My friends and I were here for the RBRM concert and our seats were great but very close to each other. The sound was perfect, the line processing was a little daunting because they kept my phone by accident. When I retrieved my phone I visited the concession stand and was blown away by the prices and lack of condiments to go with my nachos. However, the overall experience was good.

This is a nice venue that unfortunately doesnt get enough use. Not a bad seat in the house and has hosted everything from concerts to sporting events. It really is a nice venue that will hopefully serve our community for many years to come. You also almost forget that their is a full ice rink hidden on the back side. Its location could be better but more reason to develop the down town.

Very nice facility. The bar area has a nice view of the rink and a couple of windows looking out on a second rink that had what appeared to be junior high kids playing a game on it. Overall seemed very clean. Make sure to clean out your pockets of knives and such before entering cause they have metal detectors and wont let you take them in.

I saw Judas Priest there on the 8th. I havent been there in years.! Last time was Slipknot in 2015. Bring more metal/rock shows and Ill give a 5 star rating.

Great smaller venue. Super easy parking and quick in and out. Will definitely go to another concert here!

Was part of the Edge dance team for 2 years.Best part was having all the kids come down to the field after a game with their jerseys and footballs to get autographs and pictures, the smiles were the best part of the night!

Have has several great times here. Most recently I attended a youth conference with my junior high youth group and it was a great experience.

It is an excellent venue for concerts and sports games.

Old dominion concert was awesomeVenue was intimate. Prices for concessions were reasonable.

Great venue, definetly will come back again. Staff was very helpful and quick action on spills.

Had a great time with my son at the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live event.

Its a great venue, but unfortunately there is a lack of sports teams and concerts (excluding country shows). People are upset with the politics and tax payer funding. But aside from that its a clean venue. Chairs arent too small, and there arent any bad seats considering the size. Hope to see arena football there again soon.

We went to see RBRM(Ronnie, Bobby,Ricky and Mike) concert. Area was nice sized and the seating was great!

Had a great time, however, the people serving alcohol need to know how to cut people off when they have had too many drinks. Had a guy fall on myself and daughter cause he was served way to much.

Went to the Ronnie Michael Ricky and Bobby concert and really enjoyed myself great choice of venue for their performance would have loved to see more in attendance at that particular show

I saw #RBRM, the subset group of #NewEdition, here. Unlike the Drake concert here a few years ago, the sound of the performance was clear and clean. Bobby Brown & BBD jammed! I have also seen the CIFSC ice skating showcase, and Stars On Ice here. The facility, staff, and crews for all of these shows were professional and excellent!

Nice place to see a game. Good coffees from every seat.

Nice arena. Concessions are insanely overpriced. $6 for a slice of Papa Johns pizza. Yikes.

Nice arena, easy parking, bag policy (purses included) not impressed by. Do yourself a favor, get on Amazon, order a clear bag to avoid any delays.

It a small scale place. I did have a lot of fun with my family their. But they need more events. The atmosphere felt blaw. It was a good night out though without going far.

Boston and Jefferson Starship rocked!Both put on great shows and played all the old favorites.Nice smaller arena. Seemed like good seats all around. Much better than the new mega arenas where you can end up so far away.Convenient parking in surface lots close to arena, or there was a parking garage too.

Went here for a cheer competition. The arena is nice but there is not a lot of parking. I ended up parking on the street a ¼ — ½ mile away. Traditional stadium seating, padded seats, fair amount of concession stands and bathrooms.

Poorly prepared event. We stood outside in a two block line for over an hour. We arrived early to find only two doors were open. We missed Jimmie Allen all together. Although we were in line first, arena workers eventually came to escort fans to previously closed doors. The problem? They didnt take people from the front of the line, who had stood there the longest. They took people from the back of the line. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. We drove two and one half hours, arrived early only to miss the first act. The arena had no parking, we parked three blocks away in a unpaved dirt lot with NO security lights because that is where we were directed to go. The arena had very clean bathrooms. Kane Brown and Granger Smith were good but I came to see Jimmie Allen. I wont ever return or recommend this venue. DID NOT get what I paid for.

The performers at the concert was great:-) but we purchased floor seats and they were way too close together we could barely move around. I wanted to dance and couldnt even move. They really need to work on the seating

Went to JW convention 2019 Love Never Fails ..... this place was easy access for handicap people, Clean. Temperature was just right inside too. I Loved it.

Ive been to several events here and have always had a good experience. Parking is great and if youre there early enough you can park literally just steps from the door. Last time there, it was cold and misting and when the line to go in started to form, they directed us to go in the office doors to get us in out of the weather quicker. So nice. Short lines at the concessions and bathrooms and not a bad seat in the house. Nice size arena.

Went to Kane Brown concert on 2/28/19. Acoustics were not good at all. Seating wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. We got there early so we got into a parking garage which was free. No police guiding traffic after concert so you had people crossing the street almost getting hit.Overall was an average experience.

Nice place for the cheer competition, but the giant glaring GROSSINGER sign might sear your eyeballs while youre watching.

Love how they always have something going on! They have alot of concerts, hockey games and events! They seem to be doing alot to keep everyone busy amd entertained around here! They always have good concessions clean venue everytime! The people seem very helpful and friendly! Not hard to be directed to your seats! A great place to check out and see if a concert or event you like is around! Something to do for the whole family!

Very bad security here for events. Just went to a concert here. Pretty much security got over ran and couldnt or wouldnt do anything about it. Next time Just pay general admission and walk right down to VIP floor area. Security wont do a thing.

Was recently there for a college graduation ceremony. No outside food allowed, no food being served inside either. If you step out to get food for a hungry child no getting back in (A supposed rule not posted anywhere). Guess whos family didnt get to watch?Dirty public spaces, floors are extremely sticky, bathrooms are disgusting too. Even the ice rink is going downhill. You are better off going to shows at other venues.

Only country music shows and sound quality is bad

Grossinger areana was great! Staff was awesome when a girl stopped and puked on the steps right next to us UGH! Staff was on top of it ASAP! Awesome place to see a concert me and my kids had a great time!

The staff is wonderful, and we come every year for our annual regional convention, which is held for three-days and we always leave happy and refresh.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CONCERT. My family and I arrived at 650 for a 7 opening act and stood outside in 23 degree raw temps for 55 minutes. I have never seen a more unorganized, unprofessional entry situation in my life. Workers were forcing normal people into ridiculous lines but letting attractive people or friends cut in side doors or just skip the line.

Understand not allowing water bottles for safety but then charging $3.50 per bottle is out of line.

Wish I could give it zero. Desided to take thetkids to the Hot wheels monster truck show and came early to the meet and greet. We were never told on any of the web sites we checked that we would not be allowed to leave during the hour between the meet and greet and the show. Now we are stuck here for hours because we didnt pay $20 a head to walk around cars for 10 minutes. They kept saying that is always their policy during concerts which is fine but concerts dont have two hour meet and greets for the public. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

The facility was clean and parking around the venue was pretty good. Our overall experience was good. However, the only draw back is that there seemed to be a lack of bathrooms. The lines were pretty long. The concert we attended was pretty packed so this may not be an issue for most events.

It is a nice place for an event, parking is especially easy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We drove from Champaign to see Kane Brown & waited over an hour just to get in! They were so unorganized and clearly couldn’t handle that many people. The concert was good but the venue was terrible! I would drive 5 minutes to see another concert there.

Went to the Hot Wheels Monster Truck show last night. Wasnt a bad show for such a small venue. Problems were this, it was very cold in there which 2 of my kids are now sick. The second issue was very poor ventilation for the fumes. Our eyes were burning from the exhaust.

Clean, seats are roomy. Recommend bringing a cushion.

I had a really good experience here while seeing Kane Brown.

Was not enought sitting area. They had closed off sitting area that could have been used for people to sit so I had to leave my daughter graduation because there was nowhere to sit. I was holding a baby and there was 7 of us with nowhere to sit and I paid for some very expensive parking and ended up not able to stay. Was not happy.

My daughter loves to go ice skating. So nice to have a facility close. Staff usually always very nice.

Belong to a hockey family, the Pepsi Center and grossingers Arena our main part of our recreational activities. And hoping to keep the arenas ice for hockey available for the kids of the community. Its a good place for them to spend time.
