This is one of my favorite stores. It has a broader variety of wood crafting items than the other craft stores. Hundreds of dies for scrapbooking. Beautiful paper. And great fabric! I travel 40 miles to shop there, especially when it coincides with work.

I went in looking for supplies to do a sneaker restoration and the staff were amazing! Its nearby and conventional so I decided to longboard there, they were kind enough to hold my board and my brothers up front! The kind lady up front directed me to a specialist diana which helped me find everything I need and was very thorough! Though I might add there was a part of the shopping experience which I hated, there was this older man (which i assume was their secret shopper for theft protection) who would not leave me alone! He would constantly follow me and give ugly looks which made me feel really uncomfortable and even discriminated. Besides that though it was awesome they have a broad selection for all your needs. However if i have another experience with that horrid guy I am going to cause a scene because thats just ridiculous, cant even shop comfortably with being made feel a criminal for doing nothing wrong!!

Great selection of products. The artificial foliage, which is what I was looking for, changes according to season but still has basics. Every employee is awesome, they all seem to enjoy their job and are so pleasant and helpful!

Over the years store has changed, if you do crafts they provide, then for you. Past you could buy crafts/decorations their talented people made if you werent crafty.. Not now, they must want only craft sales. Used to be my favorite store. They had great decorations for all holidays, tons of ribbons, now its like every big box store. Very sad.

In and out quick visit for my Halloween Cow costume. Needed brown felt for my ear tag. Black felt for the back of my ears. Pink for the inside of the ears.MOO ny thanks.Also I bought the old retro chewing gum. Beemans, Blackjack they were so disappointing. The Clove was better, but none were the same wonderful flavored recipe from my childhood :(

I had a number of pictures framed. They turned out lovely. The young lady who helped me choose the frames was fantastic. It was pricy, but worth it. They got everything done quickly and called when ready.

I love this Ben Franklin. The staff is so friendly, and they have the best layout. Its easy to find inspiration from all the example projects they have around! My favorite place to buy all my crafting supplies.

I love Ben Franklin. I love the environment, especially around fall/winter, however I cant stand rude customer service. If it wasnt for the craft part and the environment I would give this store zero stars. The employees are super rude and their items are WAY over priced. Youre better off ordering off Amazon or going to walmart.

My pocketbook HATES me now, but the rest of me loves this location so much!! I can never manage to make it through the entire place before theyre set to close for the evening, despite my having a good hour, to an hour and a half of browsing time at my disposal. Theres just so many crafts to visualize starting next as youre walking through each aisle! But what actually compelled me to write this review for them, was their VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! I hadnt even realized it was already closing time, and was still perusing their things - and yet not a single one came up to hurry me along or remind me of their hours. I doubt they wouldve let me stay there indefinitely of anything, but their patience and willingness to let me eyeball a few more things on the racks before realizing I was holding them up was SUCH a refreshing change from the frenzied and nagging reminders every 2 minutes, that Ive seen more and more often lately at stores with employees who think the final 30 minutes of being open includes no other job duties except to repeatedly walk past and remind their shoppers of the time.It may not seem like a huge deal to others, but to me, especially on the day I shopped there, this meant a lot.

Always have what I need . A little pricey however I feel good shopping local.

I always find new crafting goodies everytime I go. They always have dome good sales, but certain products can be spendy, which is understandable since its a small business. I usually just go for the sale or markdown stuff. Love it here!

Had forgotten all about Bens! Ive had 15-20 lbs of wax thats been on toDo list for turning into candles since horses were our only mode of transportation. I can make the molds all I needed was the wick and I knew they had it. I broke down and forced my self to spend $2-3 for Candle wick so I wouldnt (couldnt) procrastinate any longer. I couldnt believe how I had forgotten all the neat stuff they have in there. Im not a crafts type of guy, youd never catch me at the fair, let alone see me gabbing with other crafters. I could easily spend way too much time in there looking at everything just catching up on what I had missed. Its almost a museum in a since bringing back childhood memories. Now I cant go in because, I dont waste any time extra, look at everything I have no plans on buying, Not sentimental type of guy either. I am going back however, and I know I Will spend some money too. Im going back to waste a lot of time looking at everything, And Im going to buy something(s) too. It wont even be because I need it, or even because I want it, no, Im going back to spend money on something(s) just because its neat.

It was nice going to Ben Frank again in Bonnet lake. Wish there was still one in Graham

Always a clean, well-lit place with a good selection of crafting supplies and yarn. They also had what we were specifically looking for (hot glue sticks) and in varying sizes and packages.

Had item missing from tie dye kit I purchased, they replaced kit. Very pleased.

Favorite store ever!!!! So many ideas, so many things to create! Lots of special and beautiful things to buy, create, make, display, and give!

This store has a large variety for arts and crafts. The staff is cheerfully helpful and has great background knowledge for many crafts. A great discovery I plan to return.

I love going into this place! Everyone there is so helpful, and friendly. I have never once in the five years I have been in this area, had a bad experience, or met a rude employee. That says a lot to me. Im in the customer service industry also, and I know everybody can have a bad day. But those girls never seem to have a bad day. I have come up with some amazing creative ideas, just browsing through the aisles of your incredible store.

Craft persons paradise! They have good sales, helpful people, and craft shows where you can learn to do things.I didnt like that you couldnt look at what the store carries online, only what craft events they had coming up.If you have an artistic side this is the place to visit for supplies.

So many great project ideas and wonderful things to create and craft. Very helpfully staff.I even found cute baby clothes, i found out while in the store that my brother is going to be an dad. So i went back and grabbed an outfit of the panda because both him and his wife love pandas. Great buy.

I just love this place ! They have just about everything you can image . All kinds of crafts and picture frames and fabric and games etc...

A cashier tried to convince me that it is normal for paint brushes to lose bristles and be sticking out in odd angles when I returned the set. Eventually I did get my money back. Im very disappointed that the cashier was given me a load of BS. I have bought plenty of paint brushes without losing bristles or having the bristles sticking out in odd angles.

If you like crafting this is a great place to get your supplies. Not a huge store but packed with lots of crafting things.

I love this place. They have so many great ideas samples of creativity. When I asked for help I was assisted to the exact spot with what might have been useful to my project. I appreciate the workers making me feel like I am important and they do everything they can to be of help.

The small-town craft shop that has at least one of everything you need, even if its stuffed in the corner somewhere. I grew up on Ben Franklins Crafts and I appreciate knowing that you can still find this small-large craft chain.

Very helpful staff and a good selection of unique products. We went here to get craft supplies for my daughter to do Christmas cards. They had everything we needed and a great price for card stock paper. They even had a die cutter so we could cut out shapes there.

Your over priced on a lot of things

I actually used to work there, in Boney Lake, I was trying to figure out an old address of mine... LOL

Was such a nice store. Pretty overpriced but for convenience they ARE then only real art store on the Hill so thats kinda what youre paying for, I guess. I was distraught to find their best department was completely depleted from having its own little section of the store down to a mere 2 or so shelf sections. That large bead selection was all I had gone in for!! I hope they manage to stay in business a long time more but the cashier, who was both old in age and yet seemed new to the job, seemed as tired and unenthusiastic as someone without that certain outlook... Good Luck.

I love, love, love their seasonal selections. Whoever their buyer is they have a great eye. I had been to Joanns, Michaels and Hobby Lobby looking for flowers for my wedding bouquet. I found some I liked, but at Ben Franklin I found ones I loved!

Went in today looking for a few items. Wanted to buy maybe some marbles or colored sand or similar items to use as a base in planters for air plants. I walked the perimeter of the store and didnt see anything. Finally tracked down an employee who showed me which aisle. There was sand in white, tan, and brown. Not what I was hoping for. There were no marbles at all. Wound up buying a small bag of rocks and some clear bead-like things. I thought they would have a better selection. The store had way too many items that were placed in the main area of the store. It was hard to focus on any one thing. Overwhelmed is how I felt in there. Next time Ill stick to JoAnn or Michaels.

Staff was overly eager to help! Several came up one after the other. Felt bombarded. Prices are very high, no coupons offered. Reason being they are a small privately owned business!

Prices can be a little high and they dont quite have the selection of the larger stores in the region, but its local and convenient and for that, 4 out of 5. Always helpful, friendly service.

Ben Franklins is always a fun visit to bonney lake. They had what we needed for the baby shower.

Ben Franklin always seems to have whatever we need for crafting and school projects. They have a lovely section for quilting and also, they have Ellison letters makers to use for my teaching (bulletin board) needs. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there. It is a little bit pricey, but it is a small chain and is to be expected considering the wide selection they have.

This fantastic store has it ALL! Wonderful craft supplies, great toys, unusual gifts and souvenirs. Love it!!!

I have sourced a number of my art and creative supplies here and they do an excellent job of decorating. Yes, prices are steep, but they also offer some great sales and clearance. The owner really works to stay ahead of the curve and the staff are so very helpful and encouraging!

The lady that helped me with the fabric that I purchased for my sons vest was very knowledgeable and helpful.I love that place in them happy it still exist.Long live crafts and building things..

I feel like Ive become part of the family here. I get very invested in the staff and the close feel of everyone there. While the prices are a bit higher, youre paying for the experience of the staff, the quality product and the amazing service. I do wish they would expand the jewelry department more again...but I still love the variety of the rest of the store.
