I rented for a year always had my rent early every month when manager called a week early to get it . I just moved out two weeks early still payed full mouth she said I will get my deposit back she stopped answering my calls and texted I left the house cleaner then when I moved in . Dont expect your deposit back even when they say your getting it back .

The manager is not at all capeable to be running anything properly. She doesnt give receipts unless asked several times.rents people dirty Roach infested trailers.

Ive never been so sickened by the actions and morals of the people running this place.
