The Pizza is still fantastic but that cookie pizza is horrible an it looks RAW which My Family Didnt Like at All! An We sent it back to Brown it some More But it came back looking the same RAW! UCK! Keep That!

Overall a decent birthday party...the skee ball was a favorite game of mine but they only had one lane open! Now that’sa sad!

Its OK. The kids love it. The Chuck-E-cheese mechanized stage characters are pretty creepy. TV videos are pretty clever. Food is decent. Cheesy bread is really good.

They are way over priced food, salad Was 5 bucks for 3 tomatoese and bunch lettuce ranch dressing was so watered down it was disgusting and cheese pizza and pepperoni 3 small drinks was. 38 bucks. Never again

This was a great way to spend some time indoors! I took my 16 month old in the middle of the day and he had a blast. Plenty of games for him to enjoy with no crowds. Everything was super clean and staff was very friendly.

It started when I got a coupon for a free large pizza. I was not aware of the new system for playing games and didnt think I was going to like paying for playing time, but I really did!!! Keep in mind that two people (or more) can share the same card. That definitely made it worthwhile. Will probably go back sooner than I would have because of it. Thanks CEC!!

Great experience for my 5 year old nieces birthday! Beth was our party hostess and she was wonderful! If you plan a party their I would strongly recommend asking for Beth as your childs party hostess.

Always fun the new card system rushes kids to enjoy the whole experience. It doesnt allow them to rest or sit down for a lil as they are now limited on time. The smaller kids dont understand the difference and end up not fully enjoying their time

Went for my little cousins birthday, it was pretty cool. She had a blast and the pizza was good besides it being a bit thin. One thing I didnt like though was that the purple animatronic dinosaur dude (I dont know his name) stared straight into my soul for like an hour. Slightly disturbing, but Im just glad she had fun.

Very Fun place for all ages. The only downside is there are always adults hogging the games. When this is a place mostly for younger children. Aswell as adults not paying attention to their kids. Too many toddlers running around unsupervised, stealing tickets and screaming.

I like this place. The food has improved quite a bit. The games are not too bad. They change them up here and there. The biggest improvement is the fact that tokens were eliminated and they replaced them with the play cards.the only downfall was the price increase.

We took our 2 year old niece 3 30 yr olds 2 grandparents n a 16 year old... And all of us had an absolutely wonderful time!! It was a great family night. Had a wonderful experience!

Super busy place!! Parking lot was ridiculous. Went there for a kids birthday party. (my great niece turned 6)The place was not the cleanest (floors and drink station) and the staff was not the most pleasant BUT the kids (and there were a million of them!) all seemed like they were having a blast and I guess thats important. I didnt play any games so I cannot rate that area.

Very overpriced ($36 for 2 large16in pizzas and 4 small cups) the whole place needs a professional cleaning as everything looked dirty. The restrooms were very dirty with urin on the floors. And every surface looking like it needs washing. Some of the staff looked happy but most looked like they didnt want to be there. Service was ok at best.

Nothing is what it used to be anymore but luckily these kids still now how to have fun

Great for kids. Id suggest doing an unlimited hour or two instead of tokens for the older kids. Otherwise its likely they will run out way before the hour is up and then its either more money or frustrated kids.

Had such a fun time with family and friends enjoyed a great birthdaythe children are all Happy grape variety of games great variety of food also the staff was very kind and patient as I can get pretty crazy in there with the long lines for check out everyone seems to have a smile on their face and also enjoy the children as well

Not at awesome as when I was a kid, but four stars for still having the creepy animatronics. My kids loved the games, I liked the pizza. Salad bar was absolutely weak for how much it cost.

This is a great place to have a birthday celebration. Even if youre not scheduling a party its a lot of fun. This Chuck-E-Cheese in Boardman Ohio was clean, family friendly and the food was okay. The pizza had a lot of cheese but not a lot of flavor.

Let’s be honest it’s a kids dream. But a parents nightmare it needs a serious deep clean. We had a party last year this year went somewhere else. The difference in quality and cleanliness aren’t comparable. I grew up loving Chuck E Cheese and love it’s still here to share with my kids. But for the love of all clean

I brought my two sons (ages 2 and 8) and we absolutely had a blast. I found the food to be a little pricey for the quality but it was a really fun time so I have no problem paying for the memories. Chuck E. Definitely could have been more entertaining though.

I frequently say, where is your mother? when Im there, but this is not the establishments fault. Staff is friendly, it is reasonably clean, games are in working order, pretty good prize selection; taught my son about patience and saving up with ticket vouchers and got some cool bigger prizes.

Pizza is much better compared to when I was young and growing up. Much better now that they have gone to paying for time. I think it’s a good value for entertaining 4-9 year olds

Great place to take your kid for some afternoon fun. Games are fun and easy to load money to play. Pizza is overpriced but worth the atmosphere ( for kids).

If this place isnt completely packed its a good place to take the family. I do however have concerns with the cleanliness of the games.

Weekend is busy as anyone could imagine. Weekdays are nice and slower, we like to take our toddler during those days to avoid the crowds. Pizza has gotten better after all these years

Always a fun time, we can literally stay an half a day. However the pizza could be better, there was very little sauce. A simple fix would be to ask for extra sauce or just request they be generous.

Surprisingly the pizza has improved. Pepperoni pizza with enough pepperoni. I felt that my grandchildren were safe

They had 5 parties at the same time, tables set up right next to each other. Overcrowded, and I cant believe theyre that hard up for money that they made it inconvenient for all parties. People were complaining.

Our son loves this place. A 12 stuffed dog is 3000 tickets. I figured out that it would cost us roughly $600 to get one, so theres that. All in all, its a good place for kids, but quite a ripoff that leaves parents broke.

Probably one of the better locations, kids had a blast and the place was clean, food was good.

Its a great atmosphere and place to bring the whole family. My daughter loves it here and the interaction the staff has with the kids is incredible. It truly is a wonderful place.

I liked the new games they have but I dont care for the card system. I miss the old coins! Some of the games still utilize the coins though. Cost was fair and I was able to get 100 points for 20 bucks which wasnt bad. We got about 1 hour play time for 3 kids. Bad part is the games dont give as much tickets as they used to on some games and their rewards for the tickets are astronomical.

It was definitely fun for the kiddos.

Never was there before...but I am 62 years old and went to a birthday party for a friend of mine....holy-moley were the kids and the adult-kids were just a going crazy getting tickets for what ever token prizes they could (receive).

For what it is, a place to entertain children, it is great. The kids love it, all the game playing and pizza really works for kids. For parents that can afford to have a birthday party there for their child, it is wonderful oh, everything is done for them! The only thing is it is quite expensive and kids can blow through their playtime really quickly.

Always a stop when grandkids here to visit. Fun and pizza, whats not to like!

Staff was very nice and patient despite the packed crowd and wild children. But thats to be expected at any Chuck-E-Cheese on the weekend. Best advice always go during a day during the weekday day to really enjoy and get the full experience.

A perfect weekday visit with littles. Its wonderful to be able to visit with multiple littles, you get a hand stamp to match so someone cant walk out with your child. The staff was super friendly! We ordered pizzas and the girl that brought our pizzas brought an extra because one was a little overcooked. The time cards are so convenient now you can just load a card with an hour of play time and walk up to any game to play.

The kids can really be a kid at this place and me too lol

Kids had fun but other parents need to pay more attention to their rowdy children. Had a few kids running up and taking my childs tickets and running up and stealing balls from several and basket ball games. Other than that was a blast for them

Went there for our grandsons birthday party. A lot has changed for the better. Decent food, including a salad bar, for adults. Great staff and very clean and modern. The kids had a great time.

Overpriced since they made the switch over to the time cards pizza is more expensive and you get no game play with the purchase of pizza. You have to purchase all game play separate the ticket payout is rigged I hit for 100+ tickets several times and the machine payed out once for 150 the other times I received 4, 8 and 10 tickets. The kids still had fun but they dont pay attention to the ticket payout count like I do.

Waited about 40 minutes for my pizza and watched people who ordered after me get their orders before me. I only got 1 pizza. And nobody asks the older kids not to run fast enough to hurt a toddler which is beyond comprehension.

WHY IS EVERYTHING STICKY???

Its nice you can buy the amount of time you want the kids to play then with each swipe it counts down.

Food was good, kids had fun. Only reason not giving 5 stars was the young lady at the ticket redemption rolled her eyes when I went to exchange one of the kids toys because it was broke when he got it.
