My first experience was great. I say that because when my friend knew he couldnt swim he tried to jump all the lifeguards was getting ready just in case he jump. I was happy to see a lifeguard getting ready instead of waiting until something happens.

The staff there is always nice. The pool staff is always in good spirits and does a great job. My son went to preschool there and was very happy with his experience at the program . The events there are always well planned and outcome is always fun . The only thing the park needs is a new playground.

Please save yourself and your kids from this place. They don’t care about your kids learning. All they did was scream and yell at my child for an hour and put him in time out for half the class. My son just turned three. They mishandled my son by grabbing his arm and forcefully put him in line when he didn’t do exactly as they say. This is unprofessional. I complained to the head of the programs and all she told me was they were gonna “talk to them” and then went an offered me a paper to ask for a refund. A bunch of no good teenagers pushing around kids. Then there’s times were they just ignore them. If they don’t like your kid they will treat him unfairly. Don’t go here. Spend the extra money and go in a different district.*****Update*****The director of BPD was apparently willing to work with us. We didnt ask for a refund but they threw it back at us anyway. We asked for an apology from the irresponsible workers that mishandled my son and he said no problem. Nice guy offered us to come to Christmas dinner event. We didnt want anything but an apology. Its now March we emailed him twice and called. We havent received an answer. We will continue to call and email.

Horrible experience. I witness a man and his young child being patronized for wearing a floaty. The life guards were kicking them out without any questions. The father denied for the sake of the kids entertainment. The lifeguard then called the cops which ended up being 6-8 cops being there. The kid was crying while his father was being detained over a floaty!!

Very nice 4th of July fireworks display. The ladies bathroom was very very wet. The handicapped stall is not practical. The safety bar guard is on the back wall way over. There is no way anyone in a wheelchair can use it.first off its hard to get to the toliet because bar is behind if you were to grab the bar you are going to fall and get hurt bad. They should have someone who is in a chair show them how dangerous it is.before its too late and somebody falls.

My daughters first class for gymnastics and I see there are 4 coaches. It starts at 5, had the girls run around and warm up...for 30 minutes. 30 minutes to warm up! I look through the glass window and the coaches are all sitting down giggling and laughing and having these 7 year olds pose for so long on one stretch. Me and other moms went to complain at the desk and the old gymnastics coach went down there to tell them that it was unacceptable for them to be just talking and giggling amongst themselves. So finally at 5:30 they decided to break them up and work one on one with them. There are only 4 students and 4 coaches...alot can be accomplished in that time. I paid $80 so hopefully the other classes will be better. I will still be talking to director of parks tomorrow.
