Was treated to an introductory walk-through by Molly who couldn’t have been nicer or more thorough. Chesapeake arts center has a lot to offer! From welding to pottery to silkscreening. Looks like a lot of fun!

Very nice place, a tad bit unorganized when attending events. There were no signs to explain the random lines and what they were for. It was a cluster figuring out where exactly I needed to go or which line I needed to be in. Prior to the event starting the fire alarm went off randomly which pushed the show back at least 20mins. Overall my experience was nice.

Ive lived in this area for over 3 years but never knew this place existed. Went for a gospel concert. The outside is lovely and the inside has an auditorium feel to it. Big stage with auditorium seating. The sound guy wasnt great (I do audio myself so it irritated me) but overall a good experience.

Great auditorium...parking could be improved by modifying the bus lot for more cars.

I went to my sons winter concert and it was such a beautiful night, plus the auditorium is so big for a middle school!!

Chesapeake Arts Center is a wonderful place. The Staff is very knowledgeable and hospitable.

I love coming to the MakerSpace with or without my son. Henry and the volunteers are working to make a community of Makers in Northern Anne Arundel County.

Musty smell. Warm as if a/c system was not on or working properly......We had a dance competition. KIDS WERE A LITTLE HOT WITH LIGHTS AND ALL.

This is an awesome place to have events at. My 7year old daughter had a ballet recital here twice and I loved it. It’s very spacious and the setting is beautiful. Also there’s plenty of parking space.

A lot of activities for the community. A little pricey but worth it if you think of the experience you will gain from interacting with others involved in the same interest as yourself.

Chesapeake arts center is a really nice place.. good for concerts and is centered around the arts environment. Also has a separate wing that’s used for arts, dancing, music, and it even has a small theater inside.This is a great place for shows and performances in the community and for the most part puts on some amazing shows. You would never know what the CAC had to offer until I went there myself one day and was pleased with what was presented there.

This is a great facility! Love the Makerspace, the theater and the mini art exhibits.

I really enjoyed being there. The center was located at the rear of the building. There are more than 1 auditorium, so many events can be featured. There is amply parking.

Heathers the Musical was an experience I havent experienced since 19**. The small theatre was just enough to do what was needed. Thanks to Ed Higgins (EraseHateThroughArt) & Grant (HDYLMN Productions)...

I have my two daughters enrolled in dance classes here. The teachers are wonderful and the price is very good. There are free concerts and other free events, its hard to keep up with them all. Best way to take in some culture for any extremely reasonable price.

Excellent place for performances. Im thinking about joining a ceramic class. The performance was nice and the costumes were very nice for the dance recital.

Great venue for live theatre! Beautiful main stage space and blackbox/studio theatre. Ample parking but better signage wood help direct to the various spaces on the campus.

My niece had a dance recital in this Center. The auditorium floor could have been vacuumed. The air conditioner could have been a lot cooler consider the heat wave flowing outside. I was not impressed by this Art Centers presentation. The lack of effort in the presentation left a sour impression for a first visit. I was disappointed to say the least!

This is a great place for everything art.... Preforming arts as well as visual arts... The staff is always delightful to deal with, with very up beat positive attitudes. There could also be tuition assistance available if you meet income guide lines and funds are available.. For the tuition assistance you will need to have a 21225 21060 or 21061 zip code and live in Anne Arundel County.

Great instructors in guitar and voice. If you are starving for the Arts this is the place for our area. Enjoyed the programs & lessons and just being involved in the center. I will be renewing my membership.

Great venue, production I saw had minor audio glitches, but the areas acoustics helped out greatly.

Just saw Brides of Tortuga here. The venue was really cool and the production was awesome, but the waiting area was small. Overall, really cool place with ample parking.

This place puts on Ren Fest shows outside of their regular season, usual in December for a Ren Fest Christmas Special, but over the summer the opened up their doors for free for a fund raising event for one of the Ren Fest amazing performers Johnny Fox for a benefit show. All proceed went to his medical treatment. Chesapeake art center let them come in an perform free of charge so all ticket sales would go to him. The actual center is quite large but still has great views from anywhere you sit in the house and you can hear everything even without a mic. My family loves going to see shows here and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.
