Was a nice day on the course. Fairways are nice. Greens are super fast. Rough is a little outta control but if you hit the ball straight you wont have any problems
Played Clear Creek today with my family. It’s been a difficult couple weeks with the loss of my brother in law. Last I saw him was a round at Clear Creek. When I let the staff know we were playing a round in his honor, they did the most generous act imaginable. They took care of our round. Played lights out golf to honor Myles. Had a blast. Greens are in great shape. If you are looking for a club that just gets it, this is it. Cannot adequately express my gratitude towards the staff and club. The compassion was overwhelming and incredibly therapeutic. Play this course.
Perfect golf course for an inexpensive round.Staff is excellent and very friendly, nice wide driving range, putting green, and pretty decently maintained. 17 is quirky, save your mulligan. Can be slow, attracts a few local weekend hackers. Plan on 5 hours to be safe, no bev cart so stock up/hydrate ahead of time.Bring plenty of balls, wouldnt call it a tight course but theyre easy to lose here - a number of blind tee shots from the tips.If you hit it long and are prone to errant tee shots, hit your fairway woods before your round! Mentally prepare to play smart, or you might be snagging another sleeve at the turn.Carts are electric, USB charge ports are a nice touch.Bring a ball mark repair tool and replace your divots please - this places only pain point is how beginner friendly it is, which is just as easily a positive depending on your skill level.
Course was in very poor condition this past weekend with the greens being the only exception. Overgrown rough that was nearly impossible to hit out of, poorly maintained fairways, and sand bunkers that had long-since been forgotten (filled with tall grass, weeds, and minimal sand). I had much higher expectations based on the Google reviews, but was sorely let down.
Great course in good shape however too many hills and blind shots for this old golfer.
Nice folks. They keep the place up. Busy but everyone was very respectful of each other. Good place to play.
A challenging course with narrow fairways and several a holes with water hazards. Accurate and strategic shots will be needed to post good scores.
Great people great public course
Challenging course always fun to play. Friendly atmosphere
Great place!
Excellent choice for my Virginia round. Good price and very nice people. Number 8 and 9 were spectacular!
Very good shape. Reasonable fees. Worth playing.
Nice course. Polite staff. Well maintained. Definitely one of my favorites in the area.
Great home course !!!
Great friendly staff. I love to play the front nine there.
Great course, good price, and good deals on rounds, memberships
Great people.
Loved the course.Bring plenty of extra balls when you go.
Course is in good shape for the time of year. Some people need to repair the ball marks on the greens but overall good day
Best golf course this side of the Mississippi by God I tell ya what
I went with my son who is 6 years old and they were very polite to me. I’ve never played golf before but they were very helpful and I will definitely go back
Solid course
Best course around in my book
I loved the Clear Creek Golf course. The course is challenging. The socialization with your friends is so great.
Staff is always very polite and professional. The course is maintained excellent. Really, one of the best golf courses in the area.
Golf tournament, do not know the current rates, good course, fairway grass is thin, greens are good. Played here before, always enjoy it.
Excellent public Golf course. Well maintained and in a beautiful lake setting with one side being gently rolling fairways and the other side more of a wooded mountain design with the key on placement.
Some of the fairways are quite thin, ball was on dirt on some of the holes. Others have grass like you would find in your yard, hard to get a good lie.
Great day of golf with my grandson
Love this course!! Cant ask for a better golf pro than Casey Barnes. He does so much to promote the sport of golf for the youth in this area. Love all the staff at Clear Creek.
One of the best around. Well maintained with a variety of holes and obstacles.
Nice course and friendly staff
Amazing place to go fishing
Always a wonderful day when get to play this course. Well maintained and pleasure to see the view.
Slow and course not in very good shape
A good challenge. Well maintained. Bunkers could be sanded but rain has been a problem I imagine.
Loved the course....staff exceptionally courteous and helpful...will definitely visit again....just good people.
Fairways are tight and the greens are fast good place to go golfing..
Really fun course to play - especially the lake holes. Lots of risk/reward here.
Great golf course. In good condition and its a real challenge.
Its fun and can be tough for a simple weekend golfer like me
This place is pure filth! They escorted my uncle (who obviously had cancer!) Off the property for sitting on the dock and fishing! Before the trash did this one of the so called men yelled to my mother, I would like to hit the fat one with a golf club. Normally I would try to be more professional and polite about reviews, even negative reviews, but not this time. They were cruel to an older man with cancer and his sister by making fun of her weight and saying they wanted to hit her with a golf club so they started throwing professional out the window first! This place is pure filthy trash for that disgustingly rude behavior! No decent human being would ever treat a man who obviously had cancer that way nor would the be so trashy that they would not only make fun of a ladies weight, but also say they would like to hit her with a golf club! PURE FILTHY TRASHY NASTY GARBAGE WHO SHOULDNT BE CONSIDERED HUMAN BEINGS!
Its one of the well kept courses in Bristol, the greens are nice, the lake going up the sides of both 9s gives it a challenging yet satisfying view, good staff and good prices make it my first choice.
Good people. Tough layout
Considering the quality of course, condition of the greens, practice facilities, merchandise available in pro shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff and price, makes this is the best place to play in the tri city area without a doubt.Without question, my favorite place to play.
Beautiful course. challenging. Average price. Good condition.
Variety of challenges..good value!
Tough to play the first time because of the blind shots, fairways and tees were spotty, but the greens and great. The people were very nice and it was not expensive
Need an actual ranger now with this new promo membership
