Such an eclectic place! We came on a day when everything was closed because we were in the area, but it was still amazing to see all of the art. Im sure it would have been even better to go into the shops and talk to the people, as well.I honestly dont know why this doesnt have more great reviews. Its such a cool gem in a small city. If you are specifically coming for the shops, just make sure you come on the right day at the right time. I think most of them are open Thursday through Saturday from 11 to 4. Covid might also affect these hours.Either way, it is definitely worth a visit here just to see the houses and the art.

I love art! It brightens up a neighborhood and brings creativity. I love what to they are doing here, you can see different houses with artwork and some of them are even restaurants.

We made a quick stop, while passing through... Ended up wondering around for over an hour. Wish we could have stayed longer. Such a unique little neighborhood, with so much to see. We only went inside one gallery but we will be back when we have more time. The front yards, filled with local artists creations were amazing!

Lots of interesting things to see. It was nice spending time with family taking a leisure stroll. Everyone was so nice! The fact that it was during early evening here in Florida made it even better, it was comfortable weather!

Pretty cool experience. Walk from house to house to see various forms of art for sale. Definitely worth checking out

Made this a spur of the moment stop after the Riverwalk. Disappointed, as it was difficult to tell which studios were open, what was ‘art’ vs a collection of debris in front of a building. TripAdvisor noted specific hours, but not the specific days artisans had their studios open. If revitalization is there goal, the project needs some work.

Very disappointed, was there on a Saturday, only two shops were open. This looks like it could have been wonderful. How do you sell art on a weekend if your not opened.

Be aware. Interesting community of closed business’s on a Thursday mid afternoon before Easter. Lots of them were closed. That was a long trip for nothing.

Best Art Village around. The largest in the country actually! A must see! Always open first Friday and Saturday and some are open Tuesday through Saturday 11-4. Come see amazing art and eat some amazing food.

I just did the crystal mining there and for $40 I was astounded with what I got. Defenitly worth every penny. A wonderful place to be

I love going on the weekends. I love how the small community opens up there homes to us to view their art and shops. A most see if vacationing or live here and need something fun to do.

Lots of interesting things to look at, if you happen to go by any individual place while its open. No consistent hours in any of the shops, not alot is open at the same time. And its not easy to tell what shop is open when. Walk one block too far in any direction and youll end up in a sketchy area.

Very neat place to visit. Artists open their homes (galleries) and welcome visitors to enter and view/buy their works of art. Some restaurants also located in the village community.

One of the most unique areas around.

This is Bradentons best kept secret. Theres events regularly in a fun, family-friendly environment. If you havent been there before, youre missing out.

I loved coming here to the Village of the Arts so much that I bought a home here right on 12th! Artwalks on first Fridays are especially fun!

After visiting the village I decided to move from out of state and make my home there. Great group of neighbors and an always interesting variety of art and food!

Was there at noon Wednesday November 22. Drove all the way to Bradenton and could not find one gallery open. Waste of time
