Wonderful neighborhood, I grew up in this trailer court for most my life and its been so great. I have friendly,helpful, and kind neighbors. A great place to raise children, they have a court park and people actually drive the speed limit so you dont have to worry about your child outside playing! All in all just a great place to live!

I grew up in this neighborhood and I believe I will stay here for a very long time. Its a great place to live whether you have children or not. They have a park for kids to play at and Holiday gas station is just around the corner. I recommend anyone to live in this neighborhood

I call this area home - access to local casino and club pub 21 - local Mexican food includes la tejana and taco del mar - pizza hut and a small shopping center across the street - dollar tree big lots office depot little Caesars and cash wise foods

Has really gone downhill over the years. They definitely are not doing anything to keep it up! Very disappointing.

Nice little place i enjoy going there

Management of the park in my experience is blased, unfair and that a setback to our growth of understanding as a community that is or has been family orientated. Tho i have witnessed three low income families who were paid current at the time they were unwarranted falsely accused of breaking park rules. And ousted while they kept 2 of the 3 mobile homes. Id recommend if you decide to buy from liechty proceed with caution.

Court needs lots if work done to roads. Floods a lot with heavy rains. There are better courts in town.

Great management, they are always very friendly and helpful. The neighbors are very nice and respectful as well.

Still no handicap access to mail boxs. Prices go up and nothing gets fixed. The newer homes are nice but anything south of the 1400 block gets scary after dark.

Streets are terribly maintained.

BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH. This place is not even in the sky. This place must take Ls on a daily basis. Who even lives in a mobile home. Nonetheless in North Dakota. People are taking Ls just mentioning North Dakota. BOOOOOOIII. They need to quit taking Ls up there.
