Cute little museum with interesting local history. We love the Festival of Trees they have at Christmas time!

If you havent been here in December; you should really visit! The christmas tree display is awesome!! The kids very much enjoyed the scavenger hunt and Buffalo Police car/tree display! Im happy to be a member!!

Building was closed due to I went on a Sunday, but I stopped by to get the map for The Buffalo Roam for Buffalo, Minnesota.

We have lived here in Buffalo for 29 years and this was our first visit.The Christmas trees are so beautiful.Many hours spent, getting them to looking so beautiful.This place is a must see. Thank You.

They had an interesting and informative exhibit on former Vice President Hubert Humphrey who had lived in nearby Waverly.

This is a great little stop for help with Wright County records. While they didnt have everything I already had, they had a lot that was news to me which I didnt expect to find. (Court proceedings, for example which are always a fascinating glimpse into your family history.) Overall very helpful, nice venue and enjoyable visit.

Fantastic local historical society, well presented displays and exhibits and I LOVE their research library. Hubert Humphrey’s Model T is a personal favorite item of mine to always take a look at! I was doing research on both my family and local Native American burial mounds and the staff there were so helpful and friendly and even went out of their way to look up relevant texts for me to read. I’m a proud member and I hope more people will join and support this treasure of a community/regional resource so it can continue to educate people for generations to come!

Lets make a museum and not be open on Saturday when working people are free to do such things. Brilliant. Hope you make lots of money from jobless and retired citizens who have all day Monday thru Friday to visit. Psh.
