Fantastic people own this spor. Very friendly, helpful & accommodating. We rented s fishing boat for a long weekend despite not staying at their resort. They could not have been more hospitable if they tried. Wonderful experience!

We are very fortunate to be seasonal campers at Sullivan’s. 5 stars aren’t enough for this resort. Julie and Larry are amazing. They work so hard to make sure you have everything you need. They maintain this beautiful resort to military standards. Everything is so clean and tidy every day!! They really care and treat you like family. There is so much for kids and adults to do. Fantastic rec room, Pool tables, foosball, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tons of games and one of the nicest sandy swimming beaches with a slide around. They have paddle boards, kayaks, boats and a brand new pontoon for rent. The lodge has everything you need. If that isn’t enough for you, go fishing!!! My family enjoys this place almost as much as I do. Thank you Julie and Larry.

I have been going to this camp ground since I was born. I love this place it is so fun and super family friendly.

We come here the same week in June every year for a family vacation. The cabins are very clean and well maintained. The owners and workers are all very accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub is great for when the weather isnt so nice. They have a private landing and plenty of dock space for boats.I cant recommend this resort enough!

Our shop and families just got back from an amazing 3 day stay at the Happy Haven Retreat cabin. The cabin was spacious, even with 9 adults and 3 kids. Everything was clean and the location was perfect - right on the beach! The owners were incredibly accommodating and so friendly! We can’t wait to stay there again!

I really like this place although we had a cold or Minnesota summer this year we were unable to swim in the lake or rent a boat because of the wind But their indoor pool did a great job keeping us busy plus the Brainerd area has tons of stuff to go out adventure through

What an amazing place! I cant say enough good things about the staff, the lake, the cabins etc. The owners are hands on to be sure all of the guests are enjoying themselves, the lake is amazing and our cabins were spotless. They are well prepared for all of your needs. If your looking for a resort in Minnesota to kick back and take it all in, this is the one. You will need to find another time slot cause I will not be giving mine up anytime soon!

This place was really sweet. The cabins were so clean, we had an amazing view of the lake and the salt water pool was such a great place to relax after walking the Paul Bunyan trail. The owners were very friendly and really easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place.

The resort is on North Long lake, which is just North of Brainerd. There are cabins to rent in addition to sites for campers. There is a pool and a game room with a small store in the main building. It is kept very neat and it is a beautiful resort.

Dont visit cause when u visit for over 30 min they charge $10.00 per Adult and $4.00 per child just to visit not staying overnight. I have visited many resorts and they do not charge for visiting. Its sad cause I have a cabin close to resort and wont be telling people to stay there. I get the checking in but if we dont spend night there should not be $36.00 charge when I can stay a night at a resort in a tent for that amount. We didnt even use any thing there just stood in lake and hung out when there are over 40 of my friends staying there.

My family and I have rented cabins for seven years and have been seasonal camper for 13 plus years. This resort is a class operation. Family friendly. The location on North long lake with its clear water, Sandy shore and bottom. You will not find a better property any where in the state. The new owners are concerned you are having a relaxing vacation and work hard at making sure your needs are met. For all most a quarter of a century we have made Sullivans resort our choice to spend our summers. We enjoy the people we have met and as my family is getting older they too remember the great times they had as kid and now are planing their future at Sullivans.

This is a great place to stay the owner do everything to make you happy. We where having a hard time finding a place to stay. They where so accommodating with our trailer and motorhome. We cant thank you enough. We would definitely stay here agian.
