I came to Michaels to get a custom frame for one of my paint elevations and was greeted in the Frames department by Rubio! He was so helpful and spent so much time talking me through what was the best choice for my piece as I wasnt sure what I had in mind. Im so thankful for his help and am so excited to be picking it up today after a few weeks of ordering!

Went to Michaels today, first time in almost a year due to this pandemic we are living in the middle of. The store was not crowded and all customers and staff were wearing masks. Found what I needed and went to check out. Big red dots the size of a human head on the ground, yet some customers wanted to stand closer. Overall I was able to find what I needed that was not available online and get out fairly quickly. Shopping online is great but not always possible as not all items are available online sadly.

Got a pumpkin carving kit that was so easy a Cockatiel could use it.I love this store the staff are always so helpful and nice.

Great place for your crafting needs. We bought a tye dye kit and all of us enjoyed it. But it is a little messy so do it outside with drop cloths. Makes cool one of a kind shirts!

Great store for crafts. Excellent variety,selections for all crafts. $ - $$$$. Great selection of craft books also. A lot of fun browsing there. I missed going there,glad its open again.

Its okay. I went to buy something I seen on there online. They told me theyd clearenced the items and not longer carried them.. They were full price on line, so I had not idea.

A nice and spacious Michaels with plenty of parking, easy to see and enter from traffic. The staff here is always helpful as sometimes, navigating Michaels in general can be a maze.The deals here at Michaels are phenomenal. Although regular priced items are always insanely expensive, using the coupons online will bring down the price by alot. So always make sure to be aware of the kind of savings you can get from these coupons. They usually range between 40%-60% off one regular item and very rarely do they have a 25% off sale items.Overall, I love coming to this Michaels because of the sheer size of this store. There are always things in stock and money to be saved.

This is my favorite Michaels store. They have amazing clearance and the store is always clean. I dont like talking to people but I always find myself talking to the employees here because they love crafts as much as I do.

Came in for an acrylic medium for textile.Didnt know were it was or which would work best for my project. They called the ASM and she came out right away and was very nice. She told me which medium would work best.

I came here looking for an odd sized poster frame (16 x 21 to be exact) and I couldnt figure out what size frame to use. So I asked the custom frames desk for help and Cathi went out of her way to help me out. She measured the poster for me and I ended up going with a 16 x 24 poster frame. Next she showed me how to make a border without spending too much money. Very happy with experience shopping here

I went to Michaels to find some Micron pens for our daughter and was pleasantly surprised by the available selection. They had different colors, sizes, and variety packs. I was also able to use a Hobby Lobby coupon for 40% off, no problem. They take competitor coupons. The cashier was friendly and the store was clean. Ill definitely be going back.

Service with smile and beyond. We were served by a gal who provided excellent customer service. She connected with us, she engaged us, give us a discount on a damaged item (only one left in store and we needed it). Assisted us to get a coupon off the website. She is a value to the store and made our visit very satisfying.

Great place for crafts.

Had exactly what I needed and the employees knew all the answers for the questions I asked.

We went in to have a large photo framed with one of the awesome deals that Michaels always has. The rest of the store looked pretty good but they seemed mildly understaffed. At the custom frame counter we were helped by Isaac who was the Manager. Isaac was extremely helpful with choosing the color and style of the frame as well as the colors of the mat that the picture was going to be mounted with.When we went to pick up the framed picture, (which was finished a couple days before the expected date) it just looked awesome. I would highly recommend having Isaac help with placing an order on a custom frame!

Standard craft store, not all stores carry the exact same inventory or quantities. Went to Placentia store & found some great stuff, but went to City of Industry store and didnt have much luck there finding what I needed. Overall, the stores are hit or miss and some items are super expensive for the quality, especially when items can be found at local discount big box store, aka big W.

Always a good place to pick up picture frames. Seems like they always have a sale.Not to mention all the craft supplies in their inventory.

The variety of supplies is amazing. It is easy to get lose track of time browsing through all the rows of merchandise.All the Michaels stores Ive been in are seriously understaffed. They only seem to have enough staff for check out.

Originally was there for a return (wifee). And this was the best I had been into. Im a artist. And always looking for new markers, paint, ECT. They had empty paint markers with two extra nibs. Honestly I had been searching for years for something exactly like this...BaaM! Now I can mix paints and have custom colors! Hit em up, staff is real cool!

I find it worthy of noting that, as part of their branding, this place has not been compelled to use a cartoon character of Michael. It would be easy, but lazy, to do so. Im glad they have not.

I called them ahead of hand to ask if they had the material I needed and they told me they do. I then paid 10 dollars for an uber to get there and turn out they didnt have any at all.... then asking one of the employees, she didnt seem very nice and gave me a little of an attitude. Then I had to go back home too so I had to pay a total of 18 dollars for no reason. Extremely disappointed.

This is a typical Michaels store. Its got just about everything youd need for crafting. Prices can be a bit high on some items but for the most part, theyve managed to match Amazon.

I did not enjoy my last experience at this location. The prices are very high and what I needed was simply out of stock. All the staff could say was There was just one lady who bought a ton of ribbon.

Simply the best place to get inspired to create and start your own diy project. Plus their discounts are superb! My fav store to shop for sure.

It was really easy to find what I was looking for

Michaels was the only store my wife and i find umbrellas at on a very rainy day. This made or day believe it or not. So much so I need to give this place a good review. Other than that I have visited Michaels over the years and found that everything I could need for art is there.
