We’ve been living at Wayside Mobile Home Court for 2 years now. We love it here, our Landlady and the Maintenance Woman are very Nice and informative. Our Mobile Home is a very nice home we purchased from the park .

Very unethical and uses coercion to intimidate tenants who have some developmental disabilities.

When is the water line that broke going to b fixed? Hope its soon so that our rent doesnt go up AGAIN to cover the already $25,000 a yr water bill (even tho the ONLY person that is able to use it is her maintenance person who actually does nothing but steal from the residence. I hope its done by a person who is in the plumbing field and not this thief who doesnt have any knowledge in anything that has anything to do with maintenance, tired of nothing being done the right way.....

Live here, great area, and people. No problematic neighbors either

It’s a dump even for a trailer park which I’m not sure you can be anything but a dump if you are a trailer park.
