This is a clean and well-kept mobile home park. Lot rent is fair and affordable. My mother, mother-in-law and father-in-law live here. They never have problems with neighbors

Normal trailer park. Very quiet, residents are older in age. Trailers are well kept, even has a park in the middle for kids to play or shoot basketball.
