Love this store! Prices kinda high but in line with other craft stores. Not a good place to go for sewing supplies they only have the bare minimum and no fabric at all. They have a huge selection of die cast supplies and vinyl.

Great prices on lots of stuff. Already cut wood not so much. People are very nice and helpful

It had just closed at 4 and I went there at 5:15pm...didnt know they had to clean due to a Clovid 19 outbreak...at the Kingsport Tennessee michaels...i went up to the michaels in Bristol Tennessee and they had everything I needed and more. It was clean and cashier all wore masks.

I didnt get to stay as long as I would have liked but they have a very good selection it seems and I cant wait to go back and finish exploring!

We shopped here for our Grinch Christmas Tree and the staff went above and beyond to assist in finding everything. Awesome place

Not my fav place. Always boiling hot. But they are improving on your wait time in line. But you have to basically climb over top of someone to get to a register. Need better system at checkout. Too congested.

Its hard to find help when you need it but great store.

I really like Michaels, I never leave empty handed... You can get everything from cake decorating, art supplies, jewelry making, framing, or just some awesome home decor. My only complaint is the prices are a little steep, and when I have asked a sales associate for an items location, they seem to be more or less guessing at where it is located. None the less I always enjoy my trips to Michaels.

Michaels usually has super cool finds that I never meant to go looking for but Im so happy when I find them! Ive been making my own unique earrings with the charms Im finding and I even made a couple necklaces!

Always enjoy going here and getting crafting ideas but this time the shelves were a bit bare in places. We were told they were doing some rearranging.

Lots of selection- i could spend an eternity and lots of money here. Little over priced on alot of things but they have coupons available most the time and sales often.

Bought a sewing machine on April 10th and it does not work. Was told they are not excepting return in the store now.

This store has so much to offer. I spent so much time looking at yarn, floral decorations, scrapbooking supplies, frames, and sewing supplies. The whole store was very organized and I loved that the clearance items were at the front of the store. The ladies were very helpful and offered assistance. The cashier was very friendly and personable. I will definitely come back.

Good selection of craft items and decor items for holidays and events. Prices are steep unless there is a sale.

Good stock and great staff at this location. I had very friendly staff help me find the correct picture frames for several pictures. The cashier was patient and helped me find my coupons on my iPhone. This seems to be a well run store.

Good prices and great craft store

I enjoy shopping at pet smart... It is clean and the employees are very helpful. I have 2 big dogs so I get large bags of dog food. They are always glad to help me get the bags in the buggy and then take them to the car. They are so friendly. I always get to meet a great bunch of dogs too.

I love this store! Anything crafty you need they more than likely have it! They normally have good coupons you can use. I am a little disappointed that they only sell their fabric online. Everyone is super nice!

Not very helpful staff in the frame department. Sale is 1/2 off there shadow box but not the raw wood. If ur going to have a sale it should be on any of them. Very disappointed in my visit. Thank goodness we finally got a Hobby lobby in our town.

I drove from johnson city to pick up some stuff I called and put on hold. They were helpful and so nice on the phone. When I got to the store I was surprised with how nice they were today also. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to go to this store.

This place had a lot of nice things for people of various hobbies. I went in looking for Markers and it gave me all kinds of ideas of things that can be done. Loved all the little decor that they had for decorating and the color by number section and just other coloring things were amazing. Might have to start getting back into some of it because I find it so relaxing. Didnt run into any sales people other than the cashier to see how they were but the cashier was friendly so that is a plus.

Paid them to frame a special photo I wanted to look fabulous. They did a fantastic job. Better pricing than my local shop.

Buy my wife supplies here every so often. They seem to have everything she needs and unfortunately wants. Im no artist or expert so I have trouble finding little things but the staff is friendly and approachable. The parking is easy, its around other stores we enjoy, and Michaels serves those that have a passion for arts and crafts, so I have no choice but to give them 5-Stars

Love Michaels. Didnt find anything today but didnt have long to shop. Just looking for one kind of yarn and they didnt have it. Im sure they wud order it for me if I had asked. I will do that soon!
