Recently took my family here for a night out, and they all loved it! So much to do, with so many different attractions great for all ages! Staff was so welcoming from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out! Cafe food, was delicious with so many choices for everyone! This place is fantastic! The membership option is worth every penny. Appropriate for kids of all ages and even adults can have a great time jumping around. Nate is about the most helpful employee I have ever been around.

This place says masks are required but is not interested in enforcing that rule. There were a lot of people there yesterday with many adults walking in and walking around without a mask. When I asked the 19-year-old manager why they dont ask those people to wear a mask, he told me they have other things to worry about right now and that if Im not comfortable I should feel free to leave.I wouldve shut that whole place down again immediately if I had the power to do so. But yes, its a shame but good luck going there!

They overcharge customers.Please be aware they sell you the most expensive package even though your child doesn’t meet the height requirements.The employee asked if my son was 5 yrs old because he is very short. I told him he was 8. He sold me the Ultimate Attraction so he could have access to all the rides. I noticed he wasn’t tall enough when he tried to ride one of them. The regional manager refused to refund the difference. You shouldn’t charge customers for 52” attraction when he is alot shorter than that. Urban Air is stealing from the customers.No staff at the dodge ball courts, kids constantly getting hurt that turn into fights.A kid vomited right at dodgeball area and it was cleaned by a female staff without wearing disposable gloves or mask. Exposing herself to the virus. I will never come back.

We just had our daughters birthday here and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Our host Reagan was great, the pizza was good, and all the attractions were the best. The kids had a great time. We will definitely come back again.

We had a party today for my daughters birthday. This place is amazing such friendly staff and the kids has such a good time on all the equipment. Brisa was our party host and she was so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend!!!!!

We paid $21.63 for a 6 year old kid to come and play. Then the staff ( who themselves older school kids) come and keep telling the kids dont go into the ball pool and dont lie down on the sponges. Final we took our kid for climbing they said $21 is not enough to do that activity. Fine I will accept that I have been duped for my $21.00. Soon this kind of senseless pricing, and incompetent business spirit will perish in the face of competition. There are better trampoline park around. Dont waste money here. It was a spirit night for my kids school. I would donate $100 to the school directly rather than come to this Urban air and then be duped for them to pay a small percentage of that money to the school!

I was impressed by the number of activities younger children could do. The young kids with us had a blast! The Staff were sweet, courteous and very responsible and concerned for everyones safety. Will definitely be going there again!

We came here for a joint birthday party for both my niece and nephew. They gave them both VIP stickers and shirts without me even having to ask, which I thought was awesome. Our hostess and hostess in training were both awesome. They were super flexible in letting us pick a time to eat (mostly because the grown ups were hungry) and just a joy to be around. They even brought a few extra waters without us asking and refilled our drinks when needed. The pizza was surprisingly really good. The kids had a fabulous time and this was one of the easiest parties I’ve ever had to do, because they handled pretty much everything. I’m very happy we had their party here and will defiantly come back. The only reason I’m not doing 5 stars is because after the party, which ended at 9 PM, the employees seemed a little more focused on cleaning up to close at 10 PM and not as much on service (such as having no one at the concession stand). I get wanting to go home, but if you are open until 10 PM, the focus should be on your guests until 10 PM.

I really wanted to leave a review but I didn’t have time until today, on December 18 we had a spirit night booked at Urban Air which we thought was a great idea but in all honesty we will never come back my kid was being disrespected by one of the staff, when I went to talk to the staff to see why my kid was being treated like this he ignored me and didn’t pay any mind to what I was saying. So when I went to the front and asked for a manager the young girl that was up there said she was the manager, so I explained my situation to her and she said she would go talk to him and she never moved. I waited for her to go talk to him and she didn’t she was at the front on her phone and doing everything else but what she told me. My wife was upset about the whole thing because every time she comes in there with the kids it’s never an issue and if it was the managers would fix it but that day she said she never even seen her their before and believes that the girl was lying about being a manager . We won’t be coming back the management was terrible.

Khalil Johnson was our host. We were so blessed to have him! He was energetic, positive, engaging and became a vital role in the success of our party. As the party parent I was stressed out and worried about everyones happiness. Khalil was funny and played with the kids and assisted with the duties of running the party: cake cutting, ice cream scooping, pizza....etc. We will be back!!!!! The

I wish I had done more research. I booked my sons birthday party last week without knowing that Altitude birthday party bundles includes 20 kids. Urban air only includes 10 and $20.00 for any additional guest. For $40.00 more I would have had 10 more guest and Altitude offers Double Daves and Chick fil A food. Can wait till next year to book his party at Altitude.

Purchased a membership for my oldest child and the price is excellent. The daily rates are a it high and one time I paid for the ultra pass for my youngest because he LOVES the rock climbing wall but when other children were pushing him out of their way so that they could cut in line the workers did nothing. 2 hours there and he never did get to climb and I could have just paid for the basic pass (hes too little for the sky walk and zip line)

I gave it one star for the management. My son who is 16 worked here it was his first job. He loved working there he was always on time, early mostly. Any time someone needed him to come in and work a shift or stay overtime he did. He always was giving a tip for hosing parties because he is a people person and love working with kids and kids love him. Never had a write up. We had a family member pass away and my son found out he tried phoning the job but could not get an answer to let them know what was going on so he missed the party he was suppose to host. So he emailed management. He tried calling again to come in on his regular shift and explain and they told him do not coming in someone covered your shift. That same day he tried to check his scheduled and he could not log in. They had fired him that same day he lost his grandfather. I just feel that the company has a great business but they need to improve how employer can communicate on a different phone line then the customer phone line It difficult to talk to a live person at Bryan Urban Air who want to leave a message when its important. My son would still have the job he loved If The new management had a heart.

Disappointing the way the staff treated our birthday party group. My daughter-n-law tried to call them several times, but they would not return her phone calls. So, she brought in gluten free pizza and birthday cake. The staff would not allow her to bring the food in because of policy. They said they had their own birthday package (no gluten free). They should have made an exception with 6 children standing there expecting to have a party. There was only one other kid there besides us. They need to have a manager there to make an exception, it was in the middle of the week.The equipment they had was well planned and layed out. The equipment staff were friendly and helpful with the younger kids.

This place needs a lot of help staff wise. ADULT help. All of the employees are children. When asking for someone in charge they’re never “available”. We were charged $13 dollars yesterday for TWO pairs of socks, with a membership! When we noticed, we called and the “manager” who sounded like a 16 year old, was no where near knowledgeable of the memberships or how they worked and kept asking someone beside him, everything that I was asking him. None of them follow one way of doing things. Every person has a different answer for everything. Please conduct proper training. I don’t pay a monthly membership for inconsistency.

I really would like to give a nice review, but the staff is very rude. During the weekdays, no one goes there, soit will only be fun if your children is a lonely player, otherwise, be prepared to pay to be able to play with your children. They keep putting rules in the way your children should play. Go to the other trampolines in town.

Place is great for older kids but my toddler does not understand why he cant jump in the ball oit9 with the big kids. I toddler ball but would be a great addition.

Our party host makayla was awesome. So friendly and helpful. When she noticed I was trying to keep track of the kids included in my party package and the kids paying separate she assured me she would take care of that. Major relief for a mom trying to host a party of small children. Liz at the consession stand was so nice also, the kids kept going up to purchase things and she never rushed them even if thier little indecisive minds were not made up. Honestly the only complaint I have is on the manager, they were training new team members and he was talking about our host not only in front of my self but the new team members. I was offended not only as a manager for a large business but as a customer. I even felt obligated to let him know our host was great and explained everything the package included prior to turning us over to check out. Friendly environment should include the team as well, how else would your business run so efficiently!

The place is fun but they need to be faster when putting on the harness and hooking thrm up to the course.

I have been booking Urban air party for a few years now and have always been happy. However the party we had Saturday was not what I paid for. My reservation was for a private room downstairs which includes a full time host. My party was booked at 10:30 and one of the first party’s of the day. The room was not ready. We were told we didn’t have a hostess and would be sharing a hostesses. We had to ask for everything including water, forks, plates and pizzas etc. We never received balloons or any room preparations. Then before our party ended at 12:30 we were told to leave and they started preparing for the next party. I told them we have it until 12:30 which was a few more minutes and was told the next party was early and waiting. I received no compensation for the inconvenience and was not provided with what I paid for. The hostess we had did a good job under the circumstances.

My kiddos has a blast here and Khalil was very helpful for our party. We will definitely comeback.

We went for a friends childs birthday party and had a blast!I was reliving my childhood and explored everything they had to offer, this place needs no words. A Must Have for birthdays from now on!Wonderful service and very exciting for children and ManChilds alike (hehehe my wife called me a ManChild, no better explanation on Earth!)

Get DeVonte for a host! He is awesome. He checks in, listens, and has a great personality. UrbanAir is a fun location for a kids birthday party. We are glad we booked our kids party here.

The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. The manger and other staff members talk about the customers right in front of them. Manger yelled at me and my friend for standing outside of the trampolines “court” and then continued to yell and accuse us of “being disrespectful, not following directions” The manger then threatened to call our parents since we are under 18. The trampolines are very unsanitary and full of spit out gum. The concessions took 30 minutes to get fries that ended up being cold. The staff cat calls younger kids/girls and the staff would flirt with with each other. You would think that for being such a big company they would hire better staff especially management. Staff especially younger adults/teens are very irresponsible and don’t know what they are doing. We do not plan on coming back.

Its Fun...But dont go Anless there are friends with you because it will get boring after a while

We have been to Urban Air several times, both on our own and for birthday parties. Each visit we have had a good experience!This past Saturday we attended a birthday party. Nate, the party host, blew me away! He not only made sure the children were taken care of, he also checked in on the adults in attendance. He was interactive with all of the children, but especially the three year old birthday girl. His announcements over the loudspeaker were engaging and grabbed your attention. All in all i was very impressed with Nate in comparison to previous party hosts that we have experienced.

This is my kid’s favorite place in the world, so unfortunately, we’ll continue to come, HOWEVER— The concession stand leaves MUCH to be desired. Because we have a membership, each time she comes, she gets a “free snack” ticket. Apparently, the only snack that ticket is good for is popcorn? Sure would be nice if it mentioned that on the card. Would also be nice if the popcorn were fresh and not just a layer of cold kernels at the bottom of the machine. Overall fun for kids, but disorganized and poorly managed. How difficult is it to pop fresh corn?

My daughter planned my grandpas birthday party here and although the booking process over the phone was tedious, the location staff in Bryan and the manager Diana gave top notch service. Our party host Mackhi was on top og every need the whole time and made sure our guests were set up right away to jump and had everything they needed for pizza and cupcakes. I recommend having a birthday party here and recommend just visiting the location to book. Thank you again Diana and Mackhi!

This was our first time coming to urban air.The manager Ryan was excellent. He checked on us a couple of times.The food was great and the staff was very helpful. Theyhave great prices and the place is very clean. We have been to jump world before and my kids didnt like it. But they really enjoyed urban air and are ready to go agine. Best trampoline park will definitely be returning.

This place is horrible. Parents leave their children unattended. The older kids come here and fight and be disrespectful to the staff. They run around and put the younger children in danger. I will never come here again.
