This place is awesome and if you have the pleasure of being helped out by Isabelle then your experience will be top notch. We walked in at literally 6:59. We were literally “those” people. That being said, not for one second did Isabelle make us feel bad in anyway. Not one sigh, not one eye roll. She explained the game thoroughly and with such a great attitude. Will definitely be coming back. The manager himself was also a pleasure to talk with. Great place top to bottom.

My friend and I went, it was our first escape room, and we had a ton of fun! Our helper, Riley, was unbelievably exceptional. He was so helpful, aided us with any questions and anxieties we had, and was beyond phenomenal. We want to return ASAP, and bring a larger group! Thank you again, Riley!!!!

At 445 in the morning I awoke in a cold sweat having been reminded by the fact that I hadnt given Jaden a 5 star review. He is just as kind and competent as any good worker ought to be, while giving the perfect amount of hints and help along the way. Not only did my group feel accomplished by beating 3 escape rooms in one day, but also by making a friend in Jaden. oh my god I just realized I kept your expo marker I promise ill give it back

Josh was extremely enthusiastic! He explained everything very well. He made the escape room feel real. Super fun! We will be back soon! We only tried one of the rooms but it was probably one of the best ones we’ve been to! Highly recommending this location!

We had 4 of us who participated in The Office last week and had a great time! Josh was our Gamemaster and he was great! He was enthusiastic, knowledge, and extremely helpful in creating the scene when describing the game and the rules. This was our 4th escape room and it had multiple clues that were different from any other delivery method we had experienced in the past. Good overall experience and interested in some of the other room options in the future. It was easy to reserve and sign the participation waiver online prior to arriving.

Really cool and fun. Lots of variety and fun for the whole family. For cool puzzles. They have easy rooms, and very hard rooms. Kids under 6 are free, otherwise its $10-20/person, or cheaper if you got coupons. For first-timers, I recommend Jack the Ripper for a start. So grab a friend and go test your puzzle-solving skills!

My friends and I have been to Challenge Accepted several times and each time, we had a blast. The rooms are fascinating, the puzzles appropriately challenging, and the staff (Theresa, Nicole, and Josh) are pleasant and very helpful. Well definitely be going back and highly recommend the experience

Really fun place! Its family owned and operated, and the rooms are so awesome. You can tell at a glance that the person who built them really loved, and was good at, their job! The owners and staff are friendly, too. They really take the time to explain the puzzles to you if there are any left in the room when your time runs out.

Me and my friend scott went here and did few rooms 1 hour long and and few 20 minute rooms they were fun and I do recommend them but keep in mind the longer the time allotted means you should have a slightly bigger group then just two people but not necessary

So much fun! We chose Jack the Ripper, even though we lost, we had a fantastic time! The price was fair, the props and clues were great. We will definitely go again and try the other rooms.

This is a really great escape room place with a bunch of different rooms. I have done 6 of them so far, and enjoyed every one immensely. Fun and challenging puzzles. Really nice owners and employees.

I have had an amazing experience every time I have come here. They provide a great atmosphere, fun rooms, they have a friendly staff and challenging puzzles for a fair price. I definitely recommend this for anyone who loves to have fun and solve puzzles!

Amazing staff and great rooms.

Great experience. Ive only done one room so far The Office and it was a pretty decent room. It looks very simple when you walk inside but there are a couple of deep thinking puzzles in there. We spoke with Josh who worked there and he was very nice and upbeat about his job. I liked that. We will definitely be coming back to test out their other rooms.

Truly enjoyed all of their rooms. They are fun and not impossible, I love the girl the shes always there and ready for giving clues out. Truly enjoyed my experience! Its a must try!

We celebrated my 14 year old Grandson’s birthday with 6 of his friends from his school.. they had a great time! And Aiden was our lead and he was outstanding with the kids!I would highly recommend it!

It was good, the walls are weird, but I get it its a mall. Still lots of fun! A clue was either missing or misplaced, but we got past that.

Nicole and Aiden were awesome and helpful the kids love the challenging clues and always ask to go back to the mall and try more Rooms. Would recommend as a fun place to take the kids.

I was skeptical at first, but ended up loving it. I did the office room, one hour challenge with a total of four people.I found it challenging enough, but not impossible. Finding small clues and advancing through the room was very motivating and exciting. I am definitely going back to try the lab room, and I would definitely recommend giving this a try.

Good 1st timer experience but not too much after

The staff seemed very passionate. I was surprised at how courteous he was given we were the last group of the night and he never seemed to be in a rush to get us out. This was our first escape room and it made for a great date night. IF you are considering an escape room, I would go here for sure. I felt a little lost at first, but the staff really cared and did everything they could to make sure it was a great night for everyone.

Update: They promptly called me back & corrected the extra charges.Update: Went there on 8/19/19 to do the new room. The overall room was good but the execution was spotty. We had 2 puzzles that didnt work - one was out of batteries and the other had a key fall off behind a wall. It took multiple clues from the host to determine that the key wasnt where it was supposed to be. Then had to search behind the scenes to get it. Also, my family (8 of us) was all charged twice for the experience. Something Im trying to remedy. Will update if they fix the charges.Earlier review: Great escape rooms!! The 20 minute ones are great for kids too.

Inspite of not being very good at escape rooms I had a great time and just about managed to get out. The escape room coordinator Riley was amazing.

Its a room escape. I was surprised at how much fun we had. Our team won with only 40 seconds to spare from the hour long heart-pounding game. Advice: Do listen closely to all instructions, they will help you. Dont cheat, dont Google, dont ruin the fun for others.

The owner of this business is a bully and takes pleasure in talking down on their costumers. It ruined our time there and was a waste of $30 will not go back or recommend to anyone.

This place was awesome. It was challenging and so much fun. The people working here were fun and very friendly. It can be overwhelming at first walking into a room without knowing where to start but thats what makes it fun. You need to think outside the box and work together. Everything will come together at the end, if you can get there. Not everyone can make it out, but then go back and try it again. If it was so easy, it wouldnt be as fun. I certainly will be back!

Ive done several escape rooms. Their system of clues is kind of too complicated and distracting from solving rooms, and there are some red herring in clues.Good fun riddles, but the story wasnt as simple and memorable as it could be.
