This place is amazing! Great service, great drinks and great food. The inside is wonderful but the outside courtyard is the absolute best. Huge tree covering the whole place. The beer is astounding and you cant go wrong with any choice. Plenty of other alcohol as well. Highly recommend this place for friends and family!

Had my wedding here on 11/07 (ceremony & reception) and there is not enough good words I could say about Motorworks!! It was such a fun, beautiful party. The staff, food and overall vibe was amazing. Alex the event coordinator helped me with anything I could possible need and made sure our day went smooth. She even taped individual petals down to tables for us because it ended up being super windy. The servers were all so sweet and fun and made the experience even better. We had Roccos cater and have still be getting compliments on how good the food was. I would 100000% recommend them to anyone. Thank you all again for making our wedding perfect!

The band was awesome, we had fried mushrooms and calamari very good our waiter was very nice and kept checking on us. We will be back. PS my husband enjoyex dancing. Lol

We had our wedding at Motorworks. Although it rained, the event coordinator, Alex, and all the servers were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. They also gave fast and friendly service to all of our guests during the entire reception. We enjoyed the variety of beers and the venue has a great ambiance about it. We will definitely consider Motorworks for any future events.

Love this brewery. The Midnight Quartet is by far my favorite beer they offer, and you can only get it inside the taproom. Please bottle or can this beer! Tons of unique flavors and brews, and an incredibly nice facility. I also did a tour of Motorworks while I was in college and its easily one of the best breweries I have ever been to. If you want to bring friends that dont like beer, they also have a full bar to make everyone happy.

We love the beer and the beautiful outdoor area, we recently discovered this place and were excited to attend some of the special events. We came Monday for trivia but our waitress didn’t inform us that we had to sign up ahead of time so we said no big deal and we watched instead. Then we decided to come for movie night on Wednesday, we were told it played on the nice large screen outdoors at 7pm, we arrived and it was nearly empty and we were told the movie would instead be inside, but it never came on in either location . We were disappointed it didn’t play outside as it is such a great space . We drive an hour to come but we are not sure we will make the drive again . They also have signs for a food truck rally both inside and outside but we were told they are not really doing them right now. Overall nice people, great beer and awesome garden but wish there was better communication and more events .

Beautiful tree with neon lights at night. Very calm atmosphere on a Monday night. Huge projector playing football. Clean tables and tropical vibes with palm around you. Must visit!

Try their Mango Cruiser. It is pretty good. Not as good as Mango Bob from Cage brewery in St Pete but a close second. The beer garden is excellent for sporting events and listening to music.

Stop #3 of my Bradenton tour. Saturday afternoon and not crazy busy. Sat outside at a table and waited 10+ minutes.....no service. Moved inside to the bar and was immediately acknowledged with I will be right with you.....a good sign but it never happened. Walked out. Only bummer of the day. Good beer and good service at our other stops, Good Liquid, Darwins and 3 Keys.

We stopped by for beer and lunch. We were not disappointed! Motorworks has an extensive beer menu. Highly recommended the Oktoberfest and the Bizarre Gardening Accident. However the food menu is phenomenal. The marinara for the flatbread is house made and delicious. They do have a vegan option! Roasted eggplant and veggies well done. You wont get bacon wrapped dates in many other breweries, but you will here and you should! They just added an ahi tuna to die for. There are plenty of other delicious options as well. If you are not a beer fan, there is a full liquor bar!! Employees are top notch and Killian the manager is the best. It is clear he loves his job and takes pride in a job well done.

Awesome experience. Great beer selection. Twinkle was amazing and the staff on par . The only thing I would suggest is to keep the Jenga game away from nearby patrons, because the blocks scattered and hit me, the people playing didn’t seem to care and caused me to get upset, but other than that, had a great time .

Its funny, my mom lives here and doesnt drink beer. Were from out of town and love breweries, but she was drawn to the beer garden. Such a great spot with that amazing tree. Plenty of space to practice social distancing or at least late on a Friday afternoon. Kinsey took good care of us. We always love a good hefe, which was quite good. Although the Birthday Carrot Cake was too die for if only for the scent. I look forward to having it again when we are in town again. Hopefully then well be able to see some live entertainment on one of stages or catch a movie on the big screen.

We had a great time! The beer was awesome and the live band was so fun. Also the pizza was delicious and go the Jerk chicken meal from the Jamaican food truck . It was all great. Cant miss it!

Spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas, great beer, no food! The outdoor beer garden area is super cool... has a big deck, multiple games, cool rope lighting, and a band stage. Indoor area is nice to with a long bar and indoor games.Beer menu is great! They make some very good beer and serve others also.The is no kitchen, so no food. They do have food trucks stationed right in front of the restaurant every day from what we understood. The wait staff takes your order then delivers food from the food trucks. Albeit in a styrofoam to-go type box... kinda kills the upscale vibe you’d otherwise get.Wait staff could use some improvement. Our waitress was in zero hurry to do anything, other waitresses didn’t look happy either.Very nice venue through, we’d love to see a band here sometime.

Love this brewery! We live in Riverview and will drive down to this brewery! Its a great atmosphere! You would never know that it off US41 business from the road. The cruiser is a great beer. Husband loves the pulp friction (IPA with grapefruit). Andrew is an amazing server. You need to try this brewery if you live in the area or want to relax and chill. They have a full serve area too for the non beer drinkers. Food trucks serve food there too. Try this place out!!

Not 100% positive theyre following Covid requirements for seating and sanitizing surfaces. Not one table in the entire place was marked to be left empty. Went on a Saturday night and waited over 30mins to have my order taken (understandable) but then my entree was given to the wrong customer and I had to order again and wait even longer. 2nd order was made incorrectly so I didnt even finish it. Nothing was offered to make me happy. Left hungry and annoyed. Only saving grace is good beer recommendations by the waitress and I was able to try a few samples before choosing.

My friends and I were at Motorworks this past Saturday to watch our favorite band, Jah Movement. It was a great time!!! There was no way to predict that so many would show and the bartenders, especially Monica, handled it like pros! Bravo!

Been coming for several years, about time I review the place, eh? At first glance you think sports bar but youre wrong. Its a little loud & there are 5 big screens behind the full service bar but this is brewery. And a fine brewery it is. Plenty of good stuff on the 30(?) taps including a guest cider at this visit. Staff can be a bit aloof at times, a little too business-oriented. Or just busy mixing cocktails & pulling pints. But then there is that big beer garden with the massive live oak & the stage hosting local bands..... In all honesty, a 4.6 rating. And they open at 11 am so, if you want to get some day-drinking done, its a good choice. Then there are the food trucks. Well worth checking out, repeatedly.

Iv been sitting here for almost 45 minutes trying to get a water with no success. They suck on this aspect. The place is really nice looking but service sucks. If it wasnt for the band I would leave.

The staff was warm and friendly, they were extremely knowledgeable about their beers, and most importantly, they have some really, really good brews...Pulp Friction, Mango Habanero IPA and the Bizzare Gardening Accident Berliner Weisse to name a few noteworthy ones. If youre in Bradenton and like craft beer, you need to stop here. If I was a local, Id visit all the time. Bradenton, youve got a good one here!

Disappointed that the frostbane was not available in draft and we couldnt bring in food from bird rock taco shack.

Beers were really not that good. I was really surprised by this. I had a flight of 4 and only liked 1 of them. I sampled a couple others that were in my party and didnt care for theirs either. 2 out of 6 beers I liked if Im being honest. The atmosphere of the courtyard was awesome though. Pretzels and beer cheese was good too. The server was pretty attentive considering our whole party did flights (annoying Im sure). - Avid craft beer drinker

Ive come here a few times and have bought their beer from total wine, and I enjoy their beer very much. After my experience the other day, we wont be going back. It feels too commercialized, it doesnt have that family feel that other local breweries have. They dont have a kitchen on site, only trucks, but we got told that we cant bring outside food in. I would get it if they have an on site kitchen, but if were buying your beer, why does it matter what food we buy. I gave en extra star for the good beer, but everything else needs to change.

Wish we lived closer as Id be trying all thier brews. Midnight Espresso found its way back to our campground. Glad we stopped by and had a flight.

Very nice bar/taproom with pretty good selection of homemade craft beer and also selection of cigars/whisky/ wine and cocktails. unfortunately, only 3 stars in this review due to a bunch of amateur working as bartenders there: we dealt with 3 kids who had no idea about how to serve a beer, zero attention to details and absolutely no clue about how you should work in a brewery! The kid who served us didn’t say even “hi” he just asked me if I wanted change after I paid for the beers! The other two young ladies were busy one trying to pour one beer from a draft, pretty much unsuccessfully, and the other one watching! they were lucky that the venue was practically empty, as these kids surely couldn’t handle a busy bar! I really hope they have professional staff during the week ends! A real shame as the beers we had were pretty good!

We had an absolute five star experience last Saturday at Motorworks Brewery! We had a group of 24 people heading to Motorworks for my wifes 40th birthday. Denise and Molly at Motorworks were nothing short of amazing and went Way Beyond expectations! From the reserved seating area, to the delicious catered food from Kites corner, to our server who was ALWAYS on point!!!... Let me say thank you for making my wifes 40th birthday something special that we will remember forever!

Out doors, live music, had our own space, allowed us to bring our own food for the paleo dieters. Food trucks right there for a snack.

I agree with the scattered 1-3 star reviews about being charged extra for beers or whatever else the bartenders decide to charge you for. I went there with my wife and brother on a Saturday night arrived about quarter till 11 and only got 1 drink because I was already pretty tipsy from being at a much better brewery (where they only charge you for what you get) called Naughty Monk. Don’t get me wrong this is a really nice brewery in terms of aesthetics of it but apparently the guys working behind the counter charge you for whatever they want because I just noticed I have 3 separate transactions on my debit card when I only purchased 1 beer. I most definitely won’t be coming back because I refuse to be charged extra for nothing. They need to get there act together and pay attention especially when it comes to a customers hard earned money.

This place is AWESOME! Celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends and we had a great time. Cider and cocktails are some of my favorite as well as the great outdoor atmosphere. Will definitely return!

Havent been here is almost a year. Love their beer and they have one of the most amazing building/ outdoor areas in Bradenton. But as always their service people are horrible!! Complaining about the amount of work they have to do. Telling you how bad everyone else that works there is. When this place is busy I have waited..and waited for service. I dont know who manages the non brewing side of this business but they need to be replaced! Put enough staff on so when theyre busy they still make great tips! Then you would get a better quality of employees who wouldnt make people feel like theyre lucky someone is taking care of them! It saddens me this place cant get it together! Guess they make enough money selling their beers to other locations that they dont need this place to be good. And kudos! They make GREAT beer!

It’s ok. Parking is difficult. Almost impossible to get a drink directly from the bar so luckily we had a good server. Drinks are pretty pricey. The atmosphere is nice though. May or may not go back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My sister-in-law had organized to have her college graduation party at Motorworks. We had a big party in attendance (40+ people throughout the evening) and reserved the area right near the stage so we could be out of the way. When we got there the day of, we found out that they had moved us to the back where servers walked in and out of and that our spot was given to a high school graduation party.This was not the end of the world and we would have been completely fine but there was a waitress that kept coming through our party and rudely telling people Hey, move or Youre in my way. Real classy. We understand that our party was in an inconvenient location but this is where you put us after we had requested a more secluded location. Also, there is no reason to be rude.Well during the evening, one of the members of our party dropped a glass. The owner of the establishment came over and told him that is was time for our guest to leave (because of a broken glass!! BTW... at this time our guest maybe had two drinks over 2 hours) The guest was taken aback and when the employee came to escort him out, he told him that the owner was completely rude and that the waitress walking through our party had been horrible the entire night. The guy told our guest that that was his girlfriend and he made our guest leave.Im sorry but none of this would have happened if the owner had an ounce of knowledge in costumer service. I will never come to this establishment again and will tell others to avoid this place like the plague.Its a pity because the space is really neat.
