This is long overdue (about 6 months!) but this place is perfect for custom projects, will be coming back here in the future... I came in with a tall order to frame a warped license place between glass and they were extremely accommodating to my needs and helped me really make my vision come to life. I appreciated the time several staff members & the manager took to show me all frame options and create this for a reasonable price. They also put this together for me in about 36 hours--pretty unheard of considering this had to be immediately set in the custom-cut frame to dry in time. This kind of customer service doesnt come along often, thank you Fast Frames!

Chris at Fast Frame showed me me exceptional service!! He patiently and energetically walked me through the tedious process of mat and frame selections. Then when I came to pick up (ten minute before closing on a Friday of a holiday weekend) he happily helped me. He realized a mishap on the order and quickly fixed it, then allowed me to place a new order for higher quality glass for some old framed pieces that I had brought in. Again, he knowledgeably walked me through the choices and then cut the glass on the spot. Great service and skill!

Couldnt recommend this place enough! Today was our fifth time working with Boulder Fastframe - this time on a project that included an original oil on canvas that my grandmother painted as a wedding gift, as well as an original drawing, and some documents that are special to us - all 3 jobs have sentimental value and I wouldnt trust anyone else with them.Every time weve been in the staff has been above-and-beyond helpful, personable, and professional, and has made excellent suggestions while also allowing us to make our own decisions.Finally, Fastframe might give the impression of quick/cheap work, but this is not the case at all. Theyre honest about the amount of time that they need to complete a job, and everything theyve returned to us has been stunning. We cant wait to see what theyll do next!

You need to be more careful hauling your big trailer around. A LOT more careful.

I am in here, on average, every three weeks or so. These guys are great to work with and really know what they are doing. Always super friendly and have an obvious eye for customer service. I have used Boulder Fastframe for several projects. I have always been pleased with their work, and their expert guidance is indispensable. I am easily overwhelmed when presented with too many choices. The artists at Fastframe are able to recommend a few good choices quickly. On a recent project, the sample that we selected turned out to be significantly different from the frame that they received from the manufacturer. They were conscientious enough to advise me of the problem and proficient enough to find an alternative that pleased me as well as the original choice.

I have used Fastframe at least three times, for everything from fancy foreign art to National Park posters. The folks there, particularly Allison, are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They steer me in the right direction even when I am heading down the wrong path, and their advice has been uniformly excellent. There may be cheaper places out there, but there are no better places.

Ive had four pieces framed at Boulder Fastframe and I just keep going back because of the excellent job they always do.Im a pretty big dummy when it comes to what will look nice with my pieces. The employees have always taken plenty of time with me to show me many options, explain their differences, and even make suggestions when Im completely baffled.The turn-around time is great (usually about a week). And I have always been more than thrilled with the finished products. This is not a slap-dash operation. I pay for quality because I want my framed pieces to withstand the test of time. Quality is exactly what I get.HIGHLY recommended.

They helped me pick out a great frame for some old Star Wars movie posters that I wanted framed. They did a great job and took about a week. And not only that they sent me a nice handwritten thank you with a small gift card for next time. Great experience overall!

So, you thought that poster you picked up on a whim could be no cooler?! Think again. Jese and her crew have amazing talent! Ive never had them frame anything that came back looking anything short of incredible! The art on my walls gets constant compliments. It makes my house alive. I will go to no other frame shop in town!!

These guys get my very highest recommendation. They have completed two seperate framing jobs for me in the last year, both excellent!The first was a single matte and frame job of two 3 x 5 photographs, which turned out beautifully and was very reasonably priced. The second was a much larger matte and frame of a Georgia OKeeffe print, which was also beautifully done, but about which I had small issue. A small window in the matte wasnt cut as I had envisioned it and I returned to ask if it was cut as intended and perhaps if it could be fixed. They went above and beyond to fix the issue!I went expecting to be told the window was cut as it should be, or perhaps to be charged a small fee to have the matte and small window re-cut. I also expected, after deciding while there to just remove the window altogether, that there would be a charge for re-cutting the matte differently as opposed to my original intent to have it recut with a smaller window.I was very happily surprised to find my expectations incorrect - They did not charge me for the re-matting and re-formatting of the picture. They did an amazing job, and were very helpful and courteous every step of the way. They certainly made a very delighted and grateful customer in me, and I will most definitely be returning there for more work in the future.

This is by far and away the best framing shop in Boulder. The staff are extremely experienced in the technical aspects of framing. More importantly each employee has the ability to see the object you want to get framed, understand your objectives, preferences, budget and come up with a fabulous recommendation every time. They just have a great eye for what will make your item show its best. I have had in excess of 30 items framed by Kim, Jese, Allison, Brian.Fast Frame is no more expensive then any of the other framing shops and they send you coupons after each purchase. They are really, really good people and a lot of fun to work with. Check them out. Seriously.

I absolutely love working with the folks at Fast Frame in Boulder. I live in SE Aurora, but this is the only place that I have frame stuff for my office and house. Kim and her staff have done a great job of framing posters, diplomas and even a wedding invitation for my wife and me. I most definitely will go back the next time I need something framed!

Over the past 5 years I have taken many prints/photos/works of art here to get framed. The thoughtfulness and creativity of the employees (one in particular - initials:JE) towards any given project is very welcome and all of my pieces have turned out wonderfully. Very expressive really showcasing them. I recently brought in a piece of art that was drawn on one side of a cigar box that my deceased brother had bought in Cuba. JE created a shadow box for it and the mat texture & color really complement it. Also, I had an old photograph I wanted to frame & JE suggested someone who could help me restore it.Finally - they make 3x5, 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 frames from frame project remnants. Prices are VERY reasonable & the frames are unique. Ive created a wall collage of photos of my family - each with a distinctive frame. Thats where I go whenever Im looking for photo frame.Cant say enough good things about this shop!
