have thought I really spent a fortune on custom invites just to have some kids bounce around and they still over charged me instead of giving me the bounce passes for free. I will never be back.

This review is for the bouncin around snack shack. this place was the absolute wort place to eat ever. We order 4 slices of Pizza, a burger, fries and drinks. we were given the pizzas first. the pizza had no taste whats soever. even tried adding crushed red peppers and still the pizza had no taste, very bad. after waiting for a while they gave us the drinks which was 2 of the three we had ordered. i told them we ordered 3 so they corrected that. several minutes later they gave us the burger. the burger was ok but still not too good. then several minutes later they finally gave us the fries. the fries were burnt and were black. the cook stayed on his cell phone 70% of the time while we were there. the place was not busy. there was only one other customer there. there is no excuse for this very bad way of running a business. I dont see how the snack shack stays in business or makes any money. I guess it dont matter since bouncin around part of the business makes more than enough to compensate. I would very highly recommend that you stay away from snack shack.

So disappointed about this place! Arrived for my sons bday party and the room smelt awful, there was some liquid stuff on the floor ( wasnt mopped up) and what was listed as included in the package never happened for my son. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the headache. I highly recommend bumper jumpers in greensboro! A little more expensive but definitely worth it.

This is not a safe place for kids, the place is completely understaffed, they only had one guy watching all of the difference bounce stations, so the kids basically run around like wild animals pouncing on top of each other, again not a safe place especially if you have little ones, this place is one big accident waiting to happen, save your $7 dollars and go someplace else.

Half the games are out of service. Terrible experience with childs birthday. The party rooms are filthier than a cheap truck stop restroom and smell just as bad. Management is a high school student, no adults on premise.
