Came here with my boyfriend tonight and we had an amazing time! I loved the Mexican theme, and they stayed very true to it, with the costumes, set, music, and speaking only in Spanish. The singing was beautiful, as was the high production value set design with amazing waterworks. The acts were also solid. My favorite was the contortionist. The show is about two and a half hours including intermission.

I went to Cirque Du Soleil tonight and let me tell you that is was outstanding!!!! Everything was perfectly practiced, they had many different varied of dance, and even added 1 audience participation activity. Then they sprinkled some humor in there and they wrapped it all together in one show!!The intermission comes by so quickly and let me just say that you WILL run out of snacks! I was literally sitting on the edge of my seat at the end and everyone gave a standing ovation!!This show was perfectly presented and overall this is the best circus that I have ever went to!!!!Also they didn’t have cotton candy :(

The Cirque De Soleil presentation of Luzia at Suffolk Downs in Boston, MA was stunning. The entire experience was fantastic. This event is located under the big top which is air conditioned. The show was wonderful and the cast was talented. Definitely worth a visit.

Overall was good. I just hated the Romeo and Juliet part, it was really stupid. Also some acrobatics were very amateur like juggling for example the girl was all the time dropping the bottles and the girl hanging from a fabric was rather mediocre Ive seen better things and didnt have to pay that much money. The guy with the ladder was very impressive.

Absolutely incredible performance by the athletic cast. The way they entertain between scenes are perfect and keep your attention the whole time. The first hour until intermission went so quickly as it kept you on the edge of your seat the entire time.Well worth the price of admission. I wasn’t interested in the VIP or lounge and don’t think I would spend the extra money. Any seat under the tent would be fine, unless it’s obstructed. We went middle of the road price and were very happy with our seats.$15 is a bit high for a beer, so expect to bring some extra money if you want anything to eat or drink while you are there. The portable bathrooms were clean, but there are enough during intermission, just a short wait.I don’t want to ruin any of the show, so here is a 10-second glimpse of the opening.

I was at the 6/23/19 show in Boston. The show was great. Very well choreographed. Athletes were almost perfect...all until the arial silk artist VOMITED mid air. She was evacuated in an ambulance. We had to stay in our seats for 30 min. At the end the performers came back for one act and finished the show. I was very upset. There is no notification anywhere informing about the condition of the performer. Is she ok? Did she suffer from an internal injury? Did she have some sort of joint dislocation? Did she break a rib? Was she just drunk? I can’t stop thinking about it.In general this whole experience made me think that I should stop supporting circuses that don’t have proper safety measures and risking their performers lives for the crowd amusement.

Very cool tent and and acrobatics. Very impressive with a touch of humor. SMALL SEATS if your fat or large might be trouble. When buying the all you can eat popcorn i asked if they where gonna run out and disappear like a normal carny ruse. They assured me they wouldnt. They ran out, albeit temporarily but where sincerely sorry to see me again. Idn why this is relevant.Def bring your own snacks

Not Vegas! More like “America’s Got Talent” If you go all seats are decent...don’t overpay for best seats! Free wine, ice cream, and pop corn opening night. If they continue that, it improves the experience.

Not your typical circus.... no animals... no in your face scare the kids kind of things. Just awesome gymnasts, athletes, Contortionists, and the like all set to a common theme and music with minimal to no actual speaking. Ive enjoyed their performances since Saltimbanco premiered in 1992-93!!!!! Keep it going !!!!!

Luzia was great, the show is creative but more dance than acrobatics I thought. Still it mesmerized and thats what its meant to do.Beware, they charge $20 for parking. Sinful, all that land and still they charge. Everything is expensive there.

This show was fantastic when I saw it a year ago in Chicago, and it is once again amazing after seeing it at the premiere in Boston. The show is enchanting and captures the audience with every act. You have a mix from exhilarating hoop diving hummingbirds to moonwalking freestyle football players. To a trapeze and Cyr wheel artist, and amazing puppeteers. Oh and dont forget the clown. Although Cirque Du Soleil is a circus without animals, you do not need any when you experience the world of Cirque underneath the yellow and white big top tent. The big top (also known as the Grand Chapiteau) invites you into the world of Luzia the moment you enter through its doors. The range of acts keeps you on your toes as the adrenaline races through your blood while you experience what is happening in front of your eyes on stage. The cast includes a juggler who not only juggles pretty darn fast but he can juggle seven clubs at once, and yes you did read that right. I love the fact that Cirque Du Soleil still gives animals a place in this show - but do not worry it is not a real animal, they have amazing puppeteers who take form as a horse and a lion. This show takes a circus show to new heights with a 360-degree swing, aerial straps, Russian swings and a skydiving clown. The music is different than other shows I have seen, it has a good tempo that keeps it light and upbeat which is fitting for the show as you go on a journey through a Waking Dream of Mexico. The best surprise of this show is the water component they add into it, but I wont spoil it for you. Oh and I hope that youre okay with flexibility since their cast includes the most flexible man in the world as people are left in amusement and wonder if he has any bones. If you have a chance to catch the show under the big top - it is a great way to spend the evening with friends, family, or a date night. There are also VIP options and VIP Rouge which come with a price tag to pay - but if you have the money I suggest it.VIP has a private terrace and bathroom, they have great appetizers served, views of the big top tent and you can enjoy champagne or a Moscow mule inside or outside. There is also a private gift shop and a photo opportunity with some fun LUZIA signs. The VIP Rouge option is one step above a VIP which gives the privileges of the terrace and free parking with a tour of the backstage artist tents and having the chance to meet some of the artists. Although it is the most expensive ticket option for the show - if you love Cirque and want a one of a kind experience this is your chance. Both VIP & VIP Rogue guests get a free little goodie bag from Cirque with some LUZIA goodies before they enter the big top for act II.

Luziawhat a Pathetic show, overpriced seats and most everything at the event. Real gouginging. They block out 50% of the seats to get you to pay more to move to more expensive seats.More than 55% of the seats were empty in front of us. Dont believe their own people that pretend to help you select seats.$12.00 Popcorn and $12.00 Beer.Air Conditioning was the only good thing at this event.
