The young lady I asked for help was polite and had knowledge of where the item was I was looking for. Even though the line was long, it moved very quickly. And again, the cashier was very pleasant also.

Found everything I needed. Employees were helpful when I asked my questions. Made this with the supplies I bought

This store is organized, the staff are helpful and during covid I found the store to be set up effectively and efficiently to navigate.

Ive never gotten custom framing done but thought to head to Michaels and get some expert help. Bob was spectacular. He scanned the puzzle I was getting framed into the system so as to show me how everything would look. He helped me pick out the main frame (black wood finish) and recommended sizing and colour of the mat frame which has a very nice texture and hue to match the puzzle photo. Im really happy with my first custom framing experience and would definitely return back to Michaels to work with Bob for future projects. They have a price match policy all so (not that I plan to shop around). I love Michaels and their expert professional services and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Great deals. Got what my daughter needed..

Clean, well stocked. Prices ans specials and coupons not that good. 2 cashiers not too friendly with long line

Great staff, kind and helpful. Was looking for some magnifying glasses, and the sales woman helped me find them. The cashier even helped me when I forgot my savings card, used his and saved me some cabbage. Recommended

What a place to get all your crafts. Dangerous too because you can spend so much mone. Went there looking for T-Shirt to do tie dye and couldnt find any() I could have stayed there all day!!

Better than hobby lobby....lol

It was good to go in and shop once again. Very clean and great customer services at the register. Very polite cashier.

I always fine what Im looking for. This time it was 50%off ~~~

I really do love this place. Its great, I just got my first planner and I love it. If you are an arts & crafts person I highly recommend it. They always have sales. However I notice they give you a coupon everytime you buy something but the problem is the coupon lasts only a week. That way you feel like you need to go back. Thats what I dont like.

Went on their website, to see if they had what I was looking for. Website said yes, so went to location to see if it was what I wanted; only to not see it anywhere in the store. Went to cashiers to see if they could help. The cashier wasnt sure so requested help. Eventually, what I was looking for was found. During my wait, the customer service gal kept the cashier informed of why it was taking so long & she apologized for the delay. CS gal finally finds it & rings up my purchase in a new register so I didnt have to wait in line again AND apologize also. This type of customer service is hard to find nowadays. I commend these ladies who was working on 1/1/2020 pm. This is my new go to craft store. THANKS ladies!

Decent sized store with a lot of options for crafts. I do wish however, that the store had more options for crafts but otherwise, its cute and convienent!

Not a huge variety of stock, but very clean and organized store

2 items I was trying to find employees had no idea where in the store they may be....come to fine out after walking all over the store to find 1 which Michaels does not carry I did not look for the other....and a third product, smooth light colored rocks to paint on, I looked for and you only carried them in black....rock painting is very popular so it might be a product youd like to carry

Larger store and selections at this branch than others in the area. Which means to someone not accustomed to craft stores to be overwhelming. I am always so glad to find someone who works there...always helpful regardless of location. Of course as 62 yr old male I am going to look lost, and staff arent blind....

Found everything I needed and probably stuff I didnt need. Even a pool rug

So cheap on all the things I was looking for. Great prices. Staff was very friendly and informative, helped me out right away and made excellent recommendations. All set for my sewing project

Always enjoy a trip to Michaels. I wish their coupons werent as restrictive, though.

Always has what Im looking for at great prices and they offer coupons for an even better bargain plus they accept competitors coupons. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The wife loves this place and i would follow her anywhere, i did get some picture games while we were there

Great employees and very clean

Employees didnt know what i was looking for. Told me they didnt have what i was looking for. I had to find on my own and i did. Took a bit to find item

Nice crafts

Workers are great, the store is a bit congested the isles are narrow

Thank you Michaels for helping me look creative, its rare I do not find what Im in need of.

I was looking for clear/transparent thread. They had it! I also got 40% off of my order total. Thats 5 star worthy!

Just like all the others

Kids Christmas Craft Workshop canceled! No notice, no announcement on their website or anything! Drove 40 minutes to the Braintree atore to be told that the person running it called out sick. Not happy. Redeemed somewhat by the sales and the nice young lady at checkout

Not busy, do was able to price some stuff for future purchase.

Easy to find everything I was looking for. Staff was super helpful.

Michaels is Always a fun place to shop at!!

Went to check out the cricut printer

I found the people working here to be more helpful than most Michaels I have been to. Thank you!

I’ve went to this michael’s location quite a few times, and i deeply recommend it to any artist or crafter at any level. they have a spacious store with a decent amount of variety, have AMAZING coupons on the app, and the workers are super welcoming and patient when it comes to the customer. I think the pen and marker aisle could use some restocking a little more often, but other than that, this location is absolutely amazing.

Cool place, great staff, lots to good stuff.

Michaels is great. They always have what we are looking for.

Great place

Love this store great crafts and alway see a display that I try to design in my own fashion.

Great location of a Michaels. Visited during the annual Black Friday sale and everything was great. The staff was attentive and kind to the gaggles of grumpy shoppers. The store itself was clean and organized which is a God send during a sale. I will definitely come back to this location in the future.

Always have what I need in there

The staff and prices are great love it there

Great prices, always find something extra special

Just ok. Was looking for a chalk board but wasnt impressed with the selection. I bought one nonetheless. Thank goodness there was one staff who knew exactly where to direct me to find the item; others not so knowledgeable. During check out i had to share my knowledge of the location with staff.

Michaels is THE place to go if you are a creative. If youve always wanted to create beautiful home decor, dolls, floral arrangements or scrapbooking youll find everything you need in this one place. Selection is plentiful and prices are great!

Its a corporate company but they have some nice employees that will help you out if you need it

Great food beautiful setting.

Nice sale going on over at Michaels for those that make jewlery. Go grab you some items, nice selections of beads!

Staff is very nice, I go here for my tulle and tutu supplies for my business, they are so helpful.

Didnt have what i was lookin for. Although staff was helpful and seemed like a nice store with decent selection.

I used to love going to IKEA TO SHOP AND EAT, now their food selection is very small and the fountain drink machine is nasty now they sell fake drinks and they dont make corn bread any more. sad

They have everything!!!

A very clean arts and crafts chain store. Sales representatives are courteous and helpful. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. There are water fountains and the AC feels great on a hot day. This store is the highlight of Pearl Plaza.

I LOVE Michaels! I could live there! Lol...they always have exactly what I need. Im never disappointed.

Im working on a baby shower. They have everything I need for my crafting ideas.

Unimpressive selection

I love my craft store. So many exciting ideas.

Literally never have nothing in stock! So disappointed in this location and the staff don’t care to offer help all they say is if it’s not there we don’t have it! Sad to see AC Moore closing or turning into more disappointment aka Michaels stores.

Love Michaels. This is my go to place for crafts, craft tools and decorating ideas and supplies for every holiday.

Great costumer service..THANK YOU NICOLE AT THEBRAINTREE STORE !I found some greater than usual yarn and it was in sale !SCORE !**Dont forget to get or ask the cashier for the 40% off onenon-sale price itemI cant show pic unless I allow the jerks to access my contacts.... yah..right ..dik

Has such a variety of items of all sorts relating to things of arts and crafts. Even has a room dedicated to being a workshop station where you can bring your children to work on arts and crafts activities.

My wife loves Michael s

Like going to Michaels for the kids activity and also the variety of crafting materials.

Nice place to buy stuff for arts and crafts. Ample parking space and located in a centralized area.

Great customer service. Only 4 stars because the item I was looking for was out of stock but the sales rep called around and found what I needed relatively close to where I live.

Great store for crafts

Just love I can find almost anything I need

Inspirational

They are very helpful here. I didnt find what i wanted, but i got help finding a suitable substitute.

Love the store for arts and crafts but not enough staff in the staff that they do have always look upset like they dont love what they do or want to help you

Great store. Very helpful associates.

Love this store. Always can find what Im in need of but cant find anywhere else

I love this store. I get some yarn here and I take my son to the art classes. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.

I like this shop, you can find anything their

Go there for glass seed beads .... not a good selection at all! The Braintree location much better!!

Prices are high.

Michaels looked very festive, neat and clean. However, at the register the young woman (Braintree, ma) seemed bothered to ring me up. No hello, no greetings at all, when I left I wished Happy Thanksgiving. Only then did I get a plesent response.

My children loves this place. Anything that gets them out the house and not on the internet is a win in my book

Great place for craft supplies

They always have what you need unless you have a question or need help finding something. Several times Ive been in there, and had to search for an employee.

I think they have alot of what your looking for, but its a bit pricey....Ive been to other craft stores and they have the same products for a lot less money. The staff at Michaels is Friendly and helpful and that is a plus visiting the store !!

Pretty nice stock of arts and crafts supplies.

Always a great selection of arts and crafts

I love Michael s... I just wish they didnt play mind games with their coupons
