This park has so much to offer. Ball fields, walk around the lake and access to the north big Lake by the library.

Fields are always in excellent condition, facility is fairly new, softball fields are also in excellent condition. The leagues that play here are very well organized, it’s really a great place to play and officiate. Facilities are available both at the soccer fields and at the softball fields and the perimeter pathway around the entire complex is great for biking walking and running, especially the portion that goes around the pond on the southwest part of the park! Truly great park! Don’t get it confused with the beach park of a similar name!

Great safe place. Lots of well maintained fields for Soccer/Baseball/Softball and has one of the larger children playgrounds in the area for my 3yr old. The bike and walking trails connected to the library across the street going under Spanish River Road and leading out of the park make for a nice stroll.

Fully open but normally closes by sundown unless sports fields are in use. Large lake with bike and jogging parh. Continues on north side of Spanish River blvd where there is also a nature trail.

Fitness area has three pull up bars. Overall good time. The iguanas only side eye you hard if you walk too slow. Watch for snakes are on the library side by the natural area/lake.

Went for a walk here thanks to the app all trails. Definitely a nice walk. Nice atmosphere. Lots of birds. Towards the end of my walk I came across a workout station. Pretty neat. Trail its around water so great scenery.

Boca Raton has a fantastic system of parks and recreation. The Spanish River Athletic Park is a park of fields. Soccer and baseball fields as far as the eye can see. Bring your gear and enjoy playing the field. You can stroll along tree canopied sidewalks, rest on conveniently placed benches, and enjoy your filed of dreams.

Great Park for the whole family. Lots of Soccer fields. Connected to the library by walking pathways under Spanish River. You can take short walks or long ones. You can even rollerblade or take a bike ride. It is one of my favorites park for a nice long walk.

Spanish River Athletic Park Im very active so I love to go jogging in different areas I love pushing myself to me it takes a lot of control to get out there and jog in all elements I cant say more about this park there is a library on the other side of the park and work out equipment there and its right down from Lynn university in boca if youre active check this place out oh yeah Happy Holidays guys! Beautiful facility for field sports and walking along paved trails. Parts of the trail border a nice lake. Connects to Pondhawk Natural Area next to Spanish River Library and T Rex trail so you can easily plan a 5 or 6 mile walk if you want.

A good place for sporting, soccer, biking around and watching the lake at sunset.

Very good park which should be expanded soon with city owned land adjacent to SE portion of the property. Lake has good trail for walking, jogging or biking. Baseball, softball & soccer fields are filled with youth rec league activity.

It was a nice day so i parked my car and took a nice nap. Very peaceful and safe.

Good place to skate. Nice gravel, easy on the wheels. I skate on 90s so no major sharp turns or heavy debris. Tuesdays theres a skate meet up around 6pm. Some skaters come on tri skates. You can skate on a path around the baseball field and soccer field or choose the nature path.

Its a really good place I just really wish there was a basketball court....

We traveled here for a rugby tournament. Its a beautiful facility.

It definitely brings back some memories. My son is 29 years old and he skated in this park back in the day.I remember looking back and him swinging on those big vines hanging from the trees that are no longer there due to the hurricanes. It’s certainly does bring back memories.Memories that will always bring a smile back to your face.

This park is great, always a pleasure to go there. I love the small fitness station theyve added to the trail. They have many activities going on there. I have no complaints, love it!

We come here for soccer practice and games. Lots of well maintained fields and they also have lights for night time play. There is a good little playground there too which is great for children. Public restroom available as well.

Leads into a beautiful nature walk that was lovely. The fields were very spacious and would be great to play Frisbee or something when there are no games. Has a track thats fairly large for roller blading, long boarding, and so on. Would recommend and continue going myself.

Great Park with several beach access tunnels. Clean and plenty of nice picnic pavilions and nice bathroom facilities. Close to Gumbo Limbo nature center also. Makes a great outing for the day.

Its bigger than expected. I thought it would be a quick walk but, I was wrong. Thats a good thing too, seeing it give more to see. The people are friendly, and so relaxed. Its a great place for exercise or, just some personal time. I will be returning because I want to see what all there is to see.

My husband and I really enjoy this park. Hubby plays soccer here regularly. From the first time I visited this park I was impressed with how well maintained the grounds and facilities were. The park looks brand new but it’s actually been around for a few years. They have a walking trail which is really nice (no dogs allowed FYI). **not to be confused with Spanish River Park by A1A. The names are super close and often people mix up the two. ** This is a great park to bring your kids and families as well as sports teams to practice and play here.

I love how it’s closed the playground so excited toddlers won’t run away. Clean, cute and fun!

Its a great place for soccer and baseball. There is a playground and wide sidewalks for riding bikes and running. They have a small lake and picnic tables as well.

I love the natural beauty of the park but being honest my car has been broken into twice there...I dont understand why its not safer to park & vending machine takes money without giving product, 7x tough when were dehydrated... .If Not for these.... Park is an amazing beauty. Safer prking & working vending machines will give it a five star. Thank you !

Beautifully maintained fields... Plenty of parking as well.

Every time we go there they kick us off of the field because we have to rent them, despite them being public fields for anyone to use. And although they have free space on the sides of the fields where no one else is playing they still will not let us play where there is space on the sides. If another team rented the field out in the evening and you decide to play in the morning they will kick you out because they want it in pristine condition for people who cough up the cash. This place is sick and I will never come here ever again. #YNWA #GoReds

Fields and the rest of the grounds are well kept. Park rangers seem to patrol well.

I love it over here it is really beautiful and the kids playground is fenced-in which is perfect its also right next to the bathroom which is essential. Its never crowded at this park love it over here so much.
