Didn’t charge after one use. High priced, fun product, but did not recharge at all after one use. This was a gift to me and so because I enjoyed the idea of the product, I contacted customer service to replace it. If your product does not work, replace it right? Wrong, they wanted me to embarrassingly contact the person who bought it for me and get a receipt. It doesn’t matter that I had the defective product in my hand, the box, the bar code that tells when it was built and distributed. They absolutely refused to contact their distributor Hustler to replace my toy. Shame on you Hustler for carrying a defective product and shame on them for not being liable for their own merchandise without a proof of purchase receipt of a gifted item. Don’t buy these products as you can see from the above reviews they didn’t even send replacement parts. Poor business that will lead to failure.

Amazing toy but unfortunately the ring broke. I submitted a warranty request and was told new part would be shipped next day but it never came. Initial request was responded too quickly but follow-ups and calls were not answered.I took another shot and emailed again and copied two other email addressed on the website. I recieved a reply the next day explaining my contact have left the company. Warranty request was fulfulled. We are now back in action!

Kirks customer service is top-notch. I bought a defective product, called customer service in Boca Raton to see if I could reset it or troubleshoot in some way, as it was a brand new item. Turns out you could not, there was a problem with the remote sensor or something like that.someone answered the phone on the first ring, it was Kirk, he walked me through the troubleshooting process and apologize for the inconvenience. Then without even requiring the receipt, I asw sent a new and perfectly functional toy, and they gave me a bonus toy As well! Had great luck with both of these. durable everything I was hoping for. Would also recommend the nu line of products
