Its a pretty good mini golf place. My kids really enjoyed it, especially with all the dinosaurs decorating the place. Its pretty small, acreage-wise, but it flows well. We didnt try out the arcade inside, which seemed pretty popular, yet crowded. There was at least one birthday party going on, which made it a little crazy with kids everywhere, but it was a Saturday, and it seems to come with the territory. All in all, wed visit again.
Had an absolute blast! Mini golf was fun and the theme was really cool. Arcade has some cool games in it kids didnt want to leave. Excellent family hot spot..
Small but it packs a bang of fun for everyone. The price is very good in comparison
It’s like $3 to get in and all the games are a nickel. We always get a cup of nickels for $5 and it last a good hour. Most of the games are redemption and you usually win a good amount of tickets. Me and my family played on 3 cups of nickels for over an hour and got 2000 tickets. The prizes could be better but they were good enough. There’s also a large party room and you can bring your own food and drinks.
Great place for the family to have fun! Good time for all ages. They updated the arcade since the last time I was there. That was cool!... prizes dont ask for an unwinnable amount of tickets either thats another plus.
Its Jurrasic zone now and we love it! The games are fun and the staff is amazing. We love the golf as well. Can take a big crowd for pretty cheap.
Some of the games don’t work and there is a limited selection. Many can’t be reached by toddlers unless you hold them up. Does have fun games though and the golf is a good time. Your nickels will go a long way here. Most games cost 4-6 nickels. Overall it’s a good deal and your child will enjoy their time there. My picture reflects 95% of the game area. Would recommend.
Really good you can get tekits to buy from wining arcade and the mini golf is awesome anybody should try
Affordable fun, just a tad small and no matter when we go there are always a few machines that are out of order. The service we receive is good in general, especially when there are actual adults running the counter. We celebrated my daughters 8th birthday here and the kids had a blast! it was one of the very few venues where you could host a birthday party for 15 kids and spend less than $200 total. Gotta love that!
Great staff! The mini golf course is awesome too.
Not good. Lots of machines were down. Ticket machine was also down... lady said she fixed it... we put our tickets in and then it had another printer error. We ended up leaving without our tickets or ticket stub. Put put course was coming apart. If you just want to go for the heck of it thats fine. But if you actually want to play put put or try to get prizes just spend the money and go somewhere else.
Hosted a birthday party here and it was THE BEST for our 5 year old. He and his friends loved it so much they’re all following suit and having their parties here too! So much fun and the games are easy enough for little ones to play too! They love getting so many tickets and changing them out at the end for a prize.
Hubby and I had a blast. Clean and friendly
These is a dime in a dozen place. Being the only arcade place nearby and very cheap to me compared to Main Event and other places. I feel these place is worth your bang for buck. I will continue to go here over and over.
A lot of the games were out of order and not working. Could be a lot better if everything was running properly. Also there is no food to buy there.
This was so much fun. Pretty sure I played as much as my kids! I dont want to say its small, but a very comfortable size for a mom to give her kids some freedom and if youre anything like me you have nickles stockpiling up somewhere in addition to what you can purchase there. In world where quarter machines became dollar tokens.... this was a breath of fresh airMay try the mini golf when the weather cools a bit.
This little place is perfect for a rainy day and offers just enough games and mini golf to spend with the family! Definitely would recommend
Its an ok place to have some fun, but its lacking in a lot of things. The Golf Course is lacking in proper maintenance. Not sure what the employees are there for, because they sure dont keep the Mini Golf Course clean. Lighting on the course is a joke. Burnt out lights and not nearly enough lighting for night play. As far as inside goes, its a cramped space and there were several games out of order. Yes, they sell bottled drinks and water but no real snacks. I mean come on, whats wrong with some hot dogs and or popcorn for crying out loud and some Nachos or something. Maybe let a food truck set up outside in the parking lot. Sure its a fun place, but it could be so much better in so many ways. And the parking lot is way to small. This place really needs a lot of improvement to reach the5-star level.
Good games. Cheap and easy to Get prizes for the kids. The miniature golf course needs some work though. The grass is peeling up everywhere.
This place has been so run down over the years. I still love it because it is local and it is cheap but they have youngsters in there who do not keep up maintenance or basic care. While we were there with my baby great nephew five or six the machines were down and the floors were just sticky. The golf cart is still halfway decent and it was fun and its a great setup with tons of potential. I still give it five stores because its something close to home that you can take smaller kids to that doesnt cost a fortune.
My kids love this place great place to kill a few hours and not break the bank
Cool place for the kids.
Its a cute little place to let the littles run around and play games. Down side is a few of their games are out of order not there are still plenty of others to keep their attention. Also not a bad price too.
Very crowded and many games do not work or take your nickles. Game room smells like BO and is too hot. One tunnel on a hole on the golf course was stopped up and all the balls were jammed in it. Staff seems almost apathetic and barely willing to assist with the aforementioned issues.
Best place new and clean
Very fun, great for young people, especially kids. Mini golf is great, although I wish it would be cleaned. We go there every few months :)
A fun little place to allow the kids to play mini golf and acarade games.
Was fun, the putt putt was the high light. My kido really liked it. The people up front were very nice and helpful. But most the games did not work or did not give out tickets when should. Over all was a good time. Wish there was a little more to that place.
Great place for the whole family
It would have been nice if they would have cleaned the Turf where you play mini golf there was acorns everywhere and it was hard to play
Family fun on a budget! It was really cool that the games only cost nickels but unfortunately some games did not work. The kids still enjoyed their time!
Been here several times with my kids....they love going!!!! This particular time we were told it would cost 13$ just to enter... was also told they have always charged a door fee. Not one time have I ever been charged to get in the door.Just found this odd and we took them somewhere else and probably wont return!!Its not the issue of the 13$, however the rude reply I received when I asked about it!!!! Great place for the kids and very cheap entertainment.... but could definately work on Customer Service Skills!!!!!!
Is fun. Has small arcade area with many games. Has a miniture golf course too. Was here for a birthday party.
My family loves coming here, the prices are great and much better than Chuck e cheese or main event. It may not be big, but cheap and its nice that you dont necessarily have to stay a long time to have fun.
Simple and cheap went there to celebrate a birthday and had lots of fun
It was a pretty fun place. My kids had a blast. So many tickets to get. The miniature golf is a nice little course
My family enjoyed it
Good place for families to have birthday parties and family fun together. Kids love it
Great place to take the kiddos, cant go wrong with a few nickels in an arcade. Most of the games work, staff is usually very helpful when a game runs out of tickets, Id recommend this spot for any family.
OMG!!! Now other then the machines jamming, which the employees fix and refund your money when you tell them, THIZ PLACE IS AWEAOME!!! Took my grandson, dropped $15 buck, we were there almost 2 hours and HE LOVED IT! Best $15 bucks I ever spent.
Very clean. Great date night️
Weve lived in Burleson for over a year and our friends just introduced us to this awesome place! Great mini golf course, great arcade games and its all at a great price! It was quite busy, but worth the wait
Was a lot more fun than I thought it would be.
It is always fun going but 4 machines took our money, and eventually I just quit going to ask for my nickels back. Plus a lot of games were broken. My kids love it and its great family time. Thats whats important.
I used to love this place.. About 15 games were out of order, out of their 25 games. The workers also pretty much ignore you the entire time to horse around.. definitely will not be going back
Fun Family place with a great miniature golf course and a building full of electronic games. Many birthday parties are held here.I really like their golf course and will go back.
Fun place for the kids
My girlfriend and I went here a few days ago and loved it
You have to pay a cover charge just to walk in the door! Not the kind of cover charge you pay when you make no purchase. No, YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM AN EXTRA CHARGE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCT!!! On top of that, a third of the machines dont work or just keep your money and dont preform. The mini golf course in so run down you are lucky to get a ball to go straight for more than 5 feet and the water features it is loaded with are dry.Youll save money and have fewer frustrations if you just throw a $20 out the window as you drive by!The owner(s) should be ashamed of the way they conduct a business targeting children for customers.
Little run down but still very cute place
This game room is awesome for family fun! Highly recommend
I would have given 5 stars but 25% of the games didnt work.
Absolutely amazing! Good cheap fun thats nearby. Beats any other amusement place Ive gone to. You can bring your own food and drink in.
Awesome for the money!
Rate a zero..alot machines down..took nickles. Didnt give all ur tickets..wont be back and was 1st time there
I love this place. I can get $5 in tokens and everyone can play.
I took my 94 year old mom and my 9 yr old grandson.Of course my grandson loved it but my mom REALLYhad a ball!! She wants to go again!!!
Love this place has tons of fun with my wife and kid and it was not expensive.
My wheelchair bound grandson couldnt do much for spring break but asked to go to Buffalo Nickels in Burleson. We both had a great time and the workers were very nice and attentive. Great value for the money spent. He ended up winning enough tickets to get one of the top prizes and was very proud of himself. Thank you Buffalo Nickels for making an injured kids spring break a little more fun.
Nice little place. Masta at mini golf btw hehe.
Too many games broken. Very crowded. It ended well with the mini golf course. Good family fun outside.
While everyone was nice & polite its in desperate need of repair. Lose greens on the putt putt area, at least half of the games were out of tickets or out of order. A bit disappointing.
My kids love coming here. Inexpensive local fun.
Amazing place better than Chuck E Cheese
A few games didnt work. All games take 2-6 nickels per play. Not a bad place. My niece loved the Pig Out game.
Charging $3.25 per person to walk in the door is ridiculous. We were just there at the beginning of January and several of the games were not even working so its just not worth it for such a small variety of games. My toddler was free but $12.99 for 2 adults and 2 kids plus tokens is a joke especially when the adults would not touch any games.
Alot of the games were broken! The mini golf courses had tons of acorns and sticks and leaves. We were trying to sweep them with the clubs! Rediculous!!
Its a little ran down but my grandson had a blast and you cant ask for anything more than that
We booked a birthday and whoever took the reservation told us the wrong time. They could not accommodate us for the time we were given. We had to scramble to find another place. I do not recommend this place. The last time we went there were a lot of broken games.
Amazing!!! Me and my Grandma went there.
Nice mini golf course! Great arcade! Grandchildren loved it
Great place for younger kids. Our kids (oldest is 8yo) love it. Yes, its a smaller arcade/mini golf, but we appreciate how we can watch our kids without letting them out of sight. The entrance fees are minimal... still a very economical outing because the games are cheap (nickel) to play.
I like this place but some of the games are often broken. Mostly from the little kid banging on them or jamming too many knickles in
Affordable fun for kids and the golf course is nice but.... Half of the games dont work we waisted about $3 worth of nickels on broken gams and the area where the games are was covered in candy and trash. the staff was more concerened with talking amongst themselves then helping the kids pick prizes. I get it its little trinkets but this is a childrens play place and there needs to be more involved teens working here.
My kids absolutely love this place. It is a bit old and dated and can get very hot when its crowded and busy. A lot of the machines need proper maintenance and tend to eat your money and not dispense tickets. The prices for items are a bit outrageous. You can select a 25-50 cent oriental trading wholesale item for 200-300 tickets. Any item worth a second glance costs upwards in the thousands range of tickets. Regardless of the cons, my children still love the place and it is a great place to go have fun.
Took the children here on word of good ratings. Started off rough but highly worth it in the end. Gave each kid 10.00 to run off and play while hubby & I spent at least a good 20 on the one game in the middle. its a good place to go out for the night not to pricy & gives major ticket wins when hitting jackpot. Some games needed to be adjusted tho. Basketball ones get stuck alot and dont issue tickets.
It was so much fun. 10 bucks and we played for a couple hours. Putt-putt was neat also.
Little crowded and unruly when we first arrived but it calmed down after a bit. The kids had a blast spending their nickels and I liked the price tag! :) most of the games were in good working order and they did have staff that would come out and look at something if it wasnt working right. Little small but good way to let the kiddos play on a rainy day.
Nice clean place to have some child parties. Cool place
Good affordable family fun.
25 percent of the machines where broken or had coin jams. But the staff is great, maybe ownership should put a few nickels back into the business
It was nice family fun for a CHEAP price!! Three of us got in played golf and games for under $30, whereas Main Event was about $150 for us!! Well be back!!
Fun for whole family that wont break the bank. Kinda difficult to spot if you dont know where it is. True miniature golf and a nickel arcade that at most is 40 cents to play each game which is a down right bargain compared to most arcades.
Simple fun for the kids & it wont break your pocket
Re-done with a dinosaur theme
Its a cheap way to pass time.Wish they have more room for parents to just chill and hangout. Was a little crowded when we went.
One of the best places ever for a childs birthday party or just for a Saturday afternoon with the family!
Its super great for a cheap alternative to Chuckie Cheese or Peter Piper. The ONLY downside is that sometimes more than half of their games will be out of commission for the day but theyre pretty quick to fix it and always down to refill tickets if need be. Their prizes are reasonable and kids love them. They accommodate for birthday parties but they dont serve any food so be prepared but all in all, we love this place!!
Had a blast playing mini golf with the family. Will definitely go back!
5 stars because of the price! You will find more games and larger mini golf courses other places, but you will pay at least 3 times as much. Buffalo Nickel does not have a cheap feel, its just small. Well worth checking out.
Family fun on a budget. Ive been here for birthday parties and just to get the kids out of the house. The games run on nickels, what could be better?Just keep in mind that the price is a point that draws in crowds on the weekend. With that in mind, the ticket counters will be over worked and there WILL BE A LINE to count your winnings.Other than that, the course is fun for families.
Amazing,Brings back memories of my childhood
MAJOR RIPOFF...My wife and I took our three grandsons to this business for an afternoon of arcade fun. I was shocked when, upon entering the arcade, a staff member informed me there would be a $3.25 charge per person for admission. The fee applied to all of us, not just the kids who would be playing. When I asked what the admission fee entitled us to, I was told that we would then be qualified to purchase mini-golf or the arcade games. REALLY! We left the arcade, drove about a mile south, and the kids got to play a much larger variety of arcade games (for no admission fee) and enjoyed some decent, reasonably priced pizza while we were at it. Thank you, Peter Piper.
Inexpensive fun for the fam. Only complaint is that some of the greens and games need upkeep. But still worth the $6 per person entrance to do both :) we had a lot of fun!
Always a fun little place to take the kids. Not as expensive as PuttPutt and twice as fun.
