Its a quiet little trailer park more old folks than any

This Park is very quiet and secluded and the park manager is very nice

This has been the worst place Ive ever lived in my 15 years of renting. Owners will leave you high and dry. They fire good management and stick you with someone who will end up cutting corners and doing unlawful things.

Slum lords from California! Do not trust these owners. Nobody to fix broken down trailers they rent out either. Save yourself from making the mistake I did. They will take advantage of you.

How can you rate a place properly when there isnt a minus sign since new owners live in California and havy nothing to do with the place, it has become worse then pigeonhill. I have lived here for several years and am watching it go down hill fast from the place I moved into, now Im almost terrified to step out my front door with all the large dogs running lose and children in the road or bouncing balls off other peoples trailers not a place I would recommend if you have any health issues actually I couldnt recommend country club terrace trailer park if you value anything.

Went to visit a friend they dont even have a full two parking spots and the said if I parked out front I would be fined

They keep raising the lot rent but not doing anything to update the area or trim trees or control the drugs and loud music at all hours of the day and night. Not to mention water bills was only $20-30 now theyre $65-85!

I grew up here 30 plus years ago. Still looks the same.

Just another run down trailer park.

Its a close family. Type neighborhood and all of the residents are very helpful if you needed a little help.
