I have loved Cindie’s since we lived in Houston!! I was so happy that they are here and my daughter and I love to shop here as they have everything you need!! And if they don’t, the staff will go out of their way to help you find something comparable! Great selection, outstanding staff and always my go-to for lingerie needs, and outstanding stockings!!

Today had to be the worst experience I have ever had at Cindies. At first, things were normal as they can be, but shortly after my wife goes to try on a corset, things took a sharp turn. Since the wife was in the dressing room, I thought it would be cool to find some lingerie that she might think is cute. I was asked three times in the span of 5 minutes if I could be helped with the most condescending eyes. Then after handing the garments to the rep to give to the wife, who is still in the changing room, I went to look at the beard oil. I not only have one CSR but two now following me around. The entire time I am in the store they made me feel very uncomfortable. They did not stop the behavior until after check out. We used to frequent the store at least twice a quarter, but not anymore. Thanks, Cindies.

They are super respectful and professional! They make you feel welcome and not embarrassed at all. Very clean, and very sanitary. They even made sure my product worked before leaving the store. Answered all my questions with no judgement.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kendra. She answered all my questions and made the whole shopping experience, which can be intimidating when its your first time, relaxed and stress free. Thank you guys for being so great.

Even though Ive used the restroom there many times before, they said I couldnt because they had inventory in there even though I know for a fact that it is one simple restroom. No stall or anything just one door and one toilet that I have used multiple times although this time they said there was no restroom because they had inventory in there even though they had plenty of empty racks. I dont appreciate that I took my lover there but we couldnt finish shopping because they insisted that I needed to go to another business to use the restroom.

You pay for convenience compared to Amazon. Good selection, a little pricey but you get rewards when you shop and have their membership. Plus student discount with ID.

My payment with them has been duplicated and they refuse to refund the duplicate, forced to manage this with the bank.

Ladies were really helpful but noticed that how cheap the material really is after the wire on a new bra came out after 1 day overpriced for the material nothing like Fredericks of Hollywood

I purchased an item during the night shift and the employees there were not very helpful. I asked which item would be better and all she told me was that all of them were very good. After I had checked out, she told me my item was final sell. Overall the variety is very nice and somewhat overwhelming and the customer service is sub-par at best.

Nice and clean. The staff is excellent.
