Oak Creek A Peak Community

So, we do not live there, we were trying too. In June when COVID-19 restrictions were lifted a little, we made an appointment to look at a trailer. Go there at our scheduled time, after calling multiple times, finally got an answer & they let us know THAT morning they rented it out & didn’t have anything. But we were NEVER notified, & our appointment was never cancelled. Fast forward to today, have another appointment. & the site manager Jolene never wrote my info down that she had gotten from me, & left & didn’t tell anyone else in the office about it, & no one answered my calls. Poor management, & customer service. Jolene is also very rude on the phone, & they don’t answer the phones unless they want too. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Their loss.ALSO IM ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BC ITS MAKING ME.

The people living out there are crammed in like sardines and 75% of the homes look like they need to be condemned.

Rent is very affordable & all of the stray cats are very friendly. Enough parking for 2-3 vehicles per trailer. Pets allowed at $35/month. Centrally located near lots of shopping and restaurants. Office ladies are very helpful and friendly!

Sounds very nice but too expensive for us.

The trailers are all spqced way to close together 10-20 ft max. Too cramped for my taste no escape from nosy or beligerent neighbors. Many of the trailers are severly aged although the park has been ripping some of them out.

They really need to clean this place up or tear it down
