This place has real potential for being a wonderful venue for performing arts and galleries. However, the facility is poorly maintained, has no working drinking fountains, and restrooms are deficient in both quality and quantity. Facility operators need to invest money back into the upkeep of the building. Also, this event had general admission seating only which meant having to show up at least an hour early to get contiguous seats (which also puts more pressure on the insufficient restrooms). So, the facility and its management did nothing but distract from what was otherwise a good show.

What a great team to work with and a place to get married. We were married there in October and love everything about the day. The staff are nothing but accommodating and great to work with. We reserved the theatre for our rehearsal dinner and movie which everyone loved. We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the ballroom and loved every bit of it. Thanks again to the entire staff for being so easy to work with and being such a great price!!

We purchased beautiful jewelry, handmade by local artisans. The art is fantastic. Many pieces, paintings and unique sculptures, pottery, glass and beautiful clothing. Emerson is a showcase for some of the best talent in Montana. Worth our time and support!

We went to the Eli Young Band concert here. It was an unexpected venue for a bigger name band, but it ended up being the perfect spot. We love smaller shows where you can actually see the band, and they had an intimate hangout room at intermission to buy alcohol. Checking out the art at intermission was also a plus!

A great place to support independant artists and ahop local foods during the food fairs and farmers markets. Summers bring music events outside and provide continual events related to arts, film, music and culture. A true bright spot on the local community!!

Its hard to rate the place as a whole, considering that the whole place is made up of different buisseness. Each one, though, is amazing. The wide spread of artists, sewers, photographers, etc. sell quality stuff, and the lessons (musical, dance, performance) are taught by amazing teachers and you wont end up paying through the nose. If you get a chance, definitely stop by.

I love the Emerson. Im probably not the best one to review it because I essentially grew up here, but here goes. The classes here are amazing. Every class run by the Emerson is well taught and is interesting. The preformences on the stage never fail to impress, and the farmers market is cool when its going on. If youre looking for a place to learn a new artistic skill, look here first.
