This was a decent location nice and clean and they are very secure and it was great time I was able to spend with my grandchildren we will be back

I like the social distancing they have in place while the kids can still enjoy themselves.

The kids enjoyed the Chuck E Cheese. It was a little on the small side but other than that the food was great. And the employees were so nice!

My kids live Chuck E. Cheese as much as I did as a child! I am disappointed in the new way they do the tokens. You now have to buy a pass that is limited to minutes and unable to share. The tokens were such a better option. I like to play a COUPLE games with my kids, with tokens I was able to do so. The passes are more expensive and give us less of the experience we used to have.

My kids love this place! The only thing I dont like is the fact that since we are having this covid going on they have shut games down and some of those games are the ones I love!

My granddaughters birthday party was the best ever. Plenty of great assistance and we just sat back and enjoyed it. It’s all done for you ..cake pizza free games for kids . Had six kids and 7 adults. Great party for all.

This Chuck E. Cheese in Bowling Green Kentucky is my local store, it opened in 2004 and is phase 3 (V2 which was from 1999 to 2005 when they started phase 4) it is the last phase 3 in Kentucky, Paducah had phase 3 but it got 2.0 2 years ago, this store is the last store in Kentucky with the 1999 phase 3 character posters (same as the phase 4 posters, which have a copyright date of 1999, but the phase 3 character posters are slightly smaller and the corners and round and with corner holders on the corners, this store has Chuck E, Helen, and Jasper) they currently have a Studio C Cappa, which was produced from 2004 I think to maybe about 2006, I’m not sure. There used to be a Pizza Time Theatre In Bowling Green that opened in 1983 and closed in 1986 and in 2004 this store opened as one of the last phase 3 stores, most stores that opened in 2004 got phase 3 and a Studio C Cappa, which was produced at the time, they currently have the rockstar jeans and avenger shirt on chuck, they have the rockstar shirt but they don’t have it on him, this store has been my local since 2014 or 2015 and they had the cool chuck shorts on.I also went here 2 days ago as of this edit (September 26th 2020) I went on September 24th which is my birthday. They have the rockstar shirt on chuck right now so that’s sick. They also have the Halloween show right now, and they even decorated for Halloween, also it’s during COVID so the lives shows they do but the chuck e walk around (yes, the Chuck e you see is actually just an employee in a costume, also almost probably 60-80% of chuck E’s aren’t energetic AT ALL, most of them take ages to start the dance, so for the Halloween show they programmed the bot to the live show because they can’t do the walk a round to come out.

We had so much fun! Whoever came up with this play all you want card is a super genius. I brought four kids between the ages of 3 and 8 and everyone had a blast. And I got a combo meal and, shockingly, the pizza was really good. Like really good. Even the crust!We bought two 30 minute cards and it was perfect! We played for 30 minutes, ate pizza and wings, and then played for another 30. Theres also a pause option if you choose not to get multiple cards. My husband was dreading going but even he had to admit we had a great time. I really think Chuck E. Cheese is doing everything in their power to make a safe, fun environment and I really appreciate that. Cant wait to go back!!!

Great place for kids to play and have fun. However the price for the food is ridiculously high. You can go eat steak for the price you pay here.

Never disappoints. The freshest salad bar in town. Serves wine and beer also.

This is a good chuck e cheese to take your kids to. They have a good amount of games and rides for them. Its never super crowded. Some times on the weekends it can be packed. But not as bad as others I’ve been to. The employees here are usually pretty friendly as well.

Typical chaotic experience with a load of people and children. Most of which were unsupervised.We had a momentary adopted child for about 30-40 minutes while there for my own childs birthday. The parent left her with us, didnt ask, didnt say anything, just vanished.They removed a lot of things, and whats left isnt much on the fun side (according to a 7 and 9 year old).$20 got them an hour of play time, but it was less than enjoyable as they were rushing to get tickets and not able to have fun in the process.Trying to snap a photo with Chuck E was next to impossible as he/she was basically pushing kids away as they made their way to the designated birthday area.Best part was the prize girl that they turned their tickets in to. She was very patient and helpful, and had a wonderful smile.As for the pizza, Ive not personally tried it, considering prices of everything all together. Never heard any complaints about it though.3/5 ☆☆☆

It was thoroughly enjoyed by my 4 year old. Only *some* of the games were broken and it wasnt too crowded. The pizza was decent and the cheese bread was pretty good. It was clean and the staff was very nice. It was very expensive- but thats expected with a place like that.

Often crowded and has a wait but the staff is pretty friendly and the facility is kept fairly clean. An affordable treat for a well behaved kid.

Has its ups and downs like all major places with high turn-overs.Door should probably be watch better though. Ive seen several families leave without being checked and confused staff who dont know what to do when it happens.

Birthday Party for grandchild. The host was phenomenal. Super attentive! A couple of negatives were... that it was very loud. Was hard to carry on a conversation. And as we were leaving the girl at the door that checks the hand stamp was distracted at the counter. We waited for her, but we could have taken our grandchildren out without notice. Kind of scary. Did I say the host was awesome?

Not a bad place but, some of the machines werent working but, took your money anyways and some just didnt work but, at least those didnt take your money/points/time. As crowded and busy as that place is, it would be nice to see the games all working. Kids had fun either way though.

Celebrating my sons 8th birthday he and his sister had plenty to do.

Chuck E. Cheese didnt stay out long or interact with the kids the first time and the limited time on games sucked. Best part was the security that they had.

Its an ok place to have a little fun with the kids. They have revamped things now where you cant have free play time by removing the indoor playground. They also have a birthday club thing where you can sign up online and get a free personal pan pizza and 20 minutes of unlimited game play (with purchase) for the birthday child, as well as $10 credit after 3 visits (with minimum purchase requirements). I recommend reading up on the terms and conditions so you wont be cheated because the employees were not as knowledgeable as they should have been.

Great place to take your kids we love it!

Went to celebrate our nieces 2nd birthday and it was great!! The staff were on point and very accommodating to the children, which made it way more enjoyable for the grownups!!! Worth every penny to not have to clean up after a bunch of little kids... And the long post-sugar rush naptime afterwards was an extra bonus!!!

Prices were high for the time hard to take more than one child would rather do tokens instead of time.

Its a fun place for little kids to play games, although the parent play as much as the kids. The pizza is ok a little greasy for me.

Nice location, very friendly staff. Food was fast especially for a weekend night. Salad bar was clean and stocked. App worked great to show cashier for a discount so my date didnt have to pay as much. Girls at the prize counter were very good with kids, fun, funny, and patient. Chuck e Cheese appeared live more than once in a 2 hour time frame to dance with the kids. Drove 1.5 hours to take the kids (10 year old daughter and 5 year old granddaughter) and it was worth it.

Dislike this place completely! If they could take out the walking area and replace with another game they absolutely would! Its total chaos every time you go in. Food is ok but overpriced. Use coupons if you plan on eating and getting coins.

Great for kids (of course). Pizza is really bad and way overpriced. The staff there today all acted as they dreaded coming to work. More frowns that smiles. The kids on the other hand were nothing but smiles. Parents eat before you go. Cardboard pizza and carbonated water is what you will get. Chucky E Cheese personal if you cant smile in front of the kids then find another job.

The pizza is okay, not the best by no means.. little games that kids may like to get tickets to get junk to throw away.. I guess its okay to go to once a year..

After a news article refusing to service police officers that have their guns on them is messed up. I will not ever go to any chucky cheese anywhere until your location services these people who protect you even if they have their guns on them. I fully support all OFFICERS THROUGHT THE USA AND FOR YOU TO REFUSE SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE WHO PROTECT YOU IS CRAZY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Any establishment that refuses to let an armed police into it deserves to go out of business. He was wearing a logo shirt, so what was the problem? Even if he was not, all he should have to do is show his badge. An idiot for a manager, someone that is lacking in common sense, what is typically what one would call, a MORON. Avoid this place, they do not care about law enforcement and treat them unfairly.

Service is excellent, staff are helpful and friendly. Not too fond of the food though.
