Whew, I felt skeptical regarding the safety of the theater, related to Cov 19, however, from the front door to the sitting area, to the bar, I felt safe, distances were kept. Everyone had their masks on dancing.I highly recommend this place.

They have had some fun tribute bands. This is a great experience to share with friends. Be warned some people are dull and dont seem to grasp a tribute show. So get friends get dressed in the theme and get the side bar tables so you can dance and have an awesome time

I looked at reviews for Boca Black Box prior to going there. The reviews were very mixed, lots of 5s and lots of 1s and 2sMy wife and I decided to check it out for ourselves. We are very happy we did!The venue itself is great. It is theater style, with about 15 rows each with about 15 seats. Their are tables to the sides of the venue. The stage is raised and the back half of the rows are tiered. Every seat has a great view. Not a bad seat in the house.The help was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything about this place is great.We saw Motown Magic, who were excellent. The variety of shows is very good.Overall, I would say that our experience was wonderful. We will check who is playing there and buy tickets whenever we comeback to our condo in Florida.

Was a great comedy show seeing Bob Marley. We had an amazing time. The drinks however are outlandishly priced! Over $60 for 4 drinks. Pretty insane, like Disney prices! Also the tall tables for VIP would have been much better if regular height. There should be an option for both. Those of us with back and knee problems would be much happier that way. Good show though and good service from servers.

Saw Danny Seraphine of Chicago fame on 2/16/20. The show was fantastic. Had the best seats in the house and the service was excellent. This is a great venue to see a show, easy location to get to and from.Management was very accommodating and friendly. I definitely will return and highly recommend this venue.

I can appreciate the effort from this place to get acts in Boca but just based on the venue itself it doesnt measure up. Being located in a strip mall behind Burger King doesnt help but getting past that theres not much that would attract customers or headliners here. Basically its a medium size auditorium with a box stage set up in front. You sit in school type chairs which are not the most comfortable. Theres no food service at all but they have a bar and drink service. There are no side tables or anywhere to palace your drinks while watching the show. Its just not an inviting place to enjoy the entertainment.

I absolutely love this place. I have only gone for comedy, I know they have music so I do not know how it is for that. But the Comedy is always amazing, laughing is great for the soul and I am so fortunate to have a place to go that has fantastic talent. Thank you Boca Black Box

Show was great! Seating was not. I had great seats but the way the seats are placed I could not see the comedians over the guy that sat in front of me. Bar had limited liquor available.

Great small venue for a large variety of musical and other performances. My guess is that the seating capacity is around 200, which makes for an intimate experience. Prices are very fair, as well.

Loved seeing Tanyalee Davis and Eric Grady last night. The inside had been remodeled since my last visit, very nice. Staff was very nice and helpful!!! Will definitely try and see more shows there!!!

Saw great Led Zeppelin tribute band there, good service and prices and small intimate crowd, enjoy a good experience there!

Have loved this place ever since I discovered it 4 years ago after moving from Long Island. The ONLY venue down here to compete with the iconic up close and personal clubs the stars go to up north!

Went to see Micro Wrestling and had a blast! Staff was friendly and funny as well. Definitely want to go back.

We saw Matisyahu on Saturday 1/20/18. We traveled from Chicago for a short weekend and were happy with this venue. The sound quality was surprisingly well balanced. I had speculations with the venue being in a strip mall. The venue is small and personal, making it a unique experience. Deinks are offered at moderate prices and were cold and fresh as youd expect. Drinks are ordered using a text-to-order number. I took off one star for this service being a bit spotty. The waitresses were taking drinks to the wrong seats and confused on who was ordering. Perhaps they needed small lights on their trays to view receipts and a more seamless process for tabs.

Good acts... VERY reasonable ticket prices... Intimate venue... A WINNER

We went to see Whos Bad? Michael Jackson cover band. The show was amazing, but the crowd was not. Also, we had to return our drinks because the only vodka they serve tastes like chemicals. Stick with the box wine.

Great place, a lot of fun. Just really bad bad spoiled wine. I should have asked for a replacements for my wife and I. Unfortunately, while living in Boca Im a little gun-shy cuz I dont want to fall into the category of whiners. Next time I will ask.

I saw Pig Floyd here. The group was amazing.Staff is good. I am disabled and they were accommodating. Great place for concerts. I enjoy this place . They have comedians here too. Its a nice intimate place.

Had a good time with the wife, who was kind enough to take me here for a comedy show. Main act was great, the opening act was okay. The MC was weird and looked like he smelled and needed rehab - but hey, thats his prerogative . The seats could have been a little more comfortable - and while I appreciate them adding [those wonderful wheelchair or rollator not-quite-fitting] options it was a bit cramped.

Love the intimacy of the place. The actors are really good and you can really relate

What an unprofessional service from the audio people and the worst thing is that the owner didnt say anything about it. I cant believe that places like this are still in business. Shame on you!!! This post was 9 months ago. i was supposed to preform there on October 2nd, 2020, not too many people bought tickets so we had to cancel the show. The owner was very rude and used bad language. Also added that if we will cancel the show, we will never work there again. Worse management EVER. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

This gem was right under the nose and I’m so happy that I came across it. Located just west of the Turnpike in West Boca, this place is just just great to see just about any venue that you wish to enjoy. Not a bad seat in the house. Need a drink, you don’t even have to get out of your seat or miss a beat. Just text them and in no time your drink arrives. Eat before you visit because they don’t serve food. Then again, why should they.... you are there for a good time not to eat. Looking forward to another visit. Micro Wrestling was amazing and entertaining at a fair price.

This place is a gift to the neighborhood. Its wonderful to be able to see good comedy and some musical artists here in West Boca. Im always thrilled they can bring Nestor Torres in. Ive enjoyed many shows here, and their active Facebook page lets me know about the new acts. Keep an eye out for the midweek shows because you can often get in by prepaying for two drinks and that gives you a ticket.

Great venue for enjoyable entertainment. Really liked Party Express disco music last night and Tina Turner tribute a week prior.

Have been several times in the past two years and enjoyed it each time.Love the intimate feel of the venue!Most recently we saw Vic DiBetetto and he (and his opening act) were INCREDIBLE!!!! Will definitely return to see him anytime he is in town!!!!

Crowd is always awesome and the acts are superb. If you get a chance to check out The Chris Thomas Band if you’re lucky enough do so. They are from Jacksonville, Fl and only down this way a few times of year! Chris Thomas always puts on a spectacular show!!The show will absolutely blow your socks off!

My first time to this venue. A really excellent place to see a show.

Stage is fine, sound is good. Beer and wine only. Chairs have drink holders that dig into your thighs, unless you are a small person. Comedy crowd was geriatric, ticket process could use some work.

I have been two times now. A comedy show which was amazing!!! And the odd couple last night. Both shows were outstanding!!! But the venue needs help!! The need a curtain !!! And the seats are beyond UNCOMFORTABLE

Well this place is amazing! All the comedians were great definitely Bang for your buck but the reason I give a 3 star cause the waitress. I was gonna give a tip at the end of all my drink ordering. So i order my first beer from there very handy text to order beer service. We got the beer pretty quick. We paid with there gift card you gotta buy from them when you get there. My GF signed for it and the waitress left. But then she returned to ask and say was there a problem with the service? Im looking at her like are you kidding me? I tipped at the bar. I was gonna leave a nice tip at the end of my drinking and laughing. ( which we still left a nice tip) was just very surprised of someone asking me that. From all my travels and places Ive been, Ive never been asked that. With all that said guys still go check out the place. Great environment and drinks. Also really funny comedians!

Chaotic to get inside when another show is letting out. Fairly flat floor makes seeing tough. Big post might block view from seats in back right (side away from bar).

It is a shame that people bad mouth this venue. I am glad I did not fall prey to negative reviews and decided to go. Granted they have horrible vodka there, but their beer and wine list is very very good! We saw the Carpenters Cover band. They were amazing. The service was great and the people warm friendly and accommodating. Since they do not have a kitchen, they only have snacks, but they are pretty decent. Great experience there! Please get better vodka and I’d give you an additional star!

BEST experience I ever had at a show you have to catch a show. Gary Goodman was awesome with his magic and AMAZING sense of humor. We went to the Open Mic night so there was variety of talent. Bait Em Maul was an awesome comedian he had me laughing hysterically hes very talented from Stuart,FL, there was also a little 7 year old girl who did great dancing moves, shell DEFINITELY be in movies some day. Everyone did a great job and it wss a great crowd who are very attentive Ill definitely come to another show at the Boca Black Box.

OMG! One of the absolutely best Tribute shows in my life!Keneshed Cornelius as Tina Turner was magnificent, singing for 2 hours and 15 minutes, all the songs we love and remember.She came off stage into the audience and interacted.She brought several ladies onstage and included them in Proud Mary.She sounded exactly as Tina Turner and performed all Tinas famous moves perfectly.The musicians were great...perfectly in sync with each other and Ms. CorneliusThank you Black Box of Boca Raton on Glades Road. Bring this act back and I will go again!

Been there for quite a few shows rock shows in comedy shows and theyve all been very good . I like the in-and-out, live right off the turnpike in West Palm, off the turnpike glades road bam youre there, All are very nice at the show that works there thank you, Ill be back

Loved the venue. You can text the drink you want with your seat number and theyll bring it to you. The Venezuelan flautist Huascar Barradas had an excellent performance tonight. Everyone in the audience loved him and were were dancing in the aisles. Hell be back December 16th for another performance you wont want to miss.

Well, seeing that you have asked. We enjoyed the BBB. I didnt enjoy the constant Jewish Jokes. I never enjoy one joke after another about any single target. I get it, the audience in mostly Jewish. When the first Comedian ventured away from the Jewish joke, he was very funny. The second comic basically had a one hour conversation with two guys in the audience between her/his coughing fits and nose blowing. I had a great dinner with my wife and my friends. Nothing personal Larry.

Randi is accommodating and funny. Seats are comfortable. Great talented acts perform. Saw Sarge more then once with family and friends and going back again.
