Great place to hike, trail walk, site see. Clean and very easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. Highly recommend. Also great location for taking pictures!
Great starting point for a fun family bike ride or walk. Beautiful and low key area.
Unfortunately and sadly enough, this is one of the most mountainous hikes we have without going East Its beautiful and quiet. Great for trail running. Mostly shaded. Aside from hiking, great bike path.
Beautiful trails. We went hiking several times. We could go a different trail every time. You can easily create your own route. From Black to blue to red for a shorter round. Great viewpoint. There is also a shortcut to get back to the parking spots. The area were trees were cut down provides a wide path to get to the green one faster.
I go to this park to walk and work out. Its always clean, people are friendly in passing and well maintained. They do have visible restrooms that are not secluded next to the playground which is a plus.
Great find in the middle of the Brentwood/ Franklin mall area. Great for a run on rough Rocky trails and through meadows.
This is a good park for biking, skating, walking and in general hanging out. Lots of space to throw a blanket or set up a camp chair. The hiking trail is good to get practice hiking hills but it is relatively small and not particularly interesting.
It is great family place. Very pretty place for taking pictures.
Very nice park to hike and bring the kids.. Scenary was great!
I love all the williamson County Parks. This is the biggest although not necessarily the most sports and recreational facilities. Great hiking, walking and bike trails.
I absolutely love this park. It’s probably my favorite one in Williamson County! The trails are beautiful and serene. My pup and I love taking walks here! My favorite thing about this park and these trails is that they are true trails. You’re hiking and walking through the woods instead of on a paved path. The terrain is quite rocky and can get a little steep at some points but I just love it here. They do have trash cans and benches along the trails too so that’s nice!
Great hills and vast open areas here. Everything hiking should be.
Im not sure if this is an escape room or a park. It is wildly confusing for someone who hasnt studied the map extensively, especially if youre trying to run it. The trails signs are often pointing one direction so you have to back-track and face backward to see it; as well, they place the signs well before intersections (who does that? We dont put stop signs 20ft before an intersection); and theres no small trail map after major trail changes to help you determine which trail youre turning onto. Its an overall pretty park but good gosh, its poorly marked.
Great trail system with plenty of parking. Good views too.
Lovely wooded park with multiple trails right in Brentwood. They recently added trail markers that make the trails easy to follow.
Nice tidy trails and great scenery. No complaints perfect place to walk, wouldn’t recommend running here though as the trails can get quite rocky.
This park is beautiful! I hiked the blue trail which was a little strenuous not because of the incline but because of the super rocky path. There were big rocks, little rocks, all kinds of rocks.
Great, well marked hiking trails.
Beautiful, well kept park. It has plenty of walking trails, and a pond hidden within the woods if youre fortunate enough to find it.
Which I would’ve known about this place sooner! I’ve done with longest outter loop and it’s beautiful. There is one spot that is a little rocky and steep but otherwise pretty easy.
Soccer fields are in excellent shape! What a great place to enjoy time with the family!
Really nice hiking trails. Some good climbs. Clean bathrooms. Picnic shelter. Makes for a fun day.
Nice scenery great hiking trails for all levels. Running trails or ok
Great locale for a Vintage Base Ball match. The Mansion was holding a wedding so we were unable to venture close by but some of the wedding party and guests were able to visit US and got the opportunity to see Base Ball as it was played in hot long pants and heavy shirts 1864 style. NO gloves, NO swearing, NO arguing...NO sliding. ALL fun!!!
Very nice park in Brentwood with sports fields, hiking trails, and a historic mansion.
Great place to get out in nature and get some exercise.
Nice trails clean park extra clean bathrooms
Marcella Vivrette Smith Park has plenty of parking and space for families in the area. The hiking trails of varying difficulty seem to be a major attraction for people. Playground is newer with additional play options for kids. Plenty of green space to play if one so desires. The park shares space with the adjacent Ravenswood Mansion, which is a rentable historic event venue.
Lovely park and nice trails
It was a bit muddy as it had rained 2 days earlier. Nice Thanksgiving day hike in the woods. Played on the playground with the kids earlier in the week. Very clean park with fields for kicking a ball around, playground for littles, hiking for the family and public restrooms. Dogs allowed.
Great place to hike and have a good time! it can get really hot to walk to the hiking spots, but once you start a trail. you are good to go.
The hidden gem of Williamson county. Marvels Percy Warner with its vast acreage and historic structures.
Such a beautiful park with hiking trails that are challenging and exhilarating. The perfect place when you need some nature therapy.
Great space. Bathrooms immaculate. Plenty of seating. One suggestion would be some basketball hoops. There is so much space, but lacks a little in options on what to do. We didnt hike so I cant comment, but cant wait to do it!
Great park for hiking with several trails.
Best place to hike the trails.
Well marked trails, with good variation of surfaces. Peaceful.
Good park to have fun with your family.
Gorgeous property. The trails are awesome and the event I went to with my company was very well organized.
Cant believe how many trails you can get lost in, lol
Clean bathrooms at the trailhead. Some great views from the top. Plenty of parking and the trails are great
Working on your hiking skills? Great place to start that has some good elevation changes. Some parts are pretty rugged.
We took family photos here in the fall and its gorgeous!!!
The park and its bathrooms are very clean and well kept. It is a great place to spend a few hours.
Gorgeous park and definitely can leave you feeling a little burn during the inclines. There are some small lakes which leads me to think in the summer you may need to prepare for mosquitoes but today was perfect.
Relatively new park. Have been there for the walking trails. There are a number of options. Most are moderate at least one short one is intense with picnic tables at the top. Take one of the provided maps. There are regular markers along all trails that indicate what location code to give if calling 911. Really.
Good place
A beautiful park with maintained trails. A great place to start for beginner hikers and backpackers. There are restrooms (not portajohns) available and plenty of parking. There are also picnic tables and benches throughout the trails here. Layer appropriately as the trails will take you through sun and shade.
Nice park with nice trails. Needs some trail marking work. Some of the forks in the trail arent marked and makes it a little confusing. Luckily there are colored, numbered markers along the way so if you have a map use those to confirm youre going the right way. Download the map to your phone and bring it with you.
Beautiful Venue for any event ️
Great hiking trails and beautiful spots for taking pictures! The old Smith House is a historic gem for the area and it has nice porches for pictures as well as the beautiful fields surrounding the property. There are two restroom locations with water fountains that make it convenient for walking around for and hour or more without worrying about that. A secret fun thing to check out that not many people know about is the spring cellar thats in front of the house across the entrance street when you are going towards the rear parking area. Its a structure that was built over a spring for the purpose of keeping perishable food items from spoiling too quickly, like a modern day refrigerator. Its a cool piece of history built for convenience back then! Its just fun to check out what our predecessors from history did to live through a day and its preserved so well here!
A lot to see and a lot of trails! My kids love the playground as well!
Great trails
Nice park with walking trail and soccer field.
Lovely park! It is close to the city and have ample parking lot.
Nice and clean place but some facilities were broken.
This is a nice park with some great spots to take photos. It can get a little crowded for family photos during the peak seasons such as when the leaves are changing. Parking was plentiful and there are restrooms by the playground.
Great soccer fields...fun playground....amazing hiking trails....the mansion is stunning! Great afternoon outside!
Great trails and lots of hills!
Wonderful rainy day to climb
Awesome hiking spot.
Looks awesome. Beautiful greenery place.
Nice trails
Beautiful park with multiple hiking trails of varying difficulties. Wild blackberries!
Peaceful
Beautiful park with great trails! Highly recommend to anyone to take a morning, afternoon, and/or early evening stroll. To make it even better, I wish they had a dog park in the back field(s).
Great hiking trails. Lots of fossils around if you know what youre looking for.
Paths are nice, lots of ticks July 2019
First time at this beautiful park!
Nice trail
Their outdoor concert was great. It was not over crowded. Food trucks had no lines. Great accoustics for the concert
Good for hiking. Not very crowded.
Wonderful trail
Great hiking through the woods!
Beautiful place. Very peaceful
Nice place to hike!
The park seemed nice, though we were using the mansion
My favorite running spot in all of Williamson County! Great location to walk the dogs too.
Fun place to hike. not very hard, but it is enjoyable.
Great trails. The red trail is steep but the top is amazing with benches and kept very clean.
Great trail run but not for the faint of heart. The primitive trails have plenty of steep elevation changes which get pretty slick after a rain, exposed rock, loose stones, and muddy streams to cross. All that makes for a fantastic running trail. Watch your ankles!I wish they would open up a trail to mountain bikes.
Its a great place for a peaceful hike alone or with a family. The trails have a few rough grade places but nothing very technical at all. I would say that 90% is heavily shaded.
