Letter grade unknown restaurant. plenty of parking but be aware it is a mall. The pizza was good. The salad was too watery. basically it was too wet. Salad toppings a lot of options. the meat sauce for spaghetti it was a lot of sauce and oily not a lot of meat in it. Wasnt that good. And the Fried Chicken was to fried and greasy. Not like the Pioneer Chicken. it was more like beef jerky. it was super oily when I bite it . Now desserts not very desirable. So the buffet give it a . Its best to eat before you get here or eat after you leave here. Now the games in the arcades. I gave it my kid have fun and I had fun. Theyre kept well maintained clean and working. they were at least 4 games were not working. And for the rides just hit the little button and about 2 to 4 minutes theyll come by to operate the machine so you can ride it.

This place is great for kids, not much for toddlers but there are a few toddler games. A party of 4 cost us about $35-$40 and it comes with the Buffett, $25 we spent on the game card and the kids played and rode on rides for 2 hours. We spent less here than Chuck-e-cheese, and its bigger. I rate it a 4 because Im not a buffet guy but choose your battles wisely and you would be good.

If you wanna have a good pizza party that has games and rides for kids, this is the place to go. It has a huge venue that serves in a buffet style. The alcohol served there is basically wines and beer, and the food is actually good.

This place is dirty and the pizza is reminiscent of a bygone era of dirt pies and rock slime soup. Id rather dine at bucks BBQ grillers and cordial.

Great place to bring the family decent price and a lot of games and things to do for the kids. They serve beer and margaritas.Games and rides are great for the kids. Its like Shakeys meets Chuck-E-Cheese. Even have a party rooms for kids celebrations right next to the arcades.

First time coming here was so excited to try. just to be disappointed real quick. food tasted like was sitting out for over a hour. wasnt fresh bearly warm. got lucky in getting a pepperoni slice to eat. salad was color yellow and red. ranch sauce was watery. spaghetti was copd and not fully cooked and when asked one of the workers about when will fresh food be out had a attitude and bad service. no manger on site when asked. will not be returning. not happy with the whole experience here.

Fun place for kids and adults. The place seems to always be short staffed. Food is decent. Hard to find a clean table and bathrooms can use a bit more attention. But my kids love coming here for the rides and games.

Its fun, but be prepared to spend at least $100. The food is decent.

This place use to be pretty good... but now with the lack of employees and maintenance it is going down hill quick... the bathrooms were nasty and nothing worked in the bathroom, most the games had something wrong, warn out, or just not working correctly. Ultimately my little ones dont care about all that, they see flashing lights and buttons to mash and they had a blast. I will say even for the lack of pizza choices that were out this round it still beats ChuckeCheese pizzas by far... but thats another story.

This location was bigger than some of the others of this franchise. It was well kept and well maintained. The dining room were very cleanly and on point. The food was okay. The pizza was fine. The salad bar was better than I expected. The soups were hit and miss. The desserts were a disappointment, especially the rock hard cookies. The make your own nachos was nice. The choice of beverages were nice, from the typical fountain drinks to a coffee maker that has 8 types. And did I mention the Icee machine. I still wish there was an in-house lemonade or juice. The employees were attentive to clean tables. The games and rides are fine, but having to pay full price for the buffet and games is sort of overpriced. I recommend to look for deals (ex. Groupon). It is a nice place to go out to eat with family and friends with decent food and activities all enclosed in one large area.

Disgusting place, over crowded, food poorly cooked, people were serving themselfs with their bare hands. Not worth the food poisoning. I was in and out in less than 10 mins.

Nice clean safe place to have a party for children. Nice variety of food, deserts and drinks for everyone. Nothing fancy but still pretty good. Games and rides kept the children entertained and happy.

I would suggest to go during weekdays to avoid the long line and crowd. The pizzas were good and many drinks to choose from. Again the three stars was for the crowd over the weekend. But thats expected.

Very crowded dirty (filthy) restrooms bad customer service had to ask multiple times and had to waite for tables to be cleaned food tasted old and stale also dirty dishes and utensils and cups dont look like it was washed properly and tables were not very clean workers had attitude and look like they hated their jobs were not enough workers or staffers for the amount of people they had to service. The pizza was good,but the dessert taste like it didnt have any sugar, even the ice cream, its been a while since I been here, it didnt taste like that then, the rooms for eating were not clean,we had to eat by the games, My niece and nephew had a good time and I was happy with that.

For an 11 year old kid this was heaven. For adults who had been walking all over Disneyland for three days, this was heaven. We could watch him play games and ride rides to his hearts content while relaxing with a coffee and a delicious buffet.

This place was just perfect my family and I enjoy this place so much the customer service the manager gives you are 4 stars now one of the girls who are giving away the prices she has an attitude and was super rude but rather then that was just perfect

I liked this place. It was my 1st visit on 4th July, and I didnt go with a positive thought here, I thought its a holiday, and they must be having shortage of staff, no food, messy restrooms. But no.!!The whole thing changed when I saw food was good, tables were clean. Plates and fork available. The staff must have worked really hard to not give my any reason to frown.Its a lovely game place for kids. Staff being helpful and attentive. For once I liked a place when I didnt even want to go, because it was a group event.Amazing staff, amazing cause I couldnt see them yet I didnt need them. The person to select tickets was helpful too!!!ETA: I loved the perfect pizza portions, desert portion, thats how much my kids can eat. What can be added is a salad bowl. I couldnt mix the salad on my plate.

The food was good but seating took awhile after getting in...we were a group of 8 and the bigger tables that would fit us were being taken up by groups of 3-4 ppl so we had to wait in each room until a table opened up other than that it was good

If I could give 0 stars, I would.How disappointing! My sister, her son, and I ate here today and Im sorry I recommended to her!We had lunch here today, and first off, the line to purchase your meal is exceedingly slow. What takes so long?First thing I noticed was the lack of pizzas that were out. When they would put out a pizza, it would be swarmed and gone in minutes. At one point I watched while an employee was wiping something down while 3 pizzas sat in the center area and were never put out. When new pizzas were done they finally put those out. I heard a guest ask if there was sausage coming out. Yes, but 7 minutes! I personally love their bread sticks. I checked several times and the containers were always empty. I checked over a period of at least 25 minutes. No breadsticks.The fried chicken bin was consistently empty. It was so bad that as soon as the chicken was dumped, the bin would empty in just minutes. Additionally they were only serving legs. About 1/2 of them were missing meat on one side. I guess these were seconds? And finally even though the chicken was just dumped in the bin, it wasnt piping hot. In fact it was barely above warm. So why the wait?The pizza, when i had it, was good. The slices are pretty small but thats fine. The pasta wasnt hot and the serving bins were fairly empty and there were noodles spilling out of the bins.When we went to the game area for my 9 y/o nephew to play, many of the games werent working. The Speed of Light game was partially working. You could hit the lit up domes but it wasnt scoring. And the rides....well you had to let them know you wanted to ride and at some point an employee would come over to operate the ride.After playing the games, we went back for dessert. There was basically NOTHING at the dessert area. The soft serve was working but there were no bowls or cones. The bartender did get some cones so that was one good think.Both soft serve machines were disgusting. Ice cream and cones were just sitting in the machine. Gross!I really wanted to have some hot, mini donuts. Not to be had. The machine didnt seem to be working well as the donuts were mis-shapened and additionally there wasnt much powdered sugar on them. I did try one but it was cold and greasy. I took a bite and threw it away. The machine ran out of batter and wasnt taken care of. There were no donuts for at least 30 minutes, it was still running empty when we left.The 3 items that I really like at Johns are their breadsticks, donuts, and cinnamon rolls. This trip I wasnt able to have any of them.I spoke with a manager, Dante, and he did tell me that they had a few employees call out. I let him know how disappointing our experience had been and he basically could have cared less. I asked if there was a manager in above Dante, and was told no, but I was given his card by one of the cashiers. I did send an email to Mr. Contreras addressing my concerns. I will update if I get a response.We spent over $25 on food and basically had less than 1 pizza, 4 chicken legs, and one small plate of cold fettuccine. Not a good value. Not a good experience. Not going back.

I went yesterday for my Birthday and I had a great time. Food was good and my favorite ride was twister.

So disappointed. Brought my granddaughter here to the Buena Park Mall location. Non of the staff I spoke with knew the answer to my questions. When we finally were ready to eat, we were never approached by a staff member to bring us our cups or ask if we were doing alright. The ice cream machine was a mess because parents do not supervise their children and the staff doesnt bother to clean it. Extremely busy on the weekends due to parties and large groups of people. They hire a younger set of employees and they dont train them on how to deal with the public or just be nice and courteous. Very disappointed.

People should be ashamed of the messes they leave for the employees to clean up. I know its their job to clean up after a customer, but these customers are nasty. The workers took their time in cleaning up though after people would leave, but the messes was repulsive. Other than that the games worked and the kids enjoyed themselves. The food was good, the buffet was clean.

Servings pizza are limited on slow working hours, deserts are minimal selection - not good at all.salad bar doesnt have a good selection like before. I Have suggested if cinnamon bread pudding can be added to the menu but staff never got back to me. Kids prize selection is poor for the amount of tickets collected

Great place here. The Moreno Valley one is way out of way so this was was the most closest we got. All you can eat place with pizza, salads, entrees, snacks like donuts and ice cream... close to a Walmart and all natural juice bar.

Johns Incredible Pizza is similar to Chuckie Cheese but a modern version with an all you can eat buffet with bigger attractions such as bumper cars, bowling, and a spin swril. they have lots of games inside, some games collect points on a game card, at the end of use you can redeem for prizes. I recommend this for ages 7-14. this place has a toddler section which is pleasant. They offer a membership which gives discounts and deals on certain days. The staff was attentive and friendly on my visit, also the food was good, they have a variety of pizzas. Fried Chicken, a few types of pastas, macaroni and spaghetti, a big salad bar, and a desert station.

If there are minus 1,000 star I would go for it. The services are beyond horrible here, no one smiles, staffs are plain rude and extremely unfriendly.. I was shocked this is not what I expect from children place ... I been there only ONCE and NEVER AGAIN!

This place is better than Chuck E cheese in my opinion. They have a solution you can eat buffet with the purchase of entrance. Plenty of places to sit and also have a sports dining room area. They do have a mini bar which is a plus. Also they have good arcade games, a couple rides, bowling and more. Their prices are great for the fun you have there.

Went there for my nephews birthday party. When you first go in its a little confusing to find the entrance. Youll need to walk through the main doors from the parking lot and then you can take the elevator or walk down the steps to get to the entrance. Once youre there you line up to use one of the kiosk to purchase your tickets for food and games. Its convenient with lots of kids. Have them eat at the pizza buffet and then give them token cards for games. The food was cheap and ok, it was edible and kids liked it. There are lots of games so prostate yourself for lots of laughing, running, and noise.

Ive been here a couple times. This time around, by 6pm on Wednesday night, there was a small selection of food left. Eventually they brought more food out, but most pizzas were gone for a while. Same as with everything else they had.They have different themed dining rooms for sitting and eating. They also have a party section for those that get a party package.Games were fun as usual. Its a pretty big game area. A mini bowling alley and bumper cart area in the back as well as a swing machine.All in all it was good. Only thing I suggest is keeping an eye on the food. After all, people do come here for the variety of food.

Its a very fun place, great concept for parties. How ever, its incredibly busy. Line out the door to get in, (luckily we were with a party so no wait) the bathroom was dirty & smelly with sticky floors. Food was good but pizza trays & other food/items ran out too fast. Staff couldnt keep up with the customers. This is not the staffs fault, maybe they need more employees to make sure things are stocked & stations & bathrooms are kept clean. There were just too many customers.
