Very difficult to get a spot. Wait-list is extremely long but well worth it. Great management & neighbors. Very large lots & less than 2 minutes from the beautiful little city of bonney Lake.

Weve been living here for a few months and love it. Everyone is super friendly, its quiet and clean. Cant ask for much more.

Its a very clean and quiet place

My parents live here. It’s a quiet area with plenty of nice people. There are washers and dryers there. I wish there was more lighting on the street because it ends up really really day at night and finding a place is hard. Otherwise it’s wonderful.

Pretty tight (smsll and close) spaces. Dramatically raise the rates in summer (owner GREED), hsve heard from sevetal people thst they will kick you out of the park if you dont agree to pay higher price.

This park is amazing! Because of the great job of the park manager and the owner, this is a wonderful place to live! The manager has always been helpful when I had a question and goes out of her way to make the park feel like home. Even with a transient population she manages to maintain the park rules to make this a place people want to be. I am SO grateful to have found this place!!

Very nice extended stay RV park. Management is great to work with, and very obviously cares about keeping the park clean, safe and modern. Nice laundry facility and area to walk pets. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a premier place to call home, whether temporarily or for the long run.

We looked all over before we were able to find this park. Its beautiful and well kept. The management is very helpful and pleasant..

Its a miracle that places like Woodside Manor stay in business with such hideous customer service. Its an even bigger miracle that they havent gone bankrupt from someone suing the life out of them for discriminatory selection process of their applicants. They acted like they had room and then when we sent them info, they all the sudden dont have any openings until the end of time. I would be more than happy to revise my review if the management ever got a brain. P.S. I have a brand new truck, brand new trailer, and a very well paying job so your loss on getting a tenant that would actually pay on time and make your park nice.

Woodside Manor is in a great location just off of hwy 410 with easy access to all amenities; one could walk to church, safeway and other stores which makes the location extremely convenient and easy to access. The lay of the land is flat and open and is situated near new constructed homes making the site look and feel clean and attractive. The park will fill up fast due to many elements, including ample size lots, friendly neighbors, safety and as mentioned superior location!

Beautiful park. Rudest and shadiest management I have ever dealt with. They do not answer the phone or return voice-mail. Took me a month to get anyone on the phone. Would not even tell me if they had any available spots without a background check. I understand and appreciate the need for a background check, requiring sensitive information and hitting against my credit without even being willing to tell me if they could provide me what they were offering is highly suspect and suggests a scam. I would be very cautious when considering if you want to stay here and have your personal information and life exposed to this business.

We have been rving for 30 Years and have never been required to fill out forms for a background check. If we can afford a 2015 Montana and a 2015 Chevy one ton I am sure we can afford to prepay for a months rent plus a deposits for electricity. I inquired about staying a month and got shut down. Amazing.

Quiet residential style park. Well managed and exceptionally clean. Located close to everything you need.

This place is full of gossip and politics. They have rules but only inforce them to sertain ppl. This is not fair and not a place to call home

Never answer phones, takes a week to get an email response. If they are full all the time what is keeping them so busy? Theyre rude when who finally get to speak to someone, sorry that my potential business is an inconvenience to you.

My sister stays here this is a (A) rated park if I ever become a full time RV living person I would stay here.

We are in search of temporary housing options between the closing of the sale of our current home, and the closing date of the home we are purchasing. My husband had the misfortune of calling this place at my request to inquire about the possibility of us taking our trailer and living here with our small family during that time, and was met with very rude customer service. WOULD NOT consider this place even if they had vacancy at this point.
