The staff was really nice and accommodating they let me do a few things once with my son without having to buy my own pass. It also was entertaining for my sun he really enjoyed it. A good place to burn some energy and have some fun.

Funny story. We normally take the girls to Zero Gravity, lots of running, climbing and jumping. We thought that was the better of the two, we were wrong, the girls enjoyed Fun Lab more. Just goes to show that what the adults think is fun is much different than what the young adults know is fun. I feel old...

I was looking for some place to celebrate my daughters birthday and came across a Groupon for this location. I have never been here before wasnt really sure what to expect other than the descriptions on the website, and was overwhelmingly pleased with my experience.Upon checking in I met the owner, he and his wife were both awesome and kept stopping us to make sure that everything was going well and that we were having fun. These two are an absolute class-act and I applaud them for taking a chance at starting their own business and bringing this kind of thing to our area.We saw kids of all ages here having fun, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. If youre on the fence dont give it a second thought just head over and have a great time.

I cannot say enough nice things about our experience here. Were from out of town and decided to check it out simply because we drove by. Im glad we did and my 11 year old is VERY happy about it. The prices seemed high at first but after seeing what he got to do it was well worth it. We showed up at 8:00 on a Saturday night and it wasnt particularly busy. It helped that we didnt have to wait in line for anything. The staff were very helpful and very polite.

The fun lab is a fabulous place to spend a couple of hours or the entire day!!! All of the attractions are phenominal, arcade games are current and a blast to play. They have a package that works for everyone...or, you can create your own packages. The food is the best of any of the local family entertainment centers anywhere, the pizza is absolutely incredible and they offer beer and wine for adults - BONUS!!!!! The staff is polite, and so helpful. Check out The Fun Lab at your earliest opportunity. Everything at the Fun Lab is top shelf and you wont be disappointed

The Fun Lab is an amazing place for pretty much everyone. Me and my friend went here not knowing anything about it, and loved it! The staff was so amazing, but especially Sam, Sandy, and the two owners. This place has great rides and food too. It’s a fun place to bring friends and hang out. I totally recommend trying it out if you haven’t!

We love this place! All of the staff are nice and caring. The venue is clean and of course it is a LOT of fun! I’ve brought boys ages 6-10 and they just love it. I love it too!!! Also the laser tag was amazing. We just played in the Wisconsin Dells and it was awful. The guns here work great, have little names on them to track your points and the maze is awesome with an upstairs and downstairs. So fun! What’s not to love about high ropes course, virtual reality, dark ride, etc. plus grown ups can get a grown up beverage.

I had an office event here and it was amazing! Everyone had so much fun. The owners are very helpful with set up, take down, and in between. She even cut the cake we brought in and served it. I would recommend to anyone looking for a corporate or office event. We closed it off to just our group and it was worth it!

Got to meet the owners during the day today and got a tour. Fast forward to tonight … date night with my husband and we have to say this is the most fun we have had in a long time on a date night. Fun can be had for all ages! Highly recommend date night, family time and other events you may be planning to plan your event at The Fun Lab.

I visited The Fun Lab for a birthday party, and was super impressed. The building was super clean, the Brick oven pizza was delicious, and the employees were very friendly, and respectful. The guy that was working in the restaurant I think it was Sam, was super professional and great. The other employees were just as wonderful. All the attractions seem very fun for everyone not just kids. It’s a place for everyone!

I have missed The Fun Lab so much...so glad its back...I have happy grandkids again. If you havent been there, you are missing a fabulous time. They have fun for all ages..beer and wine too!!!!!

My kids and I had a blast here! We spent hours doing everything from lazer tag to bumper cars. Its not a cheap day with the kids, but its worth the money! I was very impressed with how helpful and polite the staff was as well. My 5 year old was terrified on the ropes course, but they were super patient with him and encouraging. By the time we were done he was having fun and is excited to go back and do it again! Super impressed

This place is fantastic. Its like a happy medium between Dave and busters and Chuck-E-Cheese. We will definitely go back again. The VR Booth is awesome!

The Fun Lab has great food, I love the burgers and pizza. I always play the arcade games, because they are lots of fun. I really like the zombies games and rides they have there too. The employees are super helpful, and it’s really nice and clean for a family entertainment center.

This place is AWESOME! So many different things to do with the kiddos! Took my daughter for her birthday and she had the best time. The sky ropes course was her favorite part. Worth the money. You can easily spend a whole day here and not be bored.

Awesome experience. The food was great, wife loved the Cesar wrap and the kids had the chicken fingers(cute way of ordering for kids...). The games were up to date and clean venue. Long wait time to purchase tickets to enter. Plenty of extra staff hanging around front that could of helped process long line. Kids wanted toturn in tickets on game card and no workers were present. We waited for 10+ minutes to finally leave without. Would highly recommend having more staff work peak hours.

This place was incredible! My daughter was invited to a birthday party and had such a great time. I got to go on the ropes course because they needed another adult to help the kids around. It was beyond fun! Theres a full restaurant and bar and plenty of bathrooms. As of right now, its where my daughter wants to have her birthday party. Great job!

Our Cub Scout Pack just held our Blue & Gold event there and it was an amazing time. Itd be tough to find a better deal for your money. We had 110+ kids and adults in attendance and Jim and his staff took GREAT care of us. Looking forward to next year already!

This place is pretty cool and priced good for what you get ... lots of affordable packages. We have been there for a birthday and also just for fun. It’s not crowded (yet!!) and it is so clean! Staff is very nice. The restaurant area tables and chairs and booths. Better than other places where you get a hot dog/corn dog and nasty pizza.. The pizza is awesome at the fun lab! I saw Fun Lab yesterday so I wanted to check it out. I got a full tour when I got there. I ordered a cheeseburger medium well and it was cooked perfectly. They also got the customized part correct. I had a great time and would definitely be coming back. I only wish the arcade had either DDR or Pump It Up.

The Fun Lab was a great choice for my party. Our host, Tiffany was very good with or kids and made sure they had a memorable afternoon. The kids had a great time with the attractions, especially the virtual reality and the ropes course. .

Clean, very nice staff, quite on a Tuesday evening. Loved the unlimited play for two hours with the family. Perfect to blow off some steam when weather isnt all that great. The variety of things to do was appreciated. Loved the dark ride, rope course, virtual reality, laser tag, and maze. The bumper cars had a fun twist where they automate and shake things up. Smaller arcade but the Hanes were in good shape and I didnt feel they were to loud (like Dave n Busters) . I am a science geek so loved the science puns on the wall.**Would have loved to have gluten free (and heathier) options at the cafe, this is not a deal breaker by any means, however, it would have been icing on the cake.Thanks for a great time The Fun Lab my son had a wonderful 9th birthday.

We are so glad we stopped in to check this place out! Its more than an arcade. Its laser tag, mini bowling, spinny bumper carts, Virtual Reality Gaming.. and many more things to do! Kids from 2 to 90 will have a great time. Its a great environment to just hang out and watch the kids or jump in for yourself. Also, great pizza and food in the food court! Youth groups, day camp, or just entertaining the kids for the day. Have fun!! Oh and I happened to meet the owner, Jim and he was so pleasant as he was the Virtual Reality game operator. Loved it! This place was SO much fun and accommodating to our big group! We brought a whole hockey team with their families and it was great! The games, activities, and staff were amazing!! We will definitely be back again!

Beware that the coupon for $26.99 (reg $29.99) “For Unlimited Play On All Attractions” DOES NOT include arcade games! You find this out when you get there and the kids have run straight to their favorite game and the card doesn’t work. Then, when you purchase the Fun Card it looks exactly the same. Very confusing pay structure and hard when handling multiple kids of various ages. I hope they figure this out and succeed but no one cared about our frustration last weekend.

We took our daughter and a group of her friends to the Fun Lab to celebrate her birthday. We had a wonderful experience. The facilities were extremely clean and well done. It was easy for the kids to feel free while we felt comfortable watching them.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that we were having the best possible experience.It was busy but didnt feel crowded. I would highly recommend visiting the Fun Lab. It might be the best kept secret for family friendly fun in the Twin Cities Metro.

Took my Girl Scout troop and my son there. The manager was very helpful explaining everything to us. Kids had fun. Wish I would have know about the birthday parties reserving attractions at certain times as we may have picked a different time to come in. Now I know. 4 stars because the staff running the top of the ropes course watched my son shaking on the platform and not knowing how to get back done because he got scared and did nothing. He was literally like a foot from my kid. Apparently his job is to just sit there and do nothing and help nobody. It was a fun place. The other staff was super nice and helpful.

We had a blast at the Fun Lab this evening! The attractions are great, well worth the money - I cant remember the last time I laughed this much! We were a group of 12 teens and 5 adults -- our late Christmas celebration together. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient, the food is very good. My mistake was that I didnt order quite enough food -- not when we had 7 teenage boys! Good thing our daughters know how much they eat because they ordered more food! I guess I forgot how much boys eat! Everyone enjoyed the food and drink before heading back out to the attractions. Best one, I think, is the XD Dark Ride! They are all fun, and we really had fun watching the kids playing the Hologate Virtual Reality. Me and daughter, Mindy, finally got up the courage to do the Rope Course -- it was scary but what a rush! But only got about halfway through and it was time for the Rope Course to shut down for the night!. Next time, we will hit the Rope Course earlier.... I would go back in a heartbeat, and I recommend The Fun Lab to anyone, fun time for kids and adults -- a fun family adventure! Jim and Marilyn go out of their way to give their guests a great experience and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Jim and Marilyn, you made us the cool grandparents tonight!

Super fun time for the whole family!! Definitely buy a package deal, it’s better priced if you want to do more things. The cosmic bumper cars are awesome!! My son loves it! The play area is a nice size, so I don’t lose my son lol. Mini bowling was lots of fun for all of us too. Really cool arcade games there as well. The food isn’t half bad either! Decent burgers and fries, make it a good night out where we can eat dinner and play!!

My boys have been to The Fun Lab for two events now and they had a lot of fun both times! There is a good selection of games and activities to entertain kids of all ages!

OMG!!! Loads of fun for all ages. We took our grandson for his birthday and we had as much fun as he did! State of the art equipment, clean and beautiful atmosphere, fun wall decor. We did not eat there but spent two solid hours of constant fun. Would be a great big kids date night! ... or adult night out. Loved it!

The Fun Lab was such a great experience! We went yesterday for my fianćes birthday. Not only do they have things geared toward kids but also adults too. We had a group of young adults and my 3 year old nephew. My nephew said its the most fun he ever had! And he did not want to leave. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the pricing was great! We for sure will be back to spend more time there and definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve been to this place twice now; once with my 6 year old and once with a group of guys in their mid 30’s. Both times the staff was very friendly and we had a great time. The VR and 3D features are a must. For kids who aren’t the best with heights, avoid the ropes course.Looking forward to coming back for adult night and possibly my child’s birthday.

First off, we had a group come in to celebrate my niece bday. Brought a gift but they wouldnt allow it because their wasnt a party room purchased. So I had to bring it back to the car. We wanted to check the place out or at least sit down on the bench and wait for the rest of the group to come. And the manger was really mean, wanted us to stand their and wait. Finally the girl felt sorry for us and said we could wait on the bench around the corner. I dont know what that was all about. But his whole demeanor was unprofessional. Our party bought a bunch of expensive wristband and game cards so we spent a lot of money here. Our little one age 6 barely did anything. So I dont recommend for younger kids. Bumper cars were packed. No where to go. Food was tasteless and expensive. But they were sweet ladies. The kids were all great but the manager made us not want to come back.

Lors of fun. Kids really enjoyed the virtual reality and the theater gaming ride thing but its pretty expensive. The arcade is crazy expensive. Grand Slam or Chuck cheese is a much better deal if looking for arcade and ticket games. Groupons are the way to go if you dont want to break the bank.

No doubt this is a fun place to be for anyone who enjoys a raucous atmosphere filled with flashing lights, loud noises, and lots of people. We were able to use a coupon to lower the rates slightly but I came away feeling the value was less than optimal. A family of four was just over $100 for two hours of unlimited play on all amenities excluding arcade games. I feel three or maybe even four hours woul be better for that rate given that you will spend quite a bit of your time waiting.When you compare the Fun Labs prices to all day pricing at Valleyfair (for instance) they come up on the more expensive end for having fewer amenities.All of the activities are set up well and the staff was friendly and trying their best. I cant imagine working in this kind of environment but Im glad there are people who seem to enjoy it.

Had a real fun time. Nice place.But- we had a room reserved for a birthday party today. Maybe the room hostess was just new and nervous, but she rushed us in and out of our party room like her life depended on it. It was very uncomfortable for us. I think she must have been new or something. Any which way- that was followed by her presenting us with a customer survey that she had my wife fill out in front of her. I didn’t like this part of our visit one bit.The facility itself is really cool. Lots of fun options for the kids to have a blast.Will go there again for sure. This place is great! Its like a normal arcade on steriods! Great ticket payouts on all the games, good prizes and ticket prices. Fun new games you usually dont see at any other arcade, VR x2 bumper cars and mini bowling with more in store. Highly recommend, go check this place out!

This place is amazing! I took my 4 year old son here last night and we had one of the greatest nights together we’ve ever had. So much to do, so much fun for the kids and adults. Loved it!!

This place was fun for young and old! The facility is kept very clean! Our food was tasty. Two of our favorite things were, one the virtual reality game for 4 players. And the second is the virtual roller coaster ride where we were shooting zombies! There are so many activities you can choose from.

Its a nice place to take the kids and also adults...lol good prices over all.

Best family indoor fun center our family has been to based on all the activities my husband and I could do too. Better (bigger) food menu than any other fun zone too, they even have some adult beverages. Out of the ordinary arcade games, light up bowling, virtual reality video games, and an interactive multiplayer 3-D game that was really different and fun because our whole family could do it together. We have a teenager, a second and third grader and they all loved it. Great place. WILL be having a birthday party here and using it for something to do in the winter. Please please please get a gluten free option on the menu:) We also got a tour before we purchased anything so we knew what we were buying.

Great time for both kids and adults!!The owners are very hands on and kind. Weve been there two times now and plan on going again as soon as our schedule permits. Laser tag was a hit for all age groups and had a great course layout. As an adult I was blown away at the quality of the attractions! The Dark VR was super fun, we did the Werewolf and then also the new Carnival scenarios. Both were a great time and much more immersive than any other game/ride of this type that I have played.The spinning bumper cars were a total riot!The kids enjoyed the ropes course and played a few of the arcade game and had fun with those as well. We didnt even get to the mini bowling. Lots of fun!!

We went for adult night. I thought it was 21+ but there were definitely kids under 21 there. Regardless, it was a lot of fun and they had lots of fun activities along with all access to everything. Hologate was my favorite and Marwan (I think that was his name) was super helpful every time we tried a new game. Can’t wait to come back!

Brought my 9 year old son last night and we had the best time! Everything was so much fun! Even the atmosphere was perfect right down to cleanliness and decor! The Fun Lab is a top notch facility and I hope they have much success. The only minor complaint that I have is that right around 7 oclock 4 younger employees started cleaning and we had to wait for a while to do one of the activities before we were noticed. Overall amazing place and we will definitely be returning!

I recently went to The Fun Lab with a large group of friends and have to say it was my favorite Laser Tag place I’ve been to! The lasers shooter green through a black lit, lightly Smokey room and it made the aim that much better when people would come out of hiding. I also loved how the laser tag allowed up to 12 people on each team.... the entire place was really clean, staff was friendly, and there were a lot of games and activities to choose from. My husband did the VR game and he said he loved it. Definitely want to go back and try that next time. Thanks for a fun night Fun Lab!

What a great experience for the entire family. Everyone had a good time, our group ranged from ages 5 to 40.

An interesting alternative to the trampoline Park style party place. They have a harnessed rope walk, bumper cars, laser tag, laser gun ride, mini bowling (Ive not seen one like this before) virtual reality station, and the big fun factory style ball city. Arcade games and ticket games as well.

Absolutely love this place!! My son(3) and I go here every Thursday - they have a great deal for the littles to enjoy! My son loves going down the slides in ballocity and always chows down on all of their amazing food!!

Very expensive and not much for the kids to do. Paid for all inclusive passes, but the passes dont include the video arcade which takes up most of the building. Mini bowling had only one lane operational.

We paid just as much as everyone else but were unable to do certain things because they were reserved for parties. Everything was super clean and should have been fun but was not worth the money as we spent too much time waiting for parties to end so the kids could try stuff. Parties should have to wait in line like everyone else. Next time well just go to Grand Slam.

We brought a group of 150 adults to Fun Lab and had the best time!There is so much to do! Not to mention, Marilyn & Jim, along with the rest of their staff, are incredible! They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the doors! Great food options too—highly recommend the loaded fries! The facility is extremely clean & well kept! We will definitely host more events here in the future!

Great idea and a fun place but the place needs help with customer service. The guy at the food counter was super nice. More or less empty on a Thursday night but still spent a solid 30 minutes of my 2 hours waiting for the kids running laser tag to come out and start games. Had to track someone random down every time. One of the games ate our tokens, asked for help, sat there waiting for manager.... Who at this point after 15 minutes is not coming... Now Im standing at the ticket thing trying to buy something but no one around. So I give up.

WOW! There arent enough good words to describe how amazing this place is. LaserTag, Virtual Reality, Ropes Course, and TONS of Arcade Games - there truly is something for ALL ages. So clean. So trendy. So fun! Beyond that, Marilyn and Jim and their incredible staff make you feel right at home. Been here a couple times... Love to sit back with a beer while the kids play. Usually not too busy which means you can do the things you want without waiting. Location is set back from 65, I think if they were more visible, theyd be busier. They usually have Groupon discounts. Love it though, great place.
