Saw Radiohead play here. The acoustics were great. We didnt have amazing seats but we were able to see the band fine without any kind of obstructions. It will definitely be a memory I hold for a long time :)
Went here for a Celtics game last year first Basketball game Ive ever been too. Ive also been here for a wrestling event back in February and the view was the best! I recommend
With the new renovations, there is a lot of criticism about the width of the seats, but with the games Ive gone to since, Ive not had a problem. On the other hand, there is no longer a bad seat in the house, even in the top most nosebleeds.Security throughput could definitely be more efficient as they dont take advantage of every entrance, they funnel everyone up to a second floor landing with security on either side. Lines can get deep, but theres enough stations to spread people out and through quickly, I just think it could be better.Obviously, food and drink prices are on par with other modern venues, with being pretty expensive, but its not completely outlandish.
My son and I went to see the Boston Celtics versus the Cleveland Cavaliers and got seeds that put us about five rows behind our team the Cavaliers. We had a great time although I have to say the concessions prices are way out of line. $13 for a slice of pizza is a little much we really enjoyed the game though.
Super cool place to be! Such an experience to see our favorite players in real life. The sights and sounds are a blast. So colorful, the music and visuals 350°. Everything was perfect, even sitting way up high, we had a great view. Easy in and out from the Amrak station. We were within walking distance of Paul Revere House and the wonderful Italian section. Great adventure!
The Garden has evolved over the years in a very positive way. Although expensive, it has improved the fan experience in all areas. Room for improvement in the amount of restrooms, the lines can be long during intermissions and half times. The food and drink choices are also vastly improved. Overall, great place to take in a game.
I absolutely love going to games at the TD garden! The arena itself is comfortable, with good sight lines. I would strongly encourage taking public transport to any game/event, as the parking situation can be very frustrating, as one would expect in Boston.
Had an awesome experience seeing the justin timberlake concert there.. We got the tickets using VerizonUP and the VIP staff, seating and setup was perfect. Easy to get around, in and out of, and I cant speak for every seat but it honestly looks like there isnt a bad seat in the house.I would recommend seeing sport events, concerts or really anything in this venue. It was our first time in Boston and it was awesome..Td gardens did not disappoint us.
I loved my experience at TD Garden. What a fantastic Stadium (located in the heart of downtown Boston), walking distance from practically anywhere.I was fortunate enough to see 6 of the 2019 Bruins Playoff Games at the a Garden. I had every variation of seating from, center club section, center floor, even tried the balcony seats once during the various games I attended. All of them with exceptional views of the game.
You cant walk around the building but the location and the front of it was nice
I just love the TD Garden in Boston. The food and drink were great,I went to see the Celtics play the Suns great games couple of years ago . What made it my greatest experience was the seats behind the Celtics bench. I can scratch that of my Bucket List.
I visited a Bruins Game in Dec19. very impressive Stadium, good in organization and access. But the Prices for Food and Drinks are way too much, especially in my European opinion. And Also the fact that you are not allowed to buy Beer if you have a foreign ID, doesnt matter how old you are.Well so it was in interesting event to visit once.
Love the BOSTON GARDEN took the train into go north station to go see the BOSTON RED SOX vs NYY at FENEAY PARK
Recently went to a Bruins and Celtics game. My wife was in a wheelchair and the staff here was very gracious with getting us in an easily accessible sitting area. We would definitely go back to a game here.
Nice place, the events here are out of this world, but my gripe here is the absolute staggering prices of drinks and food. I cant believe they would charge you $15.75 for just single beer. Im able to get a 12-pack for that kind of money. Now imagine if you are w/ you better half and her sisters (3 sister to be exact). Easily $200 is less than 2 hours for just beers.
Great time at the Garden as always. Bruins played the Whalers and won in OT! Great venue with plenty of good food and drink options. Ranges from hot dogs to pretty involved meal plates. Get a can of beer or a decent cocktail. Pro shop on the loge level and various small shops on each subsequent floor. Tunnel from the T station to the arena is now complete so you dont even have to go outdoors when its cold!
Amazing time at the Bruins/Pens game. The new RAF seating was high up but it makes you feel like a VIP with their club-style seating and amenities. Overall, staff and bartenders were really seemed to enjoy their jobs and were a pleasure to be around. Minus one star for the ride security team who were not really helping move people along and playing on their cell phones.
The atmosphere during a Celtics game is awesome. The food is also decent and reasonably priced considering it’s an arena.
Amazing venue. Boston fans are amazing and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Even if your sitting in the upper deck.
Home to two of Bostons great sports franchises in the Bruins and the Celtics. It is a nice place. Like most places that host sporting events, the food and drink prices are a little high, but not beyond the normal.
Loved the atmosphere during a Celtics game. The TD Garden is very modern, and has a lot of staff and security making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s also very convenient since the train station is right there. Food is decent though not a lot of healthy options available. It is also the main venue for the most popular artist concerts in Boston. There’s also different shops where they sell sports jerseys.
We attended the Kiss End Of The World Tour Concert this passed 3/26/2019. I was impressed by how controlled everything was. It is a handicapped friendly venue and their staff are extremely helpful. One very important thing to know, You Cannot use a telescopic Selfie stick to take photos. I was scolded, Lol!Our seating was numbered and there is no pushing or shoving. The show was magnificent. The pyrotechnics were out of this world and the sound was spectacular. We would Love to do it again.Thank You TDGarden, and Thank You Kiss for a wonderful Class Act Concert. We made wonderful memories.
Is hard to find parking around the arena. If you’re driving there the only way is to park inside the arena, but the charge for parking is $50 for 1 car. For the others, the experience inside the TD Garden is totally amazing! The atmosphere of the crowd is completely insane!
Being a Bostonian myself, I have been to TD Garden countless times. I have always enjoyed the events they put on weather it be a sporting event, concert, etc. I have always felt safe and well catered to at this venue and never had any complaints (despite the absolutely obscene prices for less than average food and drink).HOWEVER, I attended a Celtics game 2 weeks ago and left my phone behind and yikes, the customer service department is slacking to say the least. The night I lost my phone I immediately located an employee to explain my problem. She told me that any items that had been found were already locked in an office and the manager who was needed to retrieve the items was not available for the rest of the night. Although I now highly regret being so cooperative, I respected the peculiar sounding information and left the venue without my phone. The next morning I filled out the online form for missing items and received a conformation email stating that my form was successfully submitted. To make a long story short, I have been relentlessly calling and emailing customer service to get any information about my phones whereabouts. I truly do not understand why it has been so difficult for them to reach out to me. I offered overwhelming evidence to prove the phone was mine and offered to come into Boston to get it at TDs convenience. I am so unhappy and frustrated with the absolutely DISMAL customer service I am receiving. The employees were lazy and there is absolutely no sense of urgency here, unless its to practically push people out of the venue at the end of an event. If anyone is planning to visit this venue, make sure you remember all of your belongings chances are, youll never get them back!!!
This has quickly become one of my favourite concert venues. Ive been here 3 times in the last year for concerts and every time, Im blown away. Every single staff member Ive ever encountered has been great. Whether it be helping me find my seat, giving directions around the arena, or just casual interaction at a concession stand..everyone is great! Bathrooms are generally clean which is great. Even getting in and out of the venue isnt bad. Everything is clearly marked so its pretty easy to find your way up to the security checkpoint. I also appreciate that security does check every single bag. My only really complaint is the beer prices. $14 is more than Id like to pay. But the service is great and the venue is great so a $14 beer is still worth it.I was just here for Shawn Mendes and had a great time. Cant wait to return in September for 5 Seconds of Summer! Also for reference, I was seated in section 316 row 2 seat 19
I really enjoy coming here for different events but you may want to eat and drink before coming because everything is kinda pricey. Also, if you are overweight, dont try sitting in the nosebleed section because you wont fit in the chairs. Having said that, I dont think there is one bad seat in the arena!
Great venue and really enjoyed watching hockey for the first time in this venue. Biggest issues were over the PA announcements were inaudible. Plenty of concession stands, not enough male and female amenities in a venue that size which saw long lines at pinnacle moments during period breaks and egress. Great merchandise stores throughout, including the hub which was massive. Looking forward to coming back when the internal construction is complete
Good place to watch some hockey action. Great choices of bars for a post game drink......take a wad of cash with ya....especially if your in club level.
Wow what a great place to go watch an event. Now with the new restaurant in the front and others opening soon it’s going to even better .
Always an amazing experience at this arena. Staff for event are always pleasant, and respectful!
Price normalization at concessions only works when item standardization happens too! A 2 oz hot dog should cost less then a quarter pound hot dog. On the plus side, the Bruins beat the Leafs 5-1 in game 7 so Im pretty happy
One of the top 2 sporting venues to list as a must for anybody who hasnt been there yet. Gift shops, sporting events, concerts, wrestling shows, Disney, circus, etc. They are ALL great experiences and very family friendly! From the balcony to the floor side seats and including the luxury boxes, you get great views, epic chants and great memories!! You get to see and feel a true sense of history and legendary sports teams from throughout some of the most epic eras in sports history!!! Put simply, if you havent been there yet, make it a MUST sooner than later. Even if youve already visited, it never gets old!!
Not bad. But HUGE WARNING: check to see what you can and cant bring. If you use a vape like I do, leave it at the house or in your car. They dont allow them. Other than that, not terrible.
Absolutely, epically extraordinary first experience at this Garden, in the classically historical intellectual city of Boston. However, my major reason, for such an exceptionally high appreciation, of this Garden. Aside from the fact, of seeing the worlds most extraordinarily awesome basketball team, Thee Harlem Globetrotters.Who, by the way, I have dreamed of seeing, since I was a small boy. And as a matter, returned myself to (and many other adults) to our exuberance of youth, with their astronomically
Went to a Bruins vs Lightning game. 1st time ever in Boston. Aside from paying $60 JUST TO PARK, inside TD was IN-FRIGGIN-CREDIBLE. The passion of the fans was palpable. When Boston scored, Ive never heard an arena louder. My voice is shot, my nerves are fried and Ive NEVER had more fun! The people bookending my wife and I were awesome, making us feel welcome from the start.Been a Bruins fan roughly 20 years, never attended a game. The passion is now bigger than ever and my experience was why.I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a few hundred to blow, GO TO A BRUINS GAME. Its worth every penny. And more.Best. Fans. In. Hockey!!!
What a great experience . My first time seeing an original six hockey team. It was so easy to get there from the subway. All the downtown bars were packed with Bruins fans. Everywhere you looked it was black and yellow. It takes a while to get through security. The game and experience was unforgettable. After the game its very easy to go home using the subway. Two lasting impressions: the yankees suck, and WOOOO!
Had a great time. The Parking was reasonable ($25) and under the venue which was convenient, venue was clean and all staff were extremely helpful and kind.We went for Disney on Ice and are looking forward to go back for wwe and a celts game soon!
Was my wifes first NHL hockey game and she loved it .Bruins beat the golden knights 3-2 which made that a plus for me ( huge bruin fan ) lets hope they go all the way this year love ya guys keep it up and LETS GO BRUINS!!!
This is the second time we came to TD Garden to watch Celtics game. However, we didn’t know that they have the policy that you can’t bring a backpack into the stadium. (Maybe my bag was small so they didn’t noticed at the first time) Sadly, there’s no place we can store our bag inside the North Station, nor did we drive car that day. Someone told us we can put our bag at the bar across the street, and it costed $10 for each bag, this is literally rob. Should have better notification about this bag thing when we book the ticket, even though they claimed they are doing this since 911. I don’t think Fenway have the same restriction.
I work at the Garden and it truly is a great experience ! i encourage everyone to catch a show or game here. it truly is wonderful
This is home of the celtics and NFL boston. If you want to enjoy full of Boston, this is Must Place to Visit!!Amazing fans you can hear their voice directly. There is parking space from level 1 to 5. This sounds really busy but not that really busy than your thought and compare to other location of Arena, this TD garden is much convenient place to park. Many shops and subway is also connected to the garden. I recommend to take subway or Uber.Celtics great!
No matter where you are you are you have a great view of the ice. Comfortable seats. The only let down is the slightly expensive food.
We always have a great time at the garden no matter what we see. Great basketball games and hockey.disney on ice and the Harlem Globetrotters are my favorites. Great area to visit also.perfect location for catching the T and walking around checking out the sights.. to bad the owners couldnt help out their employees during covid lay offs.. thats very disappointing!
Great venue! All the employees are very nice and helpful. There are a lot of good options for food and drinks. I like the Pro Shop and that you can go there any time. Its also really cool to have a venue with a view. All the new upgrades are top notch. I love seeing games and events here
I like the Garden enough. Decent venue. Ok food and beverage options. Saw the Celts pummel Charlotte. Tatum scored 39. Ill be back because I dig Boston sports.
Parking was easy although was $50 for the day. We went to a Bruins game and sat in a luxury box. The food was good and the veiw was awesome, could see the game very well. We hung out a bit afterwards and leaving the parking garage was a breeze.
The home of the 2011 Stanley Cup Champions, Boston Bruins!!! There is not a bad seat in the house. I have sat in section 308 upstairs and in the lodge many times. You really cant go wrong at The Garden. Buyer beware, the concession prices are outrageous!!!Happy Travels!TimothyOLA Travel & Leisure Traveling The World, Together
Unbelievable game. Amazing experience through and through. And this is coming from a Non-Bostonian. Actually, North Jersey/New York fan showing a Kansas City native the best of New England.
Great time.seats a little small. Best food of any stadium i have visited. Got great pics of the game from our seats!
We went to 2 concerts here. Jo bros & Shawn Mendez. Venue & sound were fine. I thought the food choices were severely lacking compared to other concert locations. Maybe it was due to construction??
No complaints other than the standard professional stadium subjects like overpriced food and drink. That being said, the other regional professional team stadiums are a bit more expensive so TD Garden is not as awful. TD Garden is unspectacular but sufficient, pretty clean, easy to understand your location. Conveniently next to bars and restaurants.
Being a New England sports fan how could I not love the TD Garden?! Brought my boyfriend here as I had given him Celtics tickets for his birthday. For me the only thing that would have made it better would be if it were the Bruins instead! Anyhow... Excellent seats from any vantage point (though I will always hold a soft spot for the obstructed view seats from the old Garden), well marked exits, plenty of food options, and as clean as any arena like this could be. And wonderful location upon entering and exiting the city, and many lodging options nearby.
Awesome place to go hang out with friends, and watch everything from basketball to hockey, the UFC and or concerts
Great, but wish there were some different food options. It was all the same stuff on all levels...expensive for carnival type food. Wish there was ice cream or Dunkins. Put on on great show, though.
Probably the most historic basketball stadium on this planet. I fully enjoyed. Security was fast and the shops have lots of nice merchandise for Celtics and Bruins. Its next to the station so its easy to access
Awesome arena space. Great people in Boston! Was a decent beer at the gardens, but dang is it pricey!!
The seats in the nose bleed section are too small. I had a good experience overall! Good pizza and soda!
The latest improvements have made the TD Garden a great destination for sports and entertainment fans.
Always fun to watch the B’s or the C’s play at the Garden! Parking lot is hectic, though, especially if driving into the city in the evening. If possible, take public transportation.
Great place easy to get to by using the T. Clean friendly staff always willing to help.
Awesome game! Good atmosphere. Really Loud! Good food just expensive
Home to one of the best sports team in the world in the Celtics and Bruins (Totally not written by a biased Celtics fan). TD Garden is right on the North Station Commuter Rail / Orange line, still under some new renovation as they are building some office space in the area. Holds many events such as concerts, and other sporting events!
Excellent stadium, we were in the cheap seats and still had a fantastic view of action on the court. Be aware that the seats are TINY though and of course the food and drinks are crazy expensive. We spent over $60 for a large soda, 2 beers and 2 slices of (admittedly ENORMOUS) pizza.
Bostons finest... just no parking obviously and concession stands are similar to fenway.... $$$$ however, great food served here. Went to smackdown here recently and it was awesome!!!!!
Took my wife to her first Celtics game here. Absolutey love TD Garden.
Home to Boston Celtics. Enjoyed the atmosphere and my visit for the celtics and Miami heat game..
The holy ground for any Celtics fan!
We are Boston Celtics fans and love the atmosphere of TD Garden. We have flown to Boston, as a family, twice in the last year to attend Celtic games. The only feedback I would have is the new seating. If you are a taller individual (6 foot or taller) you can plan on your knees hitting the seat in front of you. Fortunately enough you can get up and stretch to eliminate being cramped for long periods of time.
Great arena. The atmosphere was electric. Great place to watch the Celtics play.
Whether youre coming to the Garden for hockey, basketball or a concert you wont be disappointed in your seat- even in the so called nose bleeds. If you love sports you gotta come to a playoff game... you feel an energy that is like nothing else!
Too large... Cher looked about 1 tall. No smoking.... No drinks. No lighters. Too many stairs... elevators were broken....
I saw the Boston Bruins play the St. Louis Blues this year at the TD Garden - pretty cool place! The concourse was nice, pretty standard for a venue like this. Getting in and out was particularly easy - didn’t find ourselves waiting in crowds for too long as we left and were coming in. I can’t speak much for the parking situation - we booked an Airbnb elsewhere in Boston and took an Uber over to the game. Balcony seating was nice though - great view of the ice from the front row of the top deck. Awesome seats for the money.
This place is awesome. The bruins. Celtics. And awesome concerts in beantown. What’s more to ask.
Watch the #JonasBrother, #BebeRexha and #JordanMcgraw for the #HappinessBeginsTour it was amazing! Good security and big venue!
Kiss, End of the Road World tour 2019, AMAZING SHOW!!! Still impressive after all these years.
Its an iconic building with a lot of history!
Terrible upper level seats. You have to be so skinny to fit.
Overall an excellent experience! The one and only thing I did not like is the new seats they added because there is 0 leg Room and I am only 5 11!
Dream come true visiting here. Loved every minute and went home grinning like the cat that got the cream. Experience of my life I think. Clean tidy and easy to get in and out of.
Great games, great facility especially with all the new upgrades they have done
The place was packed to the doors. I had great seats but upon my return to TDG the seats got smaller and alot of seat moving because of people not sitting where they belong. The food there was reasonably priced and pretty good for concession food.
Nice arena, and great layout. Security was not a charade, but effective and efficient. Enjoyed the crowd, and the Smile Cam is great fun!!
Awesome arena, clean, and inviting. friendly staff and I had a great time!
Great place for Basketball fans near Boston ... go in early so that you can go inside where the players is warming up.... up close and personal...
The Garden is a pretty nice venue. Public transport is easy, entrance is smooth even with the security check and the atmosphere is awesome. I had the pleasure of not only watch Bruins and Celtic games but also the Beanpot. Nothing can beat the atmosphere of an awesome college game.Downsides: the prices for food and drinks are hilarious and the signage isnt good.
Its a great place to take your children. Just watch out for souvenirs outside on the streets. Plan to bring a couple grand for just entertaining yourself and a couple children. Watch what you buy inside the Garden and definitely take time to shop around. The staff are the ones to talk to if you have questions as they could definitely make your experience better for you. Take the transit if you are not used to traffic. Otherwise plenty of parking garages within a 20 minute walking radius of the Garden for 50 bucks or less.
Very good place to attend Ice hockey games.
I was there for an ice hockey game. The building is in great shape. Many concession stands. And stores in which to buy hats, jerseys, and gifts for your loved ones. I was very pleased being there.
We did the TD garden tour. What an experience. Not many arenas in the United states has as much history as this place. The banners hanging from the rafters was hugely impressive. The lady who carried out our tour was knowledgable. Happy to answer questions and provided us with a detailed insight into the arena and was confident answering questions about basketball and hockey. If you are in Boston I definitely recommend this tour you will not be disappointed. Personally felt it was better than the fenway park tour where they kept far too many people come in the group where you dont get as personal experience with your guide.
Went to watch the Bruins destroy the New York Rangers 6 to 3 all the way from the UK it was amazing. Reccomend if you love NHL or have no idea its fast paced and great fun
Quite accessible place. Several entrances make things a lot easier.Food and beverages prices can surprise you if youre not aware of it. Overall great experience.Watched Celtics vs Atlanta Hawks. Awesome match!
It is so big, yet so hard to find. Once we got in, it worth the trouble.
Legends at TD Garden serves the Impossible Burger and its the best Impossible Ive had! Its a double patty and theyre thin, cooked right, served with American cheese, thin red onions and a special sauce. They branded the bun with the Bruins logo for the game that evening and each time I took a bite, I could smell the charred bread like bbq. I ate the whole thing in about 10 minutes. The fries are excellent, too!Must try!
There are few other arenas that have the same energy and feeling that TD Garden does. From the classic parquet floor to the fans who are unlike any city I have been to, TD Garden is one of the best sports experiences out there. Easily accessible via the Green/Orange Line and Commuter Rail at North Station. Getting in and out is easy and the amenities inside are up to date.
The food is great now. Prices are tough, but the food really improved the overall experience of the game. Celtics rock. Boston fans are the best. Go get to a game and enjoy yourself already.
