Its a trailer park. Nothing special nothing aweful. Has a nice duck pond and a pool so thats cool.

Beautiful ponds in the area!

Not the type of place you want to raise your kid’s anymore. People fly through here at 25mph and their friends don’t help. Too many out of staters with their “rules” which don’t include Native Montanans or our laws. Highly recommend leaving for Manhattan or farther out where it’s safer for your kids. If you don’t have kids, definitely recommend.

I love our park here. I gave it a 4 because prices keep going up for lot rent. We love the ponds, the sweet duck families, the beautiful trees. This is the nicest trailer home park that we have seen in Bozeman.

King Arthur Trailer Park is probably the best maintained in the area. Neighbors are respectful and its pretty quite for the most part. It seems like a mix of retired folks and young professionals. It features clean pool for the kids in the summer, Duck ponds and playground. It was advertised that fishing was allowed in the larger pond, however that has changed and fishing is no longer allowed.

King Arthur is a mobile home park. It has a swimming pool and is beautiful. However, the rent is high, and it is several miles from town. There IS a bus stop, but only has service twice a day.

Only giving one star because zero stars isnt available. The Parks owner mr. Oakland is very greedy and you would think with the outrageous lot rent he would use that money to improve features around the park. If you are selling your house and cannot be there to take care of the yard make sure somebody is for you or mr. Oakland will charge you outrageous fees for mowing. Lot rent was 340/month back in 2007. Cant imagine what it will be in another 10 years. Living in this park is definitely not worth the lot rent.

Poor management and staff. Integrity and customer service is far from what they aim for joe is the wrong person to be the face/management of this company.his office staff is poorly ran rude and are Thiefs.

Pricing for renting a lot is too high!! Over 500 a month!! They need to get rid of run down disgusting homes, you could have a beautiful home and right next to you is a crappy trailer and the yard is gross...they charge way too much for lots here!!!

The manager himself plows over peoples garbage cans and its way too expensive. They raise the lot rent is raised every year. None of the street lamps work.
