Absolutely worth the hour Drive for me, owners are warm and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable of the hobby. Store is always well stocked with high-quality fish and plants with plenty of extras to choose from. Always a pleasure visiting their store!

There is a lot I can say about the store.. the quality of fish. The cleanliness of the tanks and sheer care put into the fish. There are plenty of amazing things to say. What I will never forget or potentially never find anywhere else is the way I felt as soon as we walked in. My son is 3 and has Autism. He walked in happy and looking like usual but the treatment we got was like no where else. The woman working ( sad I didn’t get her name) got right down on his level and spoke to him. No one ever does that. She was so warmAnd welcoming and really put all my worry and anxiety to rest. I can’t say enough how much that meant. Wonderful people. Wonderful store. Wonderful experience.

Visited this past weekend for the first time. The staff was friendly and greeted us immediately on entry. I felt like they treated customers with respect regardless of their level of knowledge.You can immediately tell that this staff is well-educated in their trade. They offered advice, knew where their stock was located, and were easily able to pick out my Bosemani Rainbows by gender. They respected the fish when removing them from the tank and were very organized from extraction to check-out.We discussed plant-life, feeding habits, and tank-mates. My order was double-checked to ensure that my male-female request was exactly correct.With two nearby big box options for my aquarium, Agnoquatics is worth the extra 15 minute drive to benefit from true specialists. Their store hours are great, especially on weekends, and their location is easy to find.I definitely recommend and look forward to going back for some tank mates soon!

George and Alecia are both awesome at their jobs and super helpful whether you’re dealing with freshwater fish or plants! On top of that, they also have a really nice selection of both, making them our go-to fish store even though we don’t live close. They’ve got tanks, tank decor, any chemicals/medicine you might need, a myriad of food options, plant substrates, and tools like nets, scrubbers, forceps, and scissors. Seriously, if you need something aquarium related, give them a call and I’m sure they’ll be able to help you out. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The owner George hooked us up, answered all questions, gave us the best advice, and we got beautiful healthy fish! Also, was so friendly to our little girl! Will be back!

My husband and I stumbled upon this gem when looking to stock our community tank and have happily decided we’re only shopping here from now on for several reasons.This place could easily compete with the larger aquarium stores in terms of unique freshwater fish and overall selection, but truly excels in customer service, fish health, and overall knowledge. Both of the owners are very kind which I consider a huge bonus as well.This shop is well suited for planted tanks as well with their plant, rock, and driftwood selection.Thinking about visiting a larger aquarium superstore? Give this place a try first and I really don’t think you’ll leave without finding something special for your tank.

Without a doubt my favorite fish store! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve been in the hobby for 6 years and this place has some of the best livestock options. Especially NANO FISH!

I discovered this store today in my search for unique nano tank stock. I’m very impressed with how clean and organization the selection of tropical fish was. I believe I was talking with the owner and he was very knowledgeable and friendly and turned me on to something I would have otherwise overlooked. Coming from the Avon area is a bit of a drive but I will definitely go back in the future!

Husband & wife owned & operated, small no frills shop, friendly & helpful. Always something to see and talk about. All freshwater, plant varieties with plenty of changing rotation. One of my favorite shops.

I visited agnoquatics on 7/21/2020. Excellent service, attentive staff without being overbearing. I noticed when fish were being bagged here, they were gentle with the process not like some employees at most big box stores that spin the fish once in the bag at 500 RPM. Also, compared to other stores locally and other nationally, I’d say they have great prices on natural woods and a great selection.

Amazing customer service and the best freshwater selection I’ve seen in Northeast Oh- They gave me a great deal on a pair of apistogramma (which I haven’t found anywhere else in ohio)! Bit of a drive for me but I’ll definitely be back regularly for fish and plants!!

I found and visited this store last year as I was getting back into the aquarium hobby. I spent more time chatting than shopping! Very friendly staff, good selection of fish and hardscape. On my second visit, I bought cichlids and a lot of rock! Due to the Covid crisis and some other issues, I havent been there for quite a while. However, I had a die--off in my cichlid tank (my mistake with algaecide), and am going there very soon as my first stop to restock.

Just discovered this little gem of a place today. Has a nice selection of community fish, tanks are clean and well kept and owners are very knowledgeable about the hobby. While it’s a good 45 minute drive for me I will make that trip hands-down to support small business over big box stores. Check this place out. You won’t be disappointed

Finally, a fish store in the area that is clean, organized, roomy and with low overhead that makes the purchasing of fish, equipment and food affordable for the average fish keeper.Theyre not braggers, nor do they keep other pets. They are a store owned by a fish keeping hobbyist for fish keeping hobbyists.When you go there, there is a good chance you will see them doing daily water changes on their fish and inspecting them to insure you are getting the best, healthy fish available. How often have you been to other stores and see them performing maintenance. Probably never or rarely.George and Alicia keep great business hours. You dont have to figure out their hours for certain days, the hours are the same each day.Take time to go visit this store. You wont be disappointed. Maybe its a little bit of a ride or maybe its right down the street. Either way, give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

All the plants looked very healthy and the owners even had a selection of mosses! The owners took the time to help me select my plants as well as fish. Each plant was bagged with great care individually and thr fish were even given an oxygen tab for our two hour drive back to Columbus! The store was clean, well organized, and the prices were reasonable. I will definently return

This is the best fish store in town. Aquariums clean, fish looked healthy and well taken care of. Very nice selection of plants. For a small shop they have a great mix of community fish, cichlids, shrimp, and some really cool looking betta fish. Don’t be afraid to ask questions the owners were really helpful. If you are coming from out of town this shop is totally worth the drive.

Bought a electric blue ram there last week! Very helpful and friendly owners! Very clean well maintained tanks there; small store but still plenty to choose from! I will be going back this morning for a African Cichlid for my larger tank I have up and running!! Also, the prices are pretty much unbeatable! I would much rather get my fish here than from petsmart etc regardless of the 40 minutes drive!!
