What a cool store. I get all my craft supplies here. There is a wide variety so you can easily create and complete any craft you want to design. There are all kinds of ideas and seasonal crafts that are always on hand. Theres toys and models that are designed for both kids and adults. Get your family loaded up and set some time aside and go check this place out. It will renew your creative spirit and put a smile on your face! Honest!

This Michaels is usually wonderful. I know with these covid times things are a little tough. Most areas where well stocked and maintained. They had a few sections that were running low or needed to be stocked. The staff is very friendly. Overall a good experience.

Very poor efficiency in ordering online. I had started with over $150.00 in my cart. By the end I didnt even place an order because everytime I went to check out an error would display saying I had out of stock items in my cart. I continued to remove each item until my cart total was $73 (taking approximately 45 min. Because it was only showing 1 item at a time and I would have to complete the whole checkout process EVERY TIME.) I continued to get the error and nothing in my cart showed as out of stock and it still wouldnt allow me to continue! Over $150.00 down to nothing at all because of VERY poor efficiency.

I ways find so many things I didnt know I needed! Great ideas for kids crafting as well as unique crafts for adults. I was very saddened by the limited selection of Halloween goods this year, however it is part for the course for 2020. Thankful to still have them available to me!

How happy am I to have this store nearby! Always clean, courteous and the smiles are abundant! I can actually find employees to help me @ this location. That speaks volumes during a pandemic when we are all just looking for kindness and some form of caring. This store hits the mark for being exceptionally clean, organized, kind and helpful. Thanks so much for providing excellent customer care! Oh, and for having items we need in stock. Bravo!

Would give more stars if it werent for the terrible customer service and curb side pick up. Waited over twenty minutes and called 3 times before someone finally brought my order out. I could have gone in the store and got my items faster than their curbside service. I understand you might have a wait, but not when there is nobody else waiting and they arent busy. The girl answering the phone sounded more upset about being there and me bothering her for my order than anything else. Will not be back to this location anytime soon. Will never use curbside pickup again.

I didnt realize it had so many craft items. Currently those shelves are a little bare due to the covet 19 and China reducing their products to the US. But I found everything I needed.

They have Halloween stuff and great for your crafting needs

They have bins up front that make you think you are getting somethjng for 1$ but they have the price tags on the inside where you cant see them making it confusing for people when purchasing.

Their selection is somewhat limited and prices a little high.

Michaels is my go-to crafting/hobby store. The prices are reasonable to begin with, but there are also always special offers and sales to help you save even more money. Its always so easy to find what I need, and if I cant find it the staff is always friendly and willing to lend a hand. Ill keep coming back!

A decent sized store, plenty of parking with no issue walking to and from. The associates were kind and often asked us if we needed any help. However, they dont have enough clerks working registers, the shopping carts are too small, and they have nowhere to place a Cart If you walk it to your car.

The staff was friendly but the stock was severely lacking. I drove 1.5 hours for three things I could easily buy in my former Michaels in Des Moines and they had none of it. I even called ahead about one item and they said they had it.

I love Michaels and they staff is super nice! I always buy my yarn here for my crocheting projects I bought Caron Kindness, Purple for the first time. I have gotten 4 skeins and have been noticing the yarn is broken and they company has been tying it back together. I dont like that because I like to tie off my yarn the way I like to and hide it a certain way. I also would expect the yarn to not be broken ether. Very disappointed in the quality of this yarn.

They actually have a selection of Copics and microns compared to hobby lobby

Always enjoy going to Michaels. The staff here is pleasant and helpful. I do wish some prices were lower at times but they do have awesome sales and coupons. My only real beef is coupons cant be used on books. :(

Google reported that they had a specific Wilton Shot glass mold on Isle 3 for $7.99. Drove 30 minutes based on this report...I now have the exact mold I wanted (plus a backup) to turn Jolly Ranchers into Eddable Shot Glasses! (14 ranchers per glass @ 375 for about 15 min)

I love Michaels. They have all the yarn and needles I need for my projects. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is the slow check out system. Their customer service is superior.

The manager was there, and he was on the floor actually working with his team and interacting with customers. Obviously, they were teaching their employees the importance of greeting customers and making them feel important. I really appreciate their focus on greeting customers, because in the past no one would speak to me until I was checking out, so the change is very positive and very good. Love the Crayola selection

I love this place, they tons of things however, i wish they had more inventory for making soap, lip balms, candles, & more. The checkout staff is always friendly but there is never anyone on the floor to ask questions and usually just one person in checkout. I dont get greeted until Im checking out either.

This Michaels is hands down the best in the KC metro are as far as the amount of supplies/items they have. But also one of the top for friendly and helpful employees as well.

Love this place! Has everything you could possibly need for Arts or crafts, home decor, diy projects and scrapbooking! Custom framing, photo mats, fine art supplies. Always fast, friendly, and you can always find a coupon! Be careful though, its addicting!!

Nice place but its just like hobby lobby and joanne. They overcharge for everything and pretend to have sales but there sale price costs more than Wal-Marts everyday price so unless you live next door and have to have it right now save yourself a bunch of money and wait two days for amazon

This store had a bigger and better collection of articles than the Hobby Lobby. I tried to get a particular frame for a game that I bought oversea. After trying couple Hobby Lobbies and Wal-Mart, I was finally able to get the right size here. Happy shopper
