While the residents are generally so very nice and great people, the management has more often than not been less than service oriented. Additionally, they are vigilant about increasing rates every year without fail, but fail to do much at all in the way of capital improvements. For a decade the place has needed work to relieve flooding that occurred with heavy storms, and they’re only now taking small steps to fix it. Additionally, the extra fees and penalties they assess for routine lease items are outrageous. The residents are the reason for the 3 stars, otherwise I’d give it a 1 start at best.

I cant express how wonderful, kind, and accommodating Katie has been with my recent move in. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The community has been calm, and respectful. A truly great place to be.

Its popular, spacious, and great for gatherings but parking for a large group is horrible

Better than most manufactured home subdivision...neat clean...tenants screened...excellent management.

We lived here for 8 years and loved it. It’s secluded and clean and they have guidelines to keep the community up. The pool was always really nice during the summer. We moved, but we miss the place and our neighbors!

Pros- Friendly people nicely upkept. Cons- to close together, way to many stray cats, no privacy.

Ive lived out here several times.. Ive owned and rented. Both times were a good experience for me. Katie is nice, professional, and very helpful. I by far see it as the ghetto meadows.

I lived there for almost 5 years, the first 2 years were o.k, when Eleanore had it, it was voted number one, when Elizabeth was there it was o.k. she was very nice, they of course got tired of the their manager and quit. Then they got Katie, here is a young lady that has her buddies and perks and then the place goes down quick, her likings for teen agers began the spiral down, we were so proud to sell our place which was one of the cleanest there. ( The first couple that wanted to buy our home is a fine Christian couple but because they dont like me for not wanting drugs next door they Deni them and I know for fact the one I sold to has given them run for their money). But the back ground checks that Eleanore made sure was done, now its get money in here and then with that said you know what comes next. Now the name is GETTO MEADOW. LOOK FOR YOURSELF, EYES DONT LIE.

The only reason I gave it one writing because I cant put a 0. This place is infested with spiders and they refuse to spray for them. The trailers are entirely too close together for anyone to have privacy.
