I am grandma aged and needed to find some unique gifts & looked at the reviews here before I went. I almost didn’t go to the Cloud Nine Boca Chica because of some of the negative comments in the reviews. I decided to write this review because the negative reviews here, were in NO way, NO shape or form, a reflection of the character or the customer service I received at Cloud Nine Boca Chica. On the contrary! Joseph and Andres waited on me. I had no idea what to get or even what questions to ask. I was nervous and even a little scared when I walked in. I soon found myself feeling almost at home! They were both so patient and knowledgeable. They gave me great ideas and really knew their products. There was a VERY wide selection and I had ohhhh sooo many questions! Not once did Joseph or Andres ever make me feel rushed, like a pain in the rear or like they didn’t have time for me. They treated me with respect and like a very valuable customer. I knew NOTHING when I walked in, but left there with all my wonderful gifts and a lot more knowledge. I am so happy I didn’t pay attention to the negative reviews. I left there a very satisfied customer! I am sooo excited to give those gifts away! And I will be sure to return next time I am in town. Excellent staff, great prices

The hours of operation say they close at 10PM I came at 9:45PM and it was already closed...thats not cool I got out of work late and just wanted piece to buy it would have taken 5 minutes...but the manger behind the door just said closed didnt even open the door....but whatever

Great selection. Don’t buy ozium from here tho because they like to eyeball products and assign a price. $20 for a 3.5oz can you can get for $5 at Walmart.

Theres some employers are so rude with customers Dont go there if you dont have patiently and expensive pricres to much different from other tabacco stores I cant give even one start the owner need to change the employees ore he is going to lose more costumers

Bought a mod and it didn’t work out of the box returned the same hour and they wouldn’t exchange it they basically said too bad they have very bad customer service was a customer for years and they didn’t care at all contacting the better business bureau also the guy in the Canadian tux is a horrible dresser

Rude service, dumb prices and store hours, everyone is just so suspicious.
