I visited one cold day when they had a free public tour. Following the tour, visitors were invited to spend the rest of they day using their resources for free. Despite New England in the name, they can help with genealogical research on persons anywhere in the world. During the tour, they mentioned that they periodically have other tours that focus on the art and architecture of the facility. Ill probably have to go back for one of those!
