Nice place & staff to help your child with ice skating

Nice facility, four rinks, one of which is Olympic. Restaurant and bar on the second floor and snack bar on the first floor. Ample parking. Only criticism is lack of seating on two of the rinks.

Very nice rink, with great amenities. They did a very nice job decorating for states while we were there.

I love going here and it’s cheaper than the outdoor ice rink. The cost is very reasonable to rent ice skates (hockey skates only) and admission. Staff will race over and help you if you fall. How ever the one thing that kept this away from 5 stars is the fact that it opens at 11:30 am and closes at 2:00 pm so you have barely any time to skate especially since there are a couple intermissions where they clean the ice for about 15+ minutes. Also food, drinks, sportswear (skates, clothes, and padding) and lessons are expensive.

The covid restrictions are absolutely rediculas

I volunteer for a special ed ice skating program and every year we have our show here. I went from being a star myself to volunteering for people who have ieps like me or more of a disability. Every year is different but am amazing in the same way. Like I remember when the name was the Pepsi center. But thanks to this place and the people we get to do our show here every year which doesn’t only mean a lot to me. But the the parents and kids who get to make great memories and where amazing costumes.

Nice rink - actually fairly warm! Not a ton is searing though at the rink we went to. There is a nice snack bar.

A great 4- rink ice hockey facility! It has a snack stand and vending machines for when you are waiting for practice or after the game.

Took the kids for open skate, wish the ice guard was paying attention. Some teens where skating without care that the majority where kids under 10. Saw several near collisions with small children because they were showing off.

Took a safety class here. Was able to watch hockey practice. Theres also a great restaurant for something to eat

We went here for my daughters hockey game, plus weve seen the Buffalo Beauts here. They have plenty of food selections (Ive heard the chicken fingers are great), and plenty of parking.

Is a great place for a kids birthday party. They set up mats and things to climb on for the kids. There is also a bunch of little bikes and cars for the kids to ride on inside. There is a kitchen with a stove fridge and sink that you can use also. Weve been there 2 yrs in a row now and really like it

No bathrooms open intire campus!! Town of Amherst shame on you !!

What can I say? my only complaint would be this place is too far away for us to go super frequently. Kids are currently taking a clinic there and theres 4 rinks, lots of space, great locker rooms, amazing pro shop, and they actually have WiFi that works and is reliable (unlike Leisure rink & Holiday rink). Well maintained and kept clean. Southtowns rinks, take notes!

Facility is nice but the ice was in terrible shape considering the weather was fine. Very choppy all over especially around the boards and really bad in all corners!

Fun place to watch some hockey

Nice setup. Good pads of ice. WiFi signal can be spotty when trying to live stream games on YouTube. Upstairs restaurant has good food, decent selection of beers and good service

Website is as unfriendly as the snarky guy working guest services. Not welcoming or helpful at all to those unfamiliar with this local place.

This place needs advertising. Nobody I know knew about this place before I showed them. The place is in the process of remodeling, so right now its both functionally beautiful and dirty ugly. The place mostly needs love and attention. It is a cool place to hang out. Just dont let the grumpy security guards rain on your party.

Came in to watch my sons classmates game. Havent been here in over 28 years. Place was clean and had good concession stands for the fans

Great sled hockey facility

4 pad ice rink. Rinks 1 and 2 are the coldest with the feature and Olympic rinks being comfortable for the spectators. Small bar/restaurant with a view of the action on the feature rink. Snack bar unfortunately has some of the worst coffee I have ever had, only drink it is absolutely necessary. Proshop offers skate sharpening and has all your hockey needs covered.

Very nice ice rink. The tournament charged us an entry fee which was unwelcomed. But the facility is very nice. The restaurant overlooking one of the rinks is very good.

We spend a ton of time here. Great arena, resturant has decent food, and the staff is very friendly.

Had ice skating lessons here a couple years back. No problems, and overall a pretty nice facility.

There is a family center with a playground. baseball diamonds and a football field. They built a skate park and are in the process of building a hotel on the property. They have a concession stand and a restraurant that overlooks the main rink.

Rink is a dump!!! Locker rooms haven’t been cleaned in about 6-7 years, score clock doesn’t work (goes on & off and buzzer goes off randomly).Thought it was run by the Town of Amherst but if that’s the case someone’s gotta be pocketing the profits!

Municipally owned. Very decent ice facility. Easy access from interstate. Now the home of an outstanding new outdoor skateboard park!

If you play a sport, and dont like the variety at this place, I dont know what to do for you. Everyone appears professional and fun, with all the sports Ive played here.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My friend and I bought our tickets and skate rentals, went over to skate rentals and were told they were out of her size. Told to go back to the ticket counter for a refund. Explained the situation to the clerk, and she said they dont do refunds!!! No voucher or anything, THEY FLAT OUT STOLE MY MONEY. Im a very forgiving person, but I will never set foot in there again, THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

One of the better rinks in buffalo. 4 sheets of ice, a pro shop, cafe and separate restaurant all inside. Ice is usually ready on time and locker rooms are picked up.

Great facility, its nice to be at an ice rink where everything isnt shoehorned in too tightly. The seating for on-ice events is excellent. Cant speak to the quality of the ice, but the zamboni driver seemed to be taking his time with it and doing a good job (rather than speeding thru it). Only ding against this place is the restaurant... the selection seemed pretty limited, especially for kids. We ended up going elsewhere to eat.

They dont care about you once you decide to return a lease car and dont purchase from them. Real life experience!
